My dentist is always there when you need them helpful a nd friendly

Took a friend who was happy with her treatment. Leaving a review to inform anyone going for the first time not to depend on their satnav as that will take you to the hot tub showroom. The dentist is on the opposite side of the road a few yards away and near the Post Office.

He’s unfailingly professional, good humoured and very clear and patient in fully explaining all treatments. I’d never want to be treated by anyone else. A truly excellent dentist. I have been going to this dentist for 34 years. My dentist is Mr Johnson and I’ve never had any problems. Always on time and very professional. He is so lovely and always brilliant with my children. The staff on reception are also always very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dentist as I’ve always had brilliant service.

This was the first time that I have been to this practice. Everything was spotless and clean and the staff were very friendly. My dentist Emmanuel was very friendly and explained everything nice and clearly to me. I would highly recommend him and the practise. They also tailored the appointment times very well for me to help them fit in with my work which was great.

The staff from reception through to the dentist, have all been polite and helpful. The dentist(s) have all done there best to put me at ease by explaining what they are doing, given me opptions that enabled me to make an informed choice . When I have been, unable to make a decision and asked for advice the dentist recommended a treatment and explained why they thought that it is best in my case. I have one dentist I see regularly, but have also been seen by other's when I have called with a problem and been fitted in on the same day.

Like many, I am dentist phobic. My usual dentist (of many years) has left the practice so I was more anxious than usual. Emmanuel was great from the start. Really calm and reassuring. Teagon the nurse was great too. In fact... Despite Covid, every member of staff I had contact with, were great. I felt safe, secure and reassured.

My partner recently had a tooth extracted, which wasn't an easy tooth to pull. She was petrified of going in to have this procedure and worried from the moment she was told it needed to come out - even asking for sedation. Upon going in to speak to the dentist she had the procedure done there and then, which eliminated any worry build up and the need for sedation. Thanks the dentist was outstanding! Both her and Sarah, her assistant talked her through the entire procedure, stopped for breaks and to check she was ok throughout - it was honestly much easier than it built up in her mind to be. Fearing the dentists for many year after having a tooth pulled previously it was nothing like the horrific experience she remembers. In fact she didn't even realise the tooth was out! Aside the procedure, both Tanja and Sarah offered something beyond their professionalism that day and on a personal level that will make me return with little anxiety, bring my own children and just know that we are in safe hands even if it seems a little scary. All this whilst tackling covid barriers! Outstanding practice. Thank you

I've been going to my dentist Mr Johnson for about 35 years. All the staff are always helpful and friendly and Mr Johnson always makes me feel at ease. We've seen a lot of changes through the years but will always come here as we feel it's a very family friendly dentist. Our 2 boys had to leave because of moving to different parts of the country but they didn't want to and have said no one compares to Mr Johnson.

Excellent service AGAIN! rang up on my husbands behalf as he was in a lot of pain. Nicky, the very friendly receptionist, was able to get him a same day emergency appointment with Mr Johnson. Mr Johnson was really good and soon sorted out the problem. Can't fault the care given at this practice.
