F. J.The dentist, dental nurse and receptionist are amazing. They go way out or their way to put you at ease . I have a mouthful of neglected teeth and Ameera ? spelling , made me feel good about myself and never judged . I am always put at ease whereas in the past I would be so nervous about any dental appointments. Now , despite my poor teeth , I don’t dread the dentist . Thank you Thornliebank Dental !!!

M.My elderly mother has asked me to write this review as she could not believe the service she received from this practice from start to finish she struggled for weeks to get an appointment with any other dentists but she called and spoke to Mel and she bent over backwards to see that she was seen in a timely manner. The dentist she seen was Aneela and she looked after her as she’s very nervous I can’t thank these two ladies enough they are a credit to the practice
S. A.Friendly Receptionist and great Dentist. Takes time to explain your treatment and map out an affordable treatment plan. The main problem I've experienced with dentists is when they push a procedure onto you. Ahmed makes sure you know what your options are and lets you make the decision. Will def be going back!

D.considering the recent COVID-19 situation that is going on, I was experiencing dental pains I have recently had 2 strokes and struggle with my speech I called and a lovely young lady Melissa answered my call and was very helpful and patient with me I explained that a filling had fallen out, she advised the pain was due to this tooth rubbing against my mouth. She advised me what to do and I have not had any issues since. This girl is always very helpful and goes over and above when I am in the surgery more nurses like this would make dental experiences easier for people like my self she is a credit to your practice

A. P.I’ve been to Thornliebank Dental Care a few times for my routine dental checkups and treatments and I have received a 5* service every single time. The staff is very professional and takes the well-being of their patients extremely seriously especially the new dentist there is very considerate and experienced. You get a very warm welcome from the staff at reception and they really make you feel at ease. The waiting time is not long at all and you are always seen by very professional nurses and dentists on time. They pay special attention to your needs and ensure that the treatment that is required is carried out in a professional and confidential manner keeping the patient’s needs in mind. R. F.Last year I was awaiting major heart surgery but before I could have the operation I was required to attend the Sauchiehall Street clinic for some intensive dental work. Throughout the month of September, the Thornliebank dental receptionist, Melissa McCormack, was tireless in her efforts to get me appointments at appropriate times and in doing so hastened the time of my operation, which finally took place in early November. Throughout this period, Melissa performed her duties with tireless good humour and made what could have been a very difficult time a lot easier.

I.Been very patient with me as not good at dentist. Sometimes feels a bit rushed. But overall an ok expeirience as i do have medical issues that they have taken care of.very friendly which definately helps.
