Just had a another perfect appointment today. I left one (delighted) review a long time ago and thought I should update today. My family and I have been coming here for a few years now and continue to be delighted and receive excellent customer service and dental treatment. Today, I had a lovely experience checking in (and out) with Emma, whose professionalism and expertise is efficiently delivered with a huge smile and welcoming chat. Then I had a wonderful appointment with Annette who has always done and continues to do an excellent job. My teeth feel amazing when she’s finished. Annette’s expert skill and meticulous attention is delivered with a professional, caring and friendly attitude. She creates a lovely environment. It’s a real pleasure to come to this practice. I feel welcome, valued and receive excellent treatment. Communication is perfect and the atmosphere is lovely. Trusting your dentist is very important to me and I absolutely trust this practice who have continually given our family a fantastic service. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks and am so pleased that this is our practice. Thank you 😀😀😀

If only I could give more than 5 stars... . I recently had Enlighten treatment from Annette. I am blown away by the results. I wish I had a before photo but I literally don't have any with my mouth open. I have always been ashamed of the staining on my teeth. I am an ex-smoker, I enjoy red wine and coffee. The difference after this treatment is immense, the trays are incredible, due to the very particular impressions taken by Annette. I would highly recommend this practice and treatment. The staff are just lovely and so attentive. Thank You for my smile 😁😁 Perhaps I will dig deep and pluck up the courage to have invisalign next. I simply would not consider anywhere else. What a team!!! Absolutely first class 👌👌

I have recently had major work done over the past 6 months including a front tooth implant. I was absolutely terrified but Robbie explained my treatment plan every step of the way and put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and the lovely reception staff especially Emma always ensured I was given an appointment if I had any pain. This was difficult during lockdown as there are fewer dentists working in the practice daily but someone always saw me. I would also highly recommend Matthew as a wonderful dentist and truly lovely man. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I also opted for other major work to improve my smile because I felt so at ease, comfortable, confident and safe in the expert hands of Robbie. Thank-you so so much everyone including Annette the hygienist. I literally can’t stop smiling now and am so proud of my new look. You have all made me very very happy. 5 thousand stars wouldn't be enough!

I had an old filling removed and replaced by Sabbah as well as a retainer fitted, and I can't go on enough about how incredible she was. After some bad and very painful experiences in the past, I was very nervous and on edge. But Sabbah's so warm and friendly, she put me at ease and gently talked me through everything. I can't believe it but I barely felt a thing! She's absolute magic. I was in and out in a flash, and I'm certain she's cured me of my dentist anxiety. Thank you SO much Sabbah and your team!

I can't recommend Mount Florida Dental highly enough! I am registered with Matthew and am currently undergoing work/prep to have to crowns fitted. Unfortunately the prep work has required additional attention - and have had not one, but two emergency appointments in the last week. So many thanks to Sabbah (last week) and Robbie (this morning) for allowing me to eat and drink without nerve pain until my crowns are eventually fitted next week. :) What a great team!

Excellent dentist! I have attended this dental practice since I was born and watched it adapt and change throughout the years. Recently new owners have turned this practice into something phenomenal with extremely friendly staff at the desk and very reasonable pricing for treatments. I see the hygienist Annette who not only makes the process of going to the dentist a little less daunting, also delivers amazing treatment. I recently had a wisdom tooth removed by one of the dentists in which I felt little to no discomfort and was delighted with the treatment. Would recommend this practice to anyone and promise that they will not disappoint.

I have been using this practice since 2009 and I will happily say hands down its the finest dental practitioner that I have ever visited. I have found all the staff to be very polite, well mannered and with a friendly face, they are also committed to helping their patients, and I have always felt they take great pride in their jobs. I have been using Annette Pollock the dental hygienist for the past 6 years, and I think she has worked wonders in keeping my teeth in good condition and filling free since I started visiting her. She is very experienced and really has a great attitude towards her job and also her patients. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to her should you need a scale and polish. I am so pleased that I found this practice and I would happily travel from outside Glasgow to visit it, should I ever have to move house in the future. Top marks guys, keep up the good work.

I have been Dr Taco's patient for over 10 yrs now, and haven't had any more issues with my teeth, he is an excellent dentist. The practice is spotless clean and receptionists are very attentive and polite.

Think swollen/ bleeding gums, loose teeth, gaps, crossbite, yellow/ crooked canines, bone loss. Two years on, think healthy, firm gums and the most fabulous, natural looking implants / veneers / crowns that I love, love, love . The staff are all great, very professional and want the best for their patients . They are a friendly bunch too which makes such a difference. I’m especially grateful to Annette and Robbie. Annette has completely turned my dental health around and far exceeds the skill set of her job . She’s also a lovely person! What can I say about Robbie that doesn’t demand a gush of superlatives ? Quite simply, he’s given me a great smile! The finished result was far beyond my expectation, despite my fussiness, and especially given the difficult and painstaking work involved . Robbie is extremely skilled and knows exactly what he’s doing . I had a complicated bone graft and he had to send detailed plans of what was required . The maxillofacial surgeon was very impressed with them as they were so exact! Importantly, Robbie works with you, listens to exactly what you want and translates that as realistically as your dental anatomy will allow . I can’t recommend him highly enough for cosmetic dentistry. Great dental practice all- round!

For someone who has a genuine phobia of dentists from an experience as a child, the staff here were very friendly and put me at easy instantly. It's a bit tricky to find, and parking can be hit or miss, give yourself 10-15 mins before your appointment to find a space. However, don't let that put you off. Friendly and honest staff, big Matthew talked me through the whole process and treatment plan, outlining all options open to me. They even pulled out the stops for a 24hr turn around on some lab work! I think I might have found my regular dentist in Glasgow!

I have been with this practice for 5 decades as have all my family and the levels of care, service and treatment just keep getting better and better. The whole team is a joy to deal with and largely this is because so many of the dental nurses (and Hygienist supremo Annette) have remained at the practice through any changes of ownership over the years. This means they not only know their patients really well but genuinely care about them. Taco and Robbie (who bought the practice in 2015) have seamlessly taken up the reins and it already feels like they have been there for years. They have very quickly built up a fantastic reputation for their work and use of cutting-edge technology etc. A special mention too for Matthew Mullan BDS who is a firm favourite of my 86 year old mum, due to his exceptional care & lovely manner. All in all, I can't praise the MFD team highly enough - whilst a visit to the dentist can rarely be termed 'pleasurable', Mount Florida Dental is as close it gets!

Had an appointment with Robbie and team for implants yesterday, to say I was nervous is an understatement! However all my worries were groundless. From Ruth, practice manager, greeting me on arrival to the reasurances from Mary, long serving dental nurse, I was put at ease . Once in surgery Robbie with the aid of Andrena and Karla made sure I was comfortable and pain free throughout my procedure. The team made sure I was fine and had all my instructions before I left. Twenty four hours on I have mild discomfort but am delighted at how little pain I have experienced. I cannot recommend this practice and staff highly enough.
