Reviews of Possilpark Dental Care

I went for scale and polish and a white filling and although the dentist and the assistant were really lovely and very gentle with the work, when I went home and the numbing wore off I could feel and see that the teeth surface and the filling were not as smooth as they should be and I could also see some of the tartar still not removed. I wasn't very pleased and emailed them to let them know that the work is not up to the standard I expected and after no one replied to my email (never quite got an explanation why they didn't see my email for a week), I phoned them and explained the issue. To their credit, they did organise a re-visit very quickly and the dentist apologied and spend another 20 min finishing off the job and the final result was good so overall I would say they can do a good job, but sometimes (I hope it was a one off) you may need to give them a chance to fix any issues that may have arisen.

Lovely experience and service from the moment I stepped though the door. Dr Akash and the lovely Nicole took care of my needs so well. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return for further treatment and appointments. I am a nervous patient, but the dentist was very attentive, reassuring and detailed the treatment extremely well. Would certainly recommend. Delighted with my airflow, crowns and fillings.

I have recently just registered at this dental practice after being unable to be seen at my previous practice. Being in the health centre makes it very convenient for me. The staff here are so attentive to all patients, a nice friendly face at reception goes a long way. The dentist and dental nurse I seen were very kind and understanding of my dental anxiety due to past experiences. They talked me through step by step what would be happening during my appointment and made me aware of the new PPE they would be wearing as this was all new to me. Can’t recommend this practice enough, will be telling my family/friends to get themselves registered.

A very clean practice, very open friendly staff and Dr Akash was very comforting and reassuring it had been a while since I had visited the dentist. I would've gave 5 stars for my review, there were only a few hand sanitizing stations on the way into reception. I didnt feel there was a way to be distant from other patients on the way into reception for those waiting to be seen at the doctors.

Having a fear of visiting the dentist, I put off some necessary work for a very long time. My son had recommended Dr Tamber at Envisage and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by his helpful manner and ability to ensure I was calm in the chair. Dr Tamber sorted the issues with my teeth with minimal pain and discomfort. It has totally changed my perception of visiting the dentist and would not hesitate to visit him and the staff at Envisage again. Amazing service from Akash. I had a real fear of the dentist but really wanted new veneers and Bridge.work I always had to be sedated but Akash talked me through things and was very patient with me. The dental nurses are also great and chat to you that also helps the neves. I am now near the end of my treatment and love the results even better I done it with no sedation.I can smile again and feel confident. Thanks Akash and the team Jackie

Dr Tamber was very professional and courteous throughout my treatment. He took the time to ensure I understood everything at each stage by explaining each and every step he was taking to ensure my teeth were at their best. Had my first appointment on 5th November as i was going on holiday to my home country and needed a filling. The practice kindly accommodated me the same day. Saw Syed who said that he can place temporarily filling and ask me to see Dentist in my country to get a permanent filling. He dint charge me anything. When i saw the Dentist in my country i was told the filling i got was better than permanent filling. I am back in Scotland now and will see Syed for the treatment. I hadnt been to the dentist in years as I didn't like going and very nervous about it. As soon as I was in the practice I was greeted by the staff at reception and made to feel really welcome. I told them I was nervous and told me not to be as I was in great hands with the dentist Rob. The nurse working with Rob welcomed me in and asked how i was. Rob talked me through what he was doing and explaining why which made me feel really comfortable and put my mind at ease. Will actually be looking forward to my next check up now!

I just recently joined the practice after moving to the area and seeing some signage outside. I was in terrible pain and went into the practice where the receptionist Jo was accommodating and got me an emergency appointment on that very same day. I seen the dentist Kuber and his nurse Linda. Both introduced themselves to me and were very professional. Kuber worked his magic and got me out of pain! Would 100% recommend.

I have severe dental anxiety... I mean severe. I had the worst toothache and still kept putting off the extraction. Which was stupid, cause the care I had from Dr Bozena Szporek and her team was first class!!! They were very Paitent very informative. I still couldn't settle and was terrified. However after the treatment. I can honestly say my dental anxiety has reduced dramatically. I would never go to another another dentist. I can't think them enough for all their patience and kindness and of course to bring my teeth back to healthy... Thank you again

Just of Thé dentist chair about 45 minuets ago mouth still numb,Thé bit I hate Thé most other than that she was brilliant at what she did.I got a tooth out and got my new dentures.At first wene I saw them on my last visit I thought they didn't look Thé way I was hopeing they would have but today wene she put my denture in and looked in the Mırra it cracked! No I was so pleased with her and Thé assistant now I can go and give a big smile wene before I hated even talking to people never mind a smile!!but now I will have the confidence to go talk and keep a smile on my face! Well recommend to anyone even if scared to go, I was bad with fear but they do it well by explaning Step by step RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.THANKS to staff to:-)
