I booked in to get invisalign over a year ago and that's me finally done and the results are amazing! Dr Shoaib was always happy to answer my questions and very truthful about any adjustments that needed to be made to get the final outcome we were aiming for. All the staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming at all times.

I want to highly compliment this NHS and Private dentistry, especially Mariam and her team for being the most professional and thorough dentist team I have ever had the pleasure to work on my teeth. Mariam explains all very carefully what the procedures are, takes and shows the x-rays to her patients so they can follow as she describes any problems, does wonderful root canals! The caring is tops!!!!! I was in very bad pain with my right back broken tooth and tongue was causing me all kinds of discomfort. As soon as I called, she had me in there, pulled the tricky tooth out in a one shot. Gave me a procedure to help me and described everything to do to make sure I was ok. She had to give me 4 shots of novocaine to numb the tooth. about an hour afterwards she got the tooth out and it was not the most pleasing event, but she did everything in her power to make it come out the best way possible. After many weeks of having this pain I had, seeing my GP, anti-biodots, home remedies and a few days to recover from the local dental injections, my pain was all gone. Mariam is the best dentist, including both sides of the pond, military, and civilian dentists I ever had in my 70+ years on this 3rd rock from the sun! I highly, highly recommend this surgery to all! All the staff are well trained and go way out of their way to make sure all are comfortable! They text and email to remind all, like me who forget every so often. They are just a dream to have!

I started Invisalign treatment through an open day with an amazing offer that saved me so much money with absolutely no pressure and Dr Shoaib was so transparent and informative. I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr Shoaib a few months ago following one of their Invisalign open days. Not a single regret!! I found the initial consultation with Shaoib very reassuring and he helped me to decide whether or not this was the right approach for me, what outcome to expect and the details of the process. I didn't really know what to expect with the Invisalign braces initially (classic teenage train track braces were my only taste of orthodontics!) and I was happily surprised that from start to end the process was such a breeze. Quick to see a positive difference too! As my dentist, Shoaib was exceptionally attentive every step of the way to ensure things were progressing as hoped and he was always happy to answer questions or explain how the various steps work. As someone who likes to know what's going on, I really appreciated the level of communication throughout! The staff at the practice in general are always so welcoming and friendly. It's just a lovely atmosphere, even on the busy days! All in all a really positive experience. I would absolutely recommend the practice and Invisalign to friends and family! I'm really glad I made the choice I did!

I came into this dentist today for the first time and changed from a different dental surgery to this one. Straight away I felt extremely relaxed as I’m terrified of the dentist. The receptionist was brilliant with me and made me feel comfortable, I asked for an appointment and got offered one 5 minutes later. I got taken in for my check up and straight away I felt at ease and it was so different compared to my old dentist. The dentist was great and listened to everything I told him and we made a treatment plan. Would highly recommend this dentist especially for people who have a fear of the dentist.

I had been needing my teeth straightened for years and was referred onto Dr Shoaib Hafeez and I honestly can't recommend him highly enough. They where very professional, it was pain free and not a bad experience. The practice was clean and modern and all staff were very pleasant. For all 4 appointments I was seen at my appointment time. Very pleased with my teeth now and pain free.

Excellent dentist. Knowledgeable, friendly, confident and caring and listens to what your expected outcomes are. Explains everything in easy to understand terms. No pain felt during treatment. All other staff friendly and welcoming also. Practice is bright, modern, airy and spotlessly clean. Couple of parking spaces right outside door and also public carpark just across the road so easily accessible. Would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I’ve been attending this practice now for a few months and I can’t praise them highly enough. I had been severely neglecting my teeth for years after a bad experience (with a different practice!), I was extremely nervous (no, terrified), so I was a really difficult patient I’m sure. I am very nervous going to the dentist, like many others, but I found the receptionist professional, friendly and cheerful, he is has a winning way with him that makes you feel like you’ve found a friend just when you need it most before stepping into the surgery. The dentist and his assistant are also very friendly, again making you feel more comfortable and at ease, as much as possible, they tell you to let them know if you need a break and answer any questions you have, they also give advice in a friendly manner, trust me I’ve met many who are not nearly as kind. They guide you in what you need and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Altogether a fantastic team who I would totally recommend. I would recommend this dentist to anyone and especially Shoaib. He has been wonderful with my treatments the last few months with an occurring abscess which was causing me a lot of pain. Was in and out here just about every week and he put up with my moans and groans. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and Shoaib has been wonderful with this. Also refilled my chip on my front tooth using better materials by choice by himself which was very good of him and I’m very greatful.
