This company was referred from another dentist who could not deal with the complexity of my case. From the initial consultation to the final result i was overwhelmed with the level of professionalism and high standard of work i obtained. Paul was very informative during every stage of my implants and bone graft procedure. Nothing was a hassle to them even when Novak the dental nurse had to stay behind after work hours to carry out my treatment. 100% happy and i have already passed on the details to friends and family. Great job guys 👍🏻

I had been avoiding the dentist for many years due to previous bad experiences, and it took an abscess to get me back through the door. From that day Roseanne and the team have been fantastic. I've had to undergo a lot of work but they have been great with me. Roseanne has explained everything to me and put me at ease. I really wish I had a dentist like her years ago as I feel I would've had a better experience. She even suggested some coping strategies to help me through the treatments.

Hi Paul Just wanted to thank you for the professional and caring way you and the team performed the operation last Saturday. It was completely painless apart from the removal of a sticking plaster ouch! I expected pain that evening, during the night or today but with the minimum of painkillers I have honestly been totally pain free and have experienced no discomfort at all. This is of course down to you guys and I am grateful for your expertise and experience being used so exceptionally. I hate going to the dentist. Getting me to go is a real challenge I'm a very anxious person. It gets worse with the dentist however I've just really switched to east kilbride dental care and I can honestly say everyone is absolutely amazing. They take your needs seriously and let you take treatment at your own pace. I always feel like im being judged at the dentist. Not here! Everyone is lovely and makes you feel at ease. Paul Divine is an outstanding dentist. I had trauma to my mouth many years ago. Others dentists said I had too little viable bone in order to have a front tooth implant. Paul fully assessed my needs and skilfully laid new bone grafts. He thoroughly monitored my progress and healing every step of the way. I have just had my front tooth implant completed. I can't stop smiling. I'm overwhelmed by how good my front tooth is. It is perfect. You could never tell it was an implant. What an amazing match to the rest of my teeth. Everything about the experience was first class. The reception staff were always helpful and supportive if I called. The instructions given to care for the initial bone graft surgery were clear, fulsome and easy to understand. I also was given his phone no. to contact if I was at all worried. I definitely felt I was cared for like a VIP . I give him and the practice 15 out of 10. You have made a real difference to my confidence and well being. Couldn't be more delighted

From being extremely scared to go to the dentist and anxiousness towards toothbrushes and other textures, I am now able to go to the dentist sorry free, and it is all to do with finding an incredibly patient practice. We began with clear communication and taking things at an honest and comfortable pace. We’ve done a lot of work from extractions, root canal treatment to fillings and all the way through I have known what is being done and the process. They work with you to help make everything easier whether that is not sitting in the waiting room or choosing a playlist to take your mind off of your mouth. Taking it treatment at a time we have managed to get over the fear of textures and I am able to use both normal toothbrushes and electric ones. From not enjoying the dental experience to then going the whole hog and straightening my teeth with Invisalign, the team have continued to be patient and kind. Now that my mouth is healthier and pain free, I don’t worry about going in at all. I’m extremely happy with the massive support and patience that I have received from my dentist as well as the whole practice. A smile has made a massive difference whether that is from them to now my new one. The confidence that has grown in this time has been amazing and I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much.

Having not been to a dentist in 8 years, slightly nervous at the thought, I finally made an appointment with East \Kilbride Dental Care. I wish I had done it sooner. On arrival the staff were so friendly and efficient i felt at ease straight away. I was being treated by Baiju who was really welcoming and friendly. He explained every detail of my treatment and assured me I would be fine, as was nervous. After the treatment baiju described what had been carried out in great details. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome and would recommend this practice to anyone.

Called due to having toothache and was fitted in for a consolation the following day. After my examination and a couple of x-rays I was given a treatment plan with all aspects fully explained. All staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout my appointment.

The premises are always spotless so during times like these you feel that extra sense of comfort knowing that everything is hygienic and safe. The staff are all very friendly and kind and the way things are run to compensate from the limitations from the current pandemic issues are second to none. I just finished my last appointment for some work I was having done and I was reminded of how great the team here are. A very sincere thank you to Baiju as well, my current dentist. Not only did he treat me in an amazingly kind but professional manner, he's a genuinely awesome dude and a blast just to chat with. Great guy. I visited a number of dentists over the years who told me my teeth will never be straighter or can be fixed. I faced years of not smiling with my teeth on show in photos, anytime I would laugh I would cover my mouth. I got told to make private appointments with orthodontints but most likely they will not be able to do much except maybe remove teeth! With £500 being the consultation fee. I queried a number of dentists regarding Invisalign and I was told this would not work with my teeth as my front stuck out slightly invisalign will not be useful. I was convinced after research it could help. I said to myself I would have one more go at visiting a new dental practice and query regarding Invisalign. I had an appointment with Baiju Kothari and explained my continuous disappointment. He asked me what I wanted as my goals and outcomes. Within two months, Baiju had a plan drawn up explained it to me and liased with Invisalign to make an 11week plan to help me get straighter teeth. Every step he was amazing, priced very fairly did not do more work than required, printed me a payment plan and treatment plan and any questions he listen and took the time either face to face or on the phone to assist with my queries. The reception staff are fantastic, always do their best to help to assist however they can and very pleasant. I have no finished my treatment and I have to say I have never smiled as much in my life as I am now, I am confident in my smile and I do NOT cover my mouth when I laugh or smile 😁 for me this has changed my life and my confidence. After spending most of my life getting knocked back to any hope of achieving what I wanted all it took was to find Baiju Kothari to make it possible! Amazing person and a fantastic dentist. Would recommend to everyone

I had a dental emergency as one of my molars had fractured and had started becoming somewhat sensitive and achy. My initial call was answered quickly and efficiently in a very pleasant and courteous manner. We arranged a suitable time for my initial check-up and completed the call. This was followed up by an email containing very clear instructions on how to attend my check-up in a Covid-safe manner and included the forms I needed to completed before arrival. On the day everything went smoothly, I handed in my completed forms and I didn't have to wait to be seen. Mr Baiju Kothari performed the check-up which was quick, thorough and efficient. A couple of X-rays were taken on either side of my mouth and Mt Kothari then explained to me his findings in a clear and unambiguous manner. I needed some work to be carried out with the potential to be seen by an expert as the root canal(s) in my tooth may have collapsed, but my options and timelines were clearly explained and I was asked my opinion in a non-pressurised manner. So far, I'm really impressed. I'm now awaiting my next appointed when I will learn more about the final prognosis

I visited dentist & hygenist. Although my previous visits have been satisfactory, my appointment was planned to be with hygienist. I was contacted by the surgery in advance of my appointment to be advised my 6 month check-up was due & was asked if I would like to get check-up done the same day. This was very appreciated as it would save another trip for me. Staff were good as always but I would've appreciated being told it was not my regular dentist. I have no issues regarding any visits & this was just something i would have liked to have been made aware of.

You just start to get too know your dentist and they know you and then they are gone!. Amazing dental practice with excellent staff. I have a fobia of the dentist but they have worked hard with me and for the first time in a long time I'm proud of my smile. For anyone who hates the sound of the drill like I do simply take in ear headphones with you and blast music. It's helpful and they will tap your shoulder if they need to ask anything and take the time to work with you not against you. Can't thank them enough for the fresh look and smell of my breath now. So so happy with everything can't thank them enough.

I attended for my 6 monthly checkup. I was previously referred from EK Dental Care to Glasgow Dental Hospital and attend regularly. My checkup was straightforward with no procedures necessary and was given a few instructions on how to use the dental brushes to maximise their effect. The staff at EK Dental Care are very caring and professional and I would highly recommend them to future patients. I again attended EK Dental Care for my six-monthly check-up in March 2020. I did not need any dental treatment, and had a thorough clean. I was advised to attend in three months time as I have gum disease and to keep it under control, I will follow any directions from the Dentist. I cannot recommend the staff highly enough and thank them for their care.

Nicola was a bit hard on my feet and dug into my gums a few times which caused quite a bit of pain at times. Although i could have put my hand up I endured the pain. At night I was in quite a pit of pain and had to take painkillers. It took about ten minutes after I left the dentist before I really started to feel the numbness for some reason maybe a faster and or stronger numbing againt was needed but the receptionist Ann and Nicola are very pleasant and friendly.
