t. m.Had major problem with a wisdom tooth rang up, they took my details and a nurse rang me back ten minutes sussed my situation and offered me an appointment the next day. Twenty minutes later I got a ring back offering me a slot that afternoon. Rocked over tooth out job done. Entire process from initial call to walking out of surgery about 2 hours. Total pros. No documentation or awkward questions. For peanuts as well.
S. W.I had a dental emergency whilst on holiday in Edinburgh over the Christmas period. I cannot fault the service at this centre. I was dealt with professionally and in a gentle manner. The dentist, Laura was amazing and thank goodness, I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday in Edinburgh. I cannot thank you enough.
C. G.Good and quick service. Although my appointment was at 13.50 and I arrived at 13.51. I was told off by a staff member who was at the door for being late being pretnant of almost 38 weeks and with a painful tooth infection. I was shocked by this but I was in such a pain that I literally ignore her none sense

L. N.Absolutely amazing service. I was waiting maybe 20 min longer than I should but I understand that some patients need little bit extra time. Male doctor in a curly hair was very nice, gentle and very professional . He was asking me every minute if I'm OK. My dentist cleaned only 2 out of 3 canals during canal treatment and I was in agony. After a visit at Chambers St my tooth is OK now. Thank you guys
A. S.Had excruciating tooth ache and got an emergency appointment within 2 hours of calling. Once there, the receptionist was super helpful and Dr. April did a tooth extraction which was painless and quick. My recovery has also been very easy. Would highly recommend this place.

I returned today for my second visit and Sarah was amazing kept me calm and feeling safe the hole way through my treatment the only thing I could say is I wish I had gone sooner!!!! The place is spotless very well kept and again I can't rave enough about the staff!!!

R. F.Visited on Saturday at 8.40pm. Staff were courteous, friendly and cheerful. The actual dental staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. When I explained I was a dental phobic I expected the usua; rolling of eyes or shrug. Instead, I was told that it was important.for them to know. Then began a pain free treatment that I felt fully and completely involved in. I'd like to thank everyone involved so much and would like to state that this place is an absolute treasure.
S. M.Phoned the previous night as my 89 year old Mum had a broken tooth as a result of less than efficient treatment elsewhere. Was given an appointment for the following day. On arrival, couldn't have been smoother. Lovely reception staff treating her with dignity whilst the dentist & his assistant could not have been more helpful, nice and comforting for her whilst she had the remaining part of the tooth extracted. B. B.After having 2 emergency appointments with my own dentist and sent home with antibiotics and pain killers saying nothing was wrong with my tooth, I phoned NHS in extreme pain got an appointment withen the hour at 20.40 at night. reception staff were lovely, a huge thanks to the wonderful dentist and nurse who were brilliant, made me feel at total ease and chatted away while anaesthetic was kicking in and removed my tooth (which apprently my own dentist should have removed) I've now woke up pain free for the first time in 5 days. I'm so thankful. Thank you guys for being so friendly and helpful you are all huge assets to the NHS 5+++++ stars fantastic from start to finish
V. N.I went to Chalmers because I got tooth abscess. Staff was friendly and helpful, I got prescribed antibiotics so my infection got cleared up. They also recomended me another dentistry where I can register. Overall I can suggest to anyone who has emergency teeth problem.

L. B.I was visiting Edinburgh from the U.S., when some overenthusiastic chomping into a sandwich at Oink loosened my bottom front tooth. I found the name of this clinic on the web and was seen almost immediately (it was around 2 pm on a Thursday). Everyone with whom I came in contact was not only professional, but kind. The dentist and his assistant bonded my tooth beautifully and - this is the kicker - charged me 34 pounds. If this had happened in the States, not only wouldn't I have found a dentist, but I would've pain an arm and a leg. Long live socialized medicine!

M.Honest review..Be prepared for filling the form and waiting around 1 hour (depends on time -from 9 you till 12 is a big line) BUT it is very professional, they will put medicin inside your teeth and than you have got two months to do something about it..For only £17.80 emergency canal treatment is worth every £...

K. M.Quite a long 2.5-hour wait between reception and treatment, but no complaints otherwise. Extraction was dealt with efficiently by nice friendly staff in a very modern treatment room.
C. M.YOU NOW MUST PHONE NHS24 FIRST (ON 111). Don't just turn up.
Someone will call you back and make an appointment for you. I got one within two hours.
A guy at the door will check your name against a list. Once in, you have to fill in a form and should be seen not long afterwards.
It is a much better service than the hours of waiting that there used to be.

J. M.(Translated) All staff super friendly and efficient. I went there with a toothache from the trial and thought they would only disinfect me and send me to another dentist to take it out. To my surprise, an excellent dentist in 20 min examined me (it served the fact that I already had my tooth x-ray), anesthetized me and in the blink of an eye he took out the tooth that had been hurting me so much for so many months! No pain and no detours. I arrived there at 10:30 and left at 12:30 (for the waiting time etc).
£ 20 for everything. Truly excellent service. Congratulations to all the staff.

Todo el personal súper amable y eficiente. Fui ahí con un dolor de muela del juicio y pensé que solo me desinfectarían y me mandarían con otro dentista para que me la sacara. Para mi sorpresa una excelente dentista en 20 min me examinó (sirvió el hecho de que yo llevaba ya mi radiografía de muelas), me anestesió y en un abrir y cerrar de ojos me sacó la muela que me había estado lastimando tanto por tantos meses! Sin dolor y sin rodeos. Llegué ahí a las 10:30 y salí a las 12:30 (por el tiempo de espera etc).
20£ por todo. La verdad excelente servicio. Felicidades a todo el personal.
