T. S.The receptionist was lovely & helpful when trying to book an appointment for my husband. The practice was clean & welcoming. The dentist I saw was great keeping me informed on what was happening & what she was doing. The dentist kept checking I was comfortable & not having any discomfort. Advised me on aftercare (which was good but I bit my lip as soon as it was numb!!) & alternative to expensive mouthwash which I’m these times was very helpful. Hope the dentist stays she’s great.
C. M. (. M. O.After leaving my old dentist at a different practice I had put off finding a new one as I was nervous of going and knew I had work that needed doing. I decided to finally find a new practice and chose impressions as it was highly recommended to me by a friend. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease. I saw Anya and Shannon and they were really friendly and didn’t make me feel nervous or make me feel embarrassed that I needed things doing. My check up was in depth and they came up with a treatment plan and explained this to me. I had an X-ray and a scale and polish which neither had ever been offered before at my old dentists. I feel like the attention to detail was spot on and that they cared about me and the treatments that need doing. I may have been cured from my fear of dentists so thank you so much!

o.Got referred through NHS 111 and we treat just was well as any other patient. I’m a nervous patient when it come to dental work but the dentist was very good at putting me at ease and answering any questions. Although your practise isn’t taking in any new NHS patients I just wanted to say Thankyou and express my gratitude.

They were friendly when I phoned to book an appointment and friendly when I walked in. The dentist I saw was lovely, very relaxed and gentle, and never lectured me once! A really positive experience.

T. W.Claire was amazing, the lady who was working along side her was lovely they have a brilliant working relationship!! I would highly recommend seeing Claire for any treatment that is needed - she has time your not rushed and she talks to you and not just about your teeth!!
