i. h.I’ve been a patient at this practice for many years and I have always found that it does it’s best to fit you in all the time I have no complaints with the service they do and the staff always greet you with a smile.
P. S.My experience at this practice was fine until I was ill and failed to attend the rebooked appointment I had made. I received a very off hand message telling me to call. Which did to apologise for non attendance and the reason why. To be told if I cancelled again I would be taken off their books. Apparently 3 strikes and you are out! I am sorry Skellow dental practice but I haven't cancelled twice, I rebooked an appointment so very different once and missed an appointment once due to illness. You need to be more empathic when dealing with people. The Dentist I saw was very good he was gentle and kind. It's just a shame it doesn't filter down.
