S. M.About a year ago I started straightening of my teeth. I was given a very thorough and well explained information of intended benefits and possible risks before embarking on this treatment. At all times during the treatment I was able to access any additional advice or help if necessary. The staff from receptionist to Dr David Reed were helpful at all times. I felt at each appointment that I was given all the time necessary time for an excellent standard of care. I'm completely happy with the treatment and results.

N.Would like to say a big thank you to Dee and the nurse who is by her side don’t know her name unfortunately, not sure if she is called Alex will find out next time I go, but both of them helped me to relax and realise that they are here to help especially given how nervous and afraid I was of going. I had a tooth removed on my first appointment and never thought I could do it but they proved that it was worth getting done and feel so much calmer and relaxed each time I’ve been back so thank you to my dentist and your staff really helped me so much can’t recommend them enough 👍👍😀😀
W. W.I have just had 3 crowns replaced by Dee Penukobda at my Dentist in Durham ,I can highly recommend Dee and her nurse they were an excellent team and I am delighted with the result. The treatment was really efficient and painless and they both made me feel at ease as I was a little nervous . The reception staff are also very helpful and I have always managed to easily book a dental appointment at this lovely practice .

L. h.The entire staff are so much better than they used to be; friendly, empathetic and kind even though they were so busy, they did their job faultlessly well both over the phone and in person. My dentist Dee and nurse Alex were so professional and courteous, I can't recommend them highly enough. I was quite anxious and they were so comforting and helpful. I was put off going here after bad experiences in the past but I won't hesitate to return now.

He has provided me dental care on a number of occasions in the past few years, but most recently, on Christmas Eve. I chipped a tooth a matter of days before Christmas, and was experiencing sensitivity and pain. Dr Reed went above and beyond to allow me to have a pain free Christmas with my family. He not only stayed back late on his Christmas Eve to fit my last minute appointment in, but I was also greeted with smiles and Christmas cheer from both him and the reception staff! I truly am thankful for your care and feel so lucky that Durham has such an accessible, pleasant and compassionate dental practice! Keep up the good work!
