From the first telephone conversation I had with Dr Masood, he inspired trust. He listened very patient my dental history and gave me a few options of what treatment I could have. When I went to the clinic, I was also impressed how detailed he explained what needs to be done. I was very nervous as I had to do a triple extraction and have a denture in place. He put me at ease with the fact that did the injections progressively so I don't feel the stinging and I have been relaxed through the whole process as always reassured me about what happens and I didn't feel any pain. They even put some music. Thank you for all the good work, I can't recommend you enough!.

As a very nervous patient and after a few years of dental neglect I was very anxious about visiting the dentist. I called up the practice and immediately Dr Masood put me at ease, everything was explained to me in a caring and professional manner. I was able to make an appointment within a day and after an initial consultation a considered treatment plan was put together and explained to me in detail. After a few visits my immediate treatment is now complete and I cannot thank Dr Masood and his assistant Kelly enough. I do not think visiting the dentist could have been any better, the time, care and understanding that I have been given is exceptional.

I have been going to Eden dental for just over 5 years now and they are absolutely fantastic! Monty is kind, patient and emphatic, and for someone who is super anxious with a trip to the dentist - I really do feel comfortable during my appointments. My recent trip to Eden dental was to have root canal treatment, during which an acute tooth infection was discovered. Monty was available to talk to during antisocial hours and both he and Kelly went into work on their day off to make sure I was looked after - I am so grateful to them. I’ve been using Eden Dental for over ten years now, starting when I worked in Doncaster. Even though I now have to travel over 25 miles, I continue to be happy not to find a dentist nearer home because of the value I place on the excellent service I receive. Monty is by some distance the best dentist I have used (& having had plenty of problems with my teeth over the years, that is quite a list). What I like is that he never takes the ‘easy’ route, always doing what is best for me as a patient; he takes time to explain what is being done & why and I am always confident that I am in good hands. Highly recommended.

After suffering with a severe toothache I rang Mr Massood who gave me an appointment the same day. I had to have root root canal treatment. He took time to to explain what he was doing. The full treatment took two visits. I couldn't thank him enough and would not hesitate recommending him. I would like to thank him once again and also the Dental Nurses Kelly and Karen. I have been a patient of Mr Massood since they first opened many years ago and wouldn't go to see anyone else.

I visited Eden Dental for my second appointment on Tuesday 30th January 2018 and once again I have been extremely impressed with all of the friendly, professional staff and the outstanding level of service I received. My visit this time was for longer than the last visit due to the amount of treatment I required and I was made to feel at ease at every opportunity. Dr Masood took the time to explain what was happening and the reasons for it at every stage of the treatment which reassured me. My feedback was requested consistently to ensure that I was comfortable. After being registered with an NHS dentist for the past 20+ years, I decided my teeth needed much more treatment than I was previously offered. I started a treatment plan with Edendental last year at which point I was only able to chew using one side of my mouth, which was also embarrassingly the side of my mouth which had 2 major (and noticeable) teeth missing. After a thorough consultation followed by many further appointments and lots of treatment including fillings and crowns I'm thrilled that I can now finally, properly eat and enjoy foods like steak, something I hadn't previously considered a possibility for me. I've never felt rushed, and feel that all recommendations made to me were the best for my individual case, rather than the most expensive/profitable option often recommended by other dentists. Dr. Masood, Kelly and the rest of the team take great care in their work and I feel I've received the best possible treatment. See you in 6 months!

I have been attending this practice with my family for over 25 years and cannot speak too highly of it. I am amazed at the cosmetic transformation of our teeth which has been achieved by Dr Masood. The benefits have not only been in the physical appearance, but also the psychological benefits have been vast. Dr Masood has always had a fantastic way of making patients feel at ease and this was pronounced when our daughters were children. My daughters teeth were transformed using fixed braces and mine by the use of bonding, crowns and sculpturing. He and his staff are extremely friendly and the quality of care and level of professionalism is outstanding.

Where do I start here goes over the weekend I had the worst toothache I have had in my life and being very nervous didn't know where to start looking,so made a few phone calls left a few messages and nobody came back to me apart from this practice Edendental and my partner spoke to Dr. Masood who gave us some advice what to do and what not to do and made an appointment the next day,upon arrival I was met by the receptionist who made me feel at ease straight away in their very pleasant waiting area,I was then met by Dr. Masood who if I may say very genuine,sincere,pleasant, professional who identified how nervous I was and assured me that i was in good hands and explained in detail what he actually recomends we do to obviously ease my discomfort,after his dental treatment he then explained what he had done again and advised me what I should do if it gets uncomfortable,he then phones me the next day to see how I was sorry To go on about this,but this business is second to none the service they offer and their aftercare must be the best in the industry and would recommend my family and friends and all my customers who know me top service,thank you kind regards Ashton Taylor.
