I’ve had a great experience with Queens dental practice. From the very start they listened to what I wanted and gave me a few options on how to achieve my dream smile. Financing was really easy to do and booking / rearranging appointments was easy too. Olivia has done a great job and I can’t stop smiling ! The compliments keep on coming in with my new smile too

I had been following the practice on socials for a while, as I had been thinking about going private. I had been pushed into making a decision lately due to cracking one of my back teeth ,and the old filling that I had there coming away completely. What was still there was extremely sharp. Tried to get an appointment with my own nhs dentist and told it would be at least 4 months wait and I knew I couldn’t wait that long. I phoned the queens drive to see if they could help and who I spoke to couldn’t have been more my lovely. She fitted me in on an emergency appointment within two weeks. I was running late for the appointment and would have understood if I needed to reschedule, again the receptionist couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. Thankfully Olivia could still see me and was absolutely amazing. She sorted out my problem for now and clearly explained what might have to happen to fix it permanently. The tech that was used to show me what she could see was so helpful and then to be shown my X-ray and pointed out the issues with my tooth was brilliant! I felt extremely comfortable within the practice and I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment in 2 weeks! Olivia, her dental nurse and the receptionist provided an all round great service and a lovely atmosphere

Thoroughly recommend Olivia and her team. I am quite terrified of needles and when she said that the injection would be painless, it was so! I just couldn’t believe it. Olivia first talked me through the process, offered music to help me relax, numbed the area with some gel and then very slowly got the anaesthesia in, I only knew it was done because I was told! If only more dentists would learn to do things this way, no-one would ever be afraid of coming to the dentist!! 5*

I contacted queens drive dentist as I had seen them advertising on Facebook about pain free dentistry, which to me sounded excellent. I've always had really bad anxiety at even the thought of visiting the dentist, so bad I hadn't visited a dentist in around 5 years. On my first visit to queen's drive I was greeted by very friendly reception staff, once there I had a consultation with Amber who broke everything down for me and gave me the full treatment plan, I went away and thought about it, I then returned and had a check up with the dentist olivia and she confirmed for me everything that was required to correct my teeth. I had various teeth removed, couple of fillings, composite bonding and finally had a plate made with 4 teeth on it to finally give me a smile I had waited years on. Olivia was very patient with me during these treatments and always made sure it was "PAIN FREE". I would 100% recommend coming here for your dental treatment, you will be made to feel relaxed and assured you can have a break whenever you require during your treatment. I can't thank olivia enough for giving me my smile back.

I recently received some treatment after finally getting the courage to get to the dentist I got my treatment through lockdown and the staff were alway very helpful and stuck to strict safety measures to keep everyone safe they were grate from start to finish from getting a consultation appointment with Amber to then getting the treatment from John Paul the full process was quick and fast. My treatment was composite bonding with this I got a new smile. Getting this has been amazing I am now able to smile again and not have to fell every insecure about what my smile looks like. John Paul has has been my dentist throughout my treatment has been so informative and clear about each and every stage of the process. I had an awful black filling that needed seeing to due to lock down. This had always been an eye sore that gave me real smile and confidence issues. After being transferred here from dentistry on square i was pretty nervous but i find the service excellent staff are all very friendly. So I suffer really badly from anxiety. I am not afraid of the dentist don’t get me wrong but I have other issues when attending. I had seen the advertisements about how this dentist specialised in helping someone like me. I was not disappointed. From the first phone call to actually getting the treatment every single person. In the practice was so nice and understanding. I don’t think I would have actually gone to the appointment if it hadn’t been for the encouragement on the first call to book me in. Before I even got treatment everyone who I encountered there made me feel at ease. John Paul is the dentist who didn’t the initial treatment and I have to say I don’t think I could have gone through with it if he hadn’t been so patient and understanding with me. I am prone to panic attacks and he calmed me and helped me immensely so that I was able to get the tooth extracted with no pain. I had to go back to the dentist after years if not going, as I had a break in a front tooth badly needing filled and a broken tooth at the back needing completely removed. I was incredibly anxious on my first visit for the filling, knowing I would need a numbing injection, but Olivia was very patient and helped a lot, talking me through breathing exercises to relax me, and after the injection was done the filling took no time at all. I didn't feel any of it. This gave me the confidence to go back the next week and get the tooth pulled without sedation. I was in a much less panicked state the second time round knowing how easy things went before. It again went smoothly and was over before I knew it, no pain at all. The whole experience has made me feel so much better about going to the dentist, which is something I had quite a bit of trouble with. The whole team was great.

I visited Queens Drive dental practice today to have an awkward and painful top wisdom tooth extracted. I have had 3 previous excruciating wisdom tooth extractions at other practices and the hospital, so was very nervous going in. My dentist Olivia was amazing right from the moment I came in she completely put me at ease explained what she was going to do so I knew what was coming and when I might feel pressure. She had the anaesthetic in without any discomfort. Chatted to me to take my mind off the procedure and keep me calm. The tooth was out in no time and It was completely pain free! I had horrible toothache and was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment as it was an emergency. We Decided it would be best to extract the tooth. I Got it taken out there and then and didn't feel 1 bit of pain. Needless to say i walked out smiling again. Amazing. I have no other words. As someone who has struggled with extreme fear and anxiety, who has cried, screamed and squirmed at every appointment for the past 20 years or just stopped going at all, my experience today was life changing for me. I usually have to be sedated for anything more than a check up. Today, without sedation, I had two old metal fillings replaced with white fillings and I mean it when I say I didn’t feel a thing. Olivia made sure I was completely at ease throughout and I really was. My headphones blocked out any noise and I didn’t even have to close my eyes. And no crying! Never going anywhere else

Came across queens drive dental practice on google in march 2019 when looking for somewhere to get braces as I wasnt happy with my teeth and I'm getting married july 2020. I gave them a call and they organised for me to go in and have a chat about what I was after. I went in and spoke to amber who was very lovely and made me feel so relaxed and we spoke about putting a plan in place for my teeth. I then went to john paul who is a great dentist and nothing is too much of a bother. A year later and my teeth are a lot better than they where and anytime I go in for my appointments all the staff make you feel really welcoming. I would highly recommend queens drive dental to anyone. I have never been a fan or going to the dentist as the dentist I normally used it felt like a day out going as yu always had to wait ages even after your appointment time, where as going their I'm in and taking when I'm meant to and it's always pain free. I honestly couldn't rate them enough.

In 2008 I was recovering from a nasty bout of labyrinthitis and was unable to go to the dentist for two years ,as I had been so unwell. In the meantime my dentist of twenty years chose to take a new path in his dental career. I then had the job of trying to find a new dentist. My husband phoned ten dental practices to find out if any had experience of my condition. There was only one practice that returned our call and that was Queens Drive Dental Practice. Mary Heavenor returned our call and that was the start of my new dental journey . I can honestly say from the moment you step inside the door, you are immediately made to feel welcome. Mary Heavenor is a delight ,she is so warm, friendly and excellent at calming you , if you are feeling nervous about a procedure. She becomes your friend and possesses qualities that are very rare these days. Emma is also a charming girl who always has a lovely smile and exudes warmth. My dentist is Mike Nisbet. When I had my first appointment I was in fear and trepidation, as I knew a considerable amount of work was required. Mike was excellent, he told me exactly what needed to be done and was understanding of my condition. He is not only a dentist ,but a comedian and helps you to relax in the infamous dental chair. He is ably assisted by the lovely Sylwia, his dental nurse and what a team they make. They are not only excellent at their job, but keep you occupied with their banter. Sylwia is very special and treats you with such warmth and care I cannot recommend Mike enough, I call him my Mr Wonderful. He is so popular, listens to you and always does his best. He does everything in his power to save your teeth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice for their welcoming environment, excellent dental care carried out in a professional manner. Finally thank you Mike, Sylwia, Mary and Emma for helping me on my long dental journey, you all play an integral and vital part in making this practice a pleasure to visit.

I met the Queens Drive Dental Practice team 3 years ago. I needed a big job with my crowns and a friend of mine recommended me the practice. Best team ever. Very friendly, professional and warm people The girls from reception are the most efficient I met. So welcoming and always with a smile. You forget that you are there to see a dentist. Then the hygienist and the dentist are fantastic too. I was very happy and satisfied with my crowns. That was a big job well done 3 years ago. I've been with this practice since moving back to Glasgow 15 years ago. In that time, I've seen 3 dentists, most recently Pamela, and all have been first class. The hygenists, Phyllis and Nicola, are excellent. The waiting room has comfortable chairs, great views out over Queens Park, and today's paper, and couldn't be less like the stereotype.

I simply loved the whole experience of my first visit at the practice. The atmosphere is very homely and relaxing . The staff are all fantastic in terms of the service they provide to all people who walk in to their clinic.
