From first contact to treatment, Norfolk House could not be bettered. Each member of the Reception team is the appropriate balance of warmly personal and calmly efficient. Real efforts have been to accommodate dates and treatment plans over what has now been three decades. The proposed treatment is always explained well and the procedures are second to none. We feel completely safe in the dentist's hands, trust the decision-making process, and been very pleased (and relieved) with outcomes. Any necessary follow-up has been timely. A superb practice!

I've been a patient here since having teeth, over 30 years. The quality of care and level of service is exemplary and the practice is relaxing. Norfolk House Dental Care have kept my smile gleaming as I lost child teeth, throughout my teenage orthodontic years to assist my adult teeth being straight and now with regular check-ups and hygienist appointments. Care has continued throughout the pandemic with no noticeable effect to patients despite, what I'm sure, are very stringent and fast paced policy changes to ensure safety. Lastly, the practice is always accommodating as I frequently have to re-arrange appointments due to work commitments. Highly Recommended, Thanks!

I have always found the Receptionists at Norfolk House extremely friendly especially Diane. Jo my Hygienist has almost become a friend because she is so good at her job and genuinely interested in patients. I recently had an emergency and Mr Robb helped me immediately and two weeks later Ms.Shah took my tooth out and I was so pleased with her concern and solicitous attitude to my care and welfare. Couldn't recommend Norfolk House Dental Practice highly enough.

Excellent treatment, friendly and efficient. The lovely Di on reception always makes me feel welcome. Hygienist Jo is lovely and makes dreaded visits almost pleasant. Dentist Steve Robb puts you at your ease. His local anaesthetic injections are completely painless and I have been very happy with his work and advice. I would highly recommend Norfolk House.

During the pandemic I had my usual check-ups and the care and hygiene standards enforced at that time were excellent which enabled both patients and staff safe to keep safe. Excellent care from all. The receptionists are very caring and pleasant to deal with and do their utmost to help, particularly with emergency appointments. Dr Robb is very professional and kind and explains procedures fully. Trudy is the best hygienist that I have ever been treated by and is so caring. All the dental nurses are lovely too.

I’ve been with Norfolk all my life and could never fault them. The receptionists are always lovely and let me pay over the phone at my convenience when I don’t have money or my card with me. They also have a water machine with cups in the reception area which is always appreciated, as well as a nice bathroom which you can brush your teeth in before your appointment. My dentist Dr Robb always puts me at ease and takes the time to explain things I don’t understand. Brilliant and professional service.

My wife & I have always had good treatment & practical advice from this surgery. The reception team are excellent & will always try and accommodate busy schedules. My experience of the dentist, is that she is very good and sympathetic to a bad patient (me) I have recently had what I can only described as a 3D laser printed crown fitted-- brilliant use of technology. Ready in hours without the use of clay moulds! On the negative side, the reception needs a bit of updating as it's letting the practice down

I feel totally relaxed there and he does a fantastic job of looking after my teeth he always provides me with helpful advice . My family members also attend here and I can speak for us all in saying they offer a fantastic service . The staff are very professional friendly and helpful and the Hygienist Trudy always does a brilliant job ! I travel from Worcestershire as I moved away and I would not want to use anyone else !

Very happy with this practice. I used to attend it when i was a child with Mr Ripley and Mr Allen and now iv come back to them. Pleased its as friendly as its always been. Reception staff very efficient. My dentist and hygienist are very good.

For some reason this has come up in my 'old' name - current surname is Hawkins. Norfolk House Dentists are the best there are. Being a private dental practice it is a little expensive, but what price teeth I say? My teeth are in a dreadful state and quite old now but Doctor Robb is doing all he can to save as many as possible. All staff are helpful and courteous, from first point of contact of Receptionists to the Dental Nurses (especially Joseph) and of course the Dentists (in my case Dr Robb who I consider a genius and an artist!)

Hi, this is Brigid L. Thank you for my best ever replacement filling experience. The local anaesthetic was injected slowly so that it felt like pressure rather than pain. Then every step was explained clearly as we went along. And finally the filling was smoothed carefully so that the bite feels perfect.
