I have attended this practice for many years and I am very disappointed about the negative reviews on here. When I attend for a check up or treatment this is discussed fully and an estimate is given at this time. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. On a couple of occasions I have had toothache and I have always been given an appointment same day even during COVID. I don't see how they could possibly be anymore helpful than they already are. I have never found anyone to be rude or neglectful. I hope this review helps.

I like this dental practice, it's small and tucked away and very professional service. Leticia is my dentist and is brilliant at explaining everything before she does it and is very knowledgable, calm and kind. All the staff ive encountered are great and the receptionists are friendly and accommodating.

I'm so glad I called this practice today as I have been in pain for 3 days. I was given an appointment today and the Dr that saw me has gotten me out of pain. The dentist explained in full what he needed to do which I really appreciated as I'm not a great fan of visiting the dentist hence the pain I was in. The assistant was lovely and very sympathetic to my nervousness. The reception staff were very friendly and I will definitely be back to continue with treatment. Thank you for your help

I have been Fraser Sim's patient for years he's a great dentist very professional polite and I've never had a problem with this practice! The staff a brilliant many of them have been there for years that long they've watched me and my two girls grow up. We only go every 6 months but it's great attending a practice where they know you well and make you feel at ease. I personally was petrified of dentists, when I first started attending as I had a bad previous experience with needles but after attending here building my confidence up one day I was in pain the girls on reception were great got me a quick apt and they assured me I'd be fine and I was Fraser was brilliant he even gave me some magic gel so I never felt any pain and I managed to get two injections! I personally was horrified to read other reviews on here as I don't believe they've even attended the practice! Going to the dentist is not like going to the doctors check ups are free so I would definitely recommend trying here. Worst case if you don't like it as much as me and my girls you can go elsewhere but all my visits have been great service though yeah nobody ever likes paying the bill at the end eh 😂 🤣

Dr. Eusebio has been my dentist for 5 years and I’ve always been impress with her treatment and manner. Always explains what she’s doing and why. Front of house staff always very helpful on phone. Thanks
