Very happy with the service at G1 Dental. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful especially Caitlin to book an emergency appointment on the phone and in person. Also very appreciative of the dentist and the assistant as they made sure to inform me of all the steps and options available. As someone who has had a genuine fear of dentists most of my life, my mind was put at ease when I was introduced to G1 Dental by a family member. I was immediately made to feel at ease and was amazed by the modern facilities and technology used. I had an x-ray done, a summary of what dental work I needed and how long it would take to be completed by Dr Geoff Purnell. To date this has been the best dental experience I have had by far!

I have had a very bad fear of the dentist for a number of years, I knew I needed work done for a long time and put it off and off, I was recommended Dr Sean Skene by another friend who was equality as nervous. To cut a long story short my fear has pretty much gone due to the calm zen like state that Sean seems to have around his patients, the dentist its self is very upmarket feeling, very modern style, they have been very accommodating for my appointments around works etc and I would and do recommend them to my friends.

Dr Colin Burns has provided excellent treatment for over a year and a half . Fitting implants following a mouth injury was never going to be simple but he was very supportive . Thoroughly recommend him , highly professional and extremely friendly . Hayley worked with Colin on all treatments and she was amazing too. having recently relocated to glasgow, i registered with G1 dental for general checkup and was truly amazed by the service and care i received. The team are fully commited to ensuring you receive the best care from the moment you enter the practice. My dentist took the time and effort to fully explain all procedures to me and to discuss the various treatment options prior to commencing any treatment, the transparency in care and treatment options allowed me to make a full and informed choice regarding which treatment was best suited to me and my budget. The nurses were always welcoming and willing to accomdate my needs regarding appointment etc and i was utterly amazed at the level of care, consideration and regard that was shown to me. The staff were always polite and professional and the practice was equipped with the latest equipment and felt more akin to a luxury spa than a dentist. i have already recommended G1 to all my family and friends as it truly has been the best dental care i have ever recieved.

I first completed the filling, washing and root canal treatment with the help of dr.Slon. I have always been afraid of looking at the teeth, but G1dental allows people to solve all my dental problems in a comfortable and pleasant situation. The doctor is also very helpful. Patiently chat with the patient before each treatment. Now that I have started wearing braces for three months, dr.Uhman has designed a perfect solution for me, and I am very satisfied.

Haven’t been to the dentist in about 6 years… didn’t realise it wa a that long… last dentist put me off. G1 on the other hand have been brilliant… easy to get an appointment so far, friendly, helpful.. best dentist I’ve been to. Had hygienist visit booked and my mouth hasn’t felt this good in years.. the hygienist (Debbie and Louise) were really good. Very gentle considering they were scraping and grinding 6 years of neglect away… I won’t hesitate to go again… certainly not leaving it 6 years either…bets dentist I’ve ever been to…

Glasgows No'1 Dentist! Moved here immediately from my old dentist after going along my girlfriends appointment last week. This dentist is very professional and clean, and it's easy to get an appointment through their phone booking. You also get a text reminder which helps. There is a generally a short wait in the waiting room which is equipped with TV and magazines, but never needed to wait more than 10 mins.

Can’t recommend this dentist highly enough! Happened upon them by accident as my normal dentist could not take my emergency booking when I chipped a tooth. Got an appointment with this practice straight away and after excellent service, changed to using them as my full time dentist. The staff are very welcoming, the reception area is modern with clean bright décor and plenty of items on hand to calm any nerves about your visit – plasma TV with up to date programmes/music and magazines which people actually want to read rather than the usual dusty copies you would find in other places. The dentists examination room is spotless! Also, the dentist I use, Dr Geoffrey Purnell is fantastic! He puts you at ease, describing what he is doing so that you don’t worry, and recommends ways to keep your teeth healthy. Actually look forward to going to the dentist for once in my life!

My story began with a ritz cracker. A ritz cracker literally cracked my tooth. This was probably my own fault as I never experienced any real problems with my teeth and always make sure to brush thoroughly etc and as such hadn't been to the dentist in over 4 years and that was before I moved to the city so I figured it was time to bite the bullet (or cracker as it happens) and gave G1 Dental a call and went for an initial check up and consultation within a few days. Walking into G1 Dental, the thing that really hits you is that you feel like you've walked into the wrong building. It doesn't look or feel like a dentist at all - it looks more like the reception/waiting area of an upmarket health spa with its flat screen LED TV, magazines which are actually in date, plush seating and modern decor. The receptionists are always super friendly and make you feel at home. So, as for the actual dentistry - absolutely incredible. If you end up with Dr Skene then you will be smiling - the guy is an absolute legend and his work is impeccable. I ended up needing root treatment and some other fillings (go see your dentist every 6 months kids!) but he fully laid out a treatment plan and the cost and discussed the options before going ahead. I've just completed a whole round of treatments and...I know this a weird thing to say about going to the dentist...but it's been a pleasure. I cannot recommend G1 Dental enough. It gets all the stars from me!

After years of just accepting it I was provided with the means to get help and fix it, the treatment i was provided by G1 Dental and Atelier Dentistry was next level beyond, from an extraction, teeth whitening, composite fillings the works I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Massive thanks to Dr Craig Sinclair and all the staff at both practices for the Amazing work you have done! It means the world to me and I’m so grateful. If you’re ever in need of top notch dentistry give them a shout! I highly recommend them to anyone with any dental issues! Great location in the middle of town, so easy to get to at lunchtime or before or after work, I thought this place would be expensive but it was actually cheaper than my previous dentists. The checkup was free too. They are also open later on most weekdays.

I have been a patient of G1 Dental for quite a few years now and have found all of my experiences there extremely positive. The staff are all really lovely and attentive. I'm always able to get an appointment quickly even if it's just for a check-up. Aside from check-ups, I've had a scale and polish (NHS) about a year ago and wisdom teeth removal, all four of them (privately with G1 Dental). As I write this, I am recovering from the procedure (It was yesterday) and I am just so glad I went with G1 Dental. The Dentists of whom worked on me, Dr Sharif and Emma were so extremely professional, but also so easy to talk to and calming. Before the appointment, Dr Sharif explained to me what the plan of action was - he also asked which music I'd like to listen to during the procedure - I chose to stick to the steady, chill tropical beats they were playing already. I was a nervous patient going in since I had never had anything done to my teeth apart from a scale and polish, and was shaking at first, but they just spoke to me and really made me feel at ease. I knew I was in good hands - as soon as the chair was lowered, I was calm. Emma kept on checking on me, asking if I was okay, and before I knew it, two of my teeth were removed and not long after the next two. I was given a recovery pack with some gauze, a cold bag and a few instructions whilst Dr Sharif explained to me how to recover well. I was so happy that I went with G1 Dental. I knew I was in safe hands and I think that is really important. I really appreciate the work of Dr Sharif and Emma, the check-up call I received today from the team at reception and I'm looking forward for my appointment next week checking on my healing. I've already recommended G1 Dental to my friends and family, and I recommend them to you too! 5*

I've been seeing Dr Sloan for a few years and although there are dental surgeries closer to where I live. I wouldn't go anywhere else and have recommended g1 dental to family and friends. I trust Dr sloan and feel he is always very honest and makes me part of the appointment and doesn't recommend work unless actually required. I've had some long term acid erosion on my teeth which was bothering me aesthetically. We discussed options and made a plan of how to decide which required some work and others which were fine for now. My eldest son had to get some treatment done as an emergency and G1 Dental could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They told him what was required and made the appointments to suit which during these difficult times was exceptional service. Dr Sharif had to deal with a very complex and daunting situation in at least 5 of my teeth. Due to previous mistakes done by other dentists and me being not very careful, I ended up I could hardly chew. Amir is the most professional, caring and meticulous dentist I have ever found. He called me at Christmas because of an infection, he called me during the lockdown to reassure me, he taught me how to take care of dental hygiene and he saved my entire mouth. If he was a restaurant he would receive 5 stars Michelin!

My only disappointment with this practice is that there is a £20 cancellation or appointment change fee if they are given less than 24hr notice which is completely fair except that in my case I booked my appointment on a Thursday for the following Monday and as they are closed at the weekend I was unable to get in contact to cancel in advance so was charged for it. This would have been okay if I had have been informed that this rule was in place before having to pay it as it was a surprise to me. Other than that I would highly reccommend this place as they are not only an excellent dentists for routine checkups but are also good for any cosmetic dental work you could need.

I like how reassured I always am by Dr Skene and how surprisingly comfortable I feel even if my teeth require to be fixed. The professional and calm approach of Dr Skene works wonders and I found myself actually relaxing during a procedure, which has never happened before. Having not been to a dentist for over 11 years or so, I decided to choose G1 Dental based on a quick google search that was in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. Upon the first time of going for my appointment, I was absolutely impressed with the entire layout of the practice as it was completely modern and extremely clean. On the reception staff, they were extremely polite, courteous and very professional in the way they dealt with my appointment, etc. With my past experiences of not going for good dentist, I can't stress highly enough on how brilliant G1 dental really is as the dentist who was looking at my teeth was very informative of what treatment I required while also displaying my teeth on a large TV in front of me, which did take me by surprise. But for once in my life, I felt that the dentist knew what he was doing. In a nutshell, I highly recommend G1 dental to anyone and everyone who is wanting to go the dentist.

I have been twice for checkups and the service has been quick and efficient on both occasions. Staff are friendly and help you feel relaxed. My only criticism is staff are not ready (in my experience) for 9am appointments, so you need to wait 5/10minutes which isn't good considering it's the first appointment of the day. However this doesn't put me off, and I'm happy to recommend to others.

Everyone at this practice is very friendly and helpful and the dentists explain everything in detail. The receptionist is lovely and they have Netflix in the waiting room. I really like the flexibility for appointments - they open early and stay open until 7:30pm I think, which is great if you work full-time. You can also register by email and book an appointment that way, and they call or text to remind you the day before you are due to come in. The location, just next to Queen Street Station, is also very convenient. I would highly recommend G1!

My first visit to G1 Dental and all the reviews are right! This reception area is more like a hotel lobby and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There is a flat screen television playing recent box office hits, comfortable couches and pleasant décor. The private and NHS rates were explained to me and I had a free check-up with Dr. Sloan. I was made to feel at ease and was pleasantly surprised by the modern facilities and technology used. I had a couple of x-rays done, a deep-clean scale and polish and provided with further information about the services provided. This has been the best dental experience I have had by far!
