I had my uncomfortable front crowns that were done by another dentist replaced by Dr Richa. It was my first time as a patient with her. Everything from start to finish was done with great experience and very professional and the end results were so much better than I expected. The dental lab did a brilliant job as the crowns look so natural, great teamwork, I would definitely recommend this dentist. Ann and the dental nurses are all nice and friendly and I look forward to my 6 monthly checkup ...

I had my Implants done by Richa Ana they have been amazing. No issues at all and look so natural. The team are always friendly and caring especially the practice manager Ann - nothing is ever a bother Ana if you need an appointment they will go out their way to make it suitable. When you enter the practice you are sure of a warm, friendly welcome. You know they are busy, but the team always make the time to treat you so well that you will not mind coming back! Cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. On the initial phone call, Ann the receptionist was so friendly and took time to speak to you as a person not just a patient. As a somewhat anxious patient for 7 years, I can honestly say Richa put me at ease straight away. She has a lovely, friendly and welcoming manner, and makes the visit very easy. Everything is explained clearly. I had a filling replaced and it is really a work of art; you wouldn’t know there’s a filling there. It resembles the shape of a tooth, which wasn’t the case with the original filling. Don’t hesitate to register here!

I needed root canal treatment and was apprehensive as it was not clear to me which tooth was causing the problem, but Neil soon sorted that out. He took a long time to explain to me what he was going to do. During the consultation he was very gentle, dexterous, unrushed, thorough and caring. I recently had cosmetic work carried out by Richa and her team to straighten my teeth. We used clear braces and it took only 8 months. The difference is fantastic. I am 49 years old and felt that I wanted my teeth to be in good condition and easy to maintain for the next 49! Just at the end of a treatment plan to have 3 implants with 2 teeth on each fitted in my lower jaw. I can honestly say the whole treatment plan has been carried out with efficiency, patience and great attention to detail. Richa and all the staff have been most pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Expectations more than exceeded during my visit; had booked in for botox, somewhat anxiously as had never had this treatment before and did not know what to expect. Deep frown lines on forehead were beginning to affect my confidence and although feeling a little vain and self centred as beauty treatments really arent my thing, thought I'd give it a try. Staff made me feel instantly at ease with their empathetic, attentive and professional care. Injections were relatively painless and the results are better than I could possibly have hoped for. Not only are the deep set lines all but gone (which I still cant quite believe is possible), my confidence, motivation and general "feel good factor" have all benefited from this boost.
