The team here are very good very helpful. We had struggled to get appointment for my disabled son at hospital after dentist Paul n by referred him there. They kept just saying need to wait. My son needs a lot of teeth out and is in a lot of pain, wasn’t eating, loosing wait. I rang the surgery and explained the situation to Lesley receptionist , who emailed the hospital, to if they could help us. We received an appointment for a week later. Just want to say thank you again . Julie.

I recently had three appointments because I needed dental work done. Paul Gropean did an excellent job. When I go to the dentist, I normally become nervous and worry, but Paul made me feel at ease and relaxed throughout each procedure. He calmed me down by explaining everything he was about to do and talking me through it as he did it. He did everything he could to make the encounter as enjoyable as possible. He gave me the choice to quit treatment at any time if it became too much; I can't say enough good things about him; he's an amazing dentist! I reccomend him highly!

I have had great service from these guys. I’m always well informed, Paul my dentist is calm and patient. Really great team him and Becky. Great dentist clinic and super clean too. Cheers guys

I am local to this practice, am 60 years old and have disabilities hence disability benefits. I have a genuine fear of dental treatments. I’m at a different dentist currently & am not happy as there is no compassion. I amin need of a couple of extractions and new dentures and will try to register at this practice especially having read the brilliant reviews. As it is a bupa/nhs practice do I need to pay for treatment?

Paul is an absolute credit to the business and to dentistry in general. I am so so nervous as a patient but he's amazing with me. So much so if I ever hear of a nervous dentist patient I recommend this place and Paul.

My first visit to this practice as my dentist was only doing emergencies!! I had been in pain for quite a while and resorted to using a temporary filling material which helped. I was seen by a lovely lady dentist who made me feel comfortable and reassured me of the treatment I needed and the rest of my teeth were fine. The treatment was carried out very proficiently and in a safe environment and I am so grateful to say that it has worked and I am no longer in pain. Thank you so much.

This is the best dentist in Doncaster I've been seeing Paul for about a year now and as been brilliant with me, he talks you through every little detail and makes you understand everything, I'm going through a bit of a bad patch at the moment and as been fantastic, I no I'm in safe hands. First visit to Bupa Dental and I couldn’t be happier. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was professional but relaxed. The dentist I saw (Paul) was Fab. I had been unhappy with my previous practice as I was given a different dentist every time I visited and few of these dentists held an acceptable amount of people skills so the appointments were uncomfortable and not very helpful. Paul was great with my 4 year old and actually engaged in a conversation with him. When it came to me, Paul gave a thorough explanation of what the issues were and all the available options for treatment. He listened to my concerns and again gave sound advice. I Left that appointment feeling great about my visit, something I haven’t been able to say for years. Thank you to the team.x

I was having problems during lockdown with my teeth and once the dentist opened again I rung to discuss my problems I was having with my teeth to be given a triage phone call with Paul. I was previously under a different dentist and had not met Paul before so was nervous and anxious as you get used to one individual how wrong of me to have them emotions he is so professional so calming and really puts you at ease I’ve now had both courses of treatment that he recommended and I’m now pain free. He really is a fantastic dentist but not only that a really lovely person.

This has to be one of the best dentist surgery’s I’ve ever been too. Every time I’ve needed an emergency appointment they have got me in the same day. My dental surgeon Is ever so understanding and always knows what’s best for me. I think his name is Paul. I will continue coming here and trusting Paul as other dentists in the past have messed up big time

I have been a registered NHS dentist here for quite some years and it has had a few names in that time my dentist Nicola is absolutely fantastic. I am a little scared of the dentist and have been since i had a bad experience as a child with a filling she is very kind gentle and understanding. I have moved to dentists closer to home and have always gone back to this practice for the service. I am shocked to see such bad reviews on this practice as i genuinely havent had any bad experiences. I have seena couple of other dentists there not as nice as Nicola but still nothing to complain about

Dr. Codruta Nicola has been very professional as always.... I have been seeing this Dentist the last few years and I have been very happy with the results.... Healthy white teeth and a Happy Customer :-) I would highly recommend this Practice. I m travelling all the way from Sheffield to Doncaster for my treatments.
