Had to attend three times within a two week period due to a tooth / gum infection awaiting root canal treatment. Outstanding care from the initial phone call to being greeted at the Practice and Dr Tuscano was absolutely superb. Extremely professional and efficient explaining everything, putting me at ease and providing reassurance and relieving my anxiety ( I have - ( HAD rather ) !!! :) a significant dental phobia but feel so much more comfortable and confident with visiting for treatment. Thank you so much to Laura and her team !

I previously had a bad experience with one of their dentists but found my most recent visits with Dr. Bousis to be absolutely stellar. I appreciated the polite introductions and advice with regards to my children's appointments. It's also a relief in being scheduled for a cleaning after years of not seeing a dentist. I'm glad I experienced Dr. Bousis' level of care. Definitely recommend the centre for those who are hesitant about dentistry and seeking kind professionalism.

I’m massively impressed by the level of care and attention I received at Newkirkgate Dental Care. Due to a very unfortunate and traumatic past experience, I was hesitant to go to the dentist for a long time, and my dental health suffered. Dr. Fotis Bousis and his assistants took the time to understand my dental history and provided personalised treatment. Thanks to their professionalism, encouragement, and empathy, I’ve not only got all my teeth sorted out, but I now look forward to visiting the dentist like it’s a holiday. A year ago, I wouldn’t have believed it!

This is a great dental practice. I have been for several appointments and the staff are always friendly and professional. Georgia and Patricia are a great team. They are very welcoming and have made me feel completely relaxed especially as I am a little nervous with the dentist. Have been with this practice for a number of years now, and all my experiences have been very positive. The team are very professional, and are friendly too. They are always clear in explaining any work they are doing, and where there are costs they always set out the alternatives. I've had a couple of times where I've needed to see someone quickly to deal with a problem, and they have always been very responsive and managed to find time to fir me in. The practice is expanding, which is probably a sign of how well they are doing!

I can’t speak highly enough of the practice and the staff after my recent visit. It was my youngest daughters first visit to the dentist and I was a bit worried as she’s usually very reluctant to let anyone look in her mouth and brushing her teeth is always challenging, but Georgia and Patrycja were fantastic with the both of my children and made it a very positive experience. I was surprised at how well my youngest did in letting Georgia inspect her teeth. Would Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist, particularly if you have children who are hesitant to visit the dentist.

I have been seen by Dr Fotis and Dr Georgia, both super friendly who make you feel welcome and take care of your teeth. Also Patricia - dental nurse will help to make your visit even more enjoyable. Excellent experience - I've had two lots of root treatment which whilst not the most enjoyable experience I've ever had was certainly a lot easier than I had built it up to be in my mind and worth it to be pain free - I've also just had an inlay/crown on that tooth and everything was so smooth. Fotis is excellent as are the rest of the team, really friendly and helpful - highly recommend the practice, especially if you're a nervous patient like me - I'm now actually looking forward to having more work done to improve things, and you can't say fairer than that!

I went to this dental practice on a recommendation and I am so glad I did. Like a few others I had a nightmare experience at a previous dentist which left me really reluctant to go to any dentist but my recent experience at Newkirkgate Dental Care here has allayed all my fears. I had six new porcelain crowns fitted over very old crowns which were causing problems with my gums and the overall experience was completely positive. From the initial discussion to the final result, I was in the very capable hands of Fotis Bousis and his support staff. The receptionist is so lovely as were all the dental nurses. The procedure was comprehensively explained prior to any work being carried out and I received so much care and attention throughout the preparation and installation of the crowns. I needed to find a dentist I could trust and I am delighted to say I finally have found one. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Everytime I come here my smile gets bigger. This dental practice is top notch, they discuss with me each time exactly what they will do and are very receptive to suggestions of how to make the experience of the dentists chair better. Last time I was here I was quite surprised that they had finished as quickly as they did. I was waiting for the filling only to find they had already done it without me noticing! The complete refusal to discriminate against anyone is refreshing, for a homeless person it's such a breath of fresh air. If your looking for a dentist come here. I'll miss this dentist if I leave Edinburgh as they are absolutely TOP NOTCH! I wish I could give them more stars.

Brilliant is the only way to describe this practise. The staff are really friendly and put you at ease as soon as you arrive. Registration is very quick and easy two pages one your name address and the other is a yes no questions that is it.The dentist understands your concerns and talks you through all that is going to happen. 10 out of 10

All staff where nice out dentist we both saw was amazing my daughter Alesha has never managed to go to the regular dentist every time I took her it was traumatic for both of us I don't know why but she was terrified about the dentist she usual has to get put to a normal polish and clean but today I was shocked big time the dentist was so amazing with her taken as much time as she needed next thing I know she was sitting in the dentist care letting him look she even let him polish and clean her teeth the dentist was fantastic kept talks to her letting her look at the instruments the most shocking part was somehow he talked her into having a little filling I was speechless i couldn't believe how brave she was I am one very proud mummy
