j. w.I have been going to Bupa Dental Care in Hereford for many years now. My dentist is Dr.Rui Brito who is amazing!! I have never had such a kind and gentle dentist. Rui puts you totally at ease and is very fair with the treatment required. The staff always welcome you with a smile and are very helpful. I would recommend this dentist to everyone!

H.I have had both private and NHS dentistry in the past and am now an NHS patient at this practice, which is undoubtedly the best dental practice I have ever used. In fact, my partner, who was with a private dentist, was so impressed with my treatment that he joined them as well, as an NHS patient and has never once regretted it.The lovely ladies on reception are helpful, friendly and efficient. Their safety measures during the Covid outbreak have been excellent. My dentist is Dr Rui Britto and he is simply the best dentist I have ever known. Kind, caring and brilliant at what he does, I trust him completely. We are so lucky to have this terrific practice in Hereford!

Appointment was with the orthodontist Mustafa, he took me through my options for the treatment 6 month smile, and was very professional and informative. Can’t wait to get back in and start the treatment. Would highly recommend!

a. p.I have moved around a lot, and consequently had lots of dentists. Right from breaking my teeth aged 6, I have had a phobia of dentists. I am with Pool Farm Dental, and Rui is my dentist, and he is quite simply the best dentist I have ever had. The practice is also superb, especially in these odd Covid times. Their PPE charges maybe a little steep (why do they charge?) but as a BUPA patient, thats a small price to pay for the confidence they have built in me. Today, I had my first crowns for 26years fitted by him, and it was over an hour in the chair of positivity. Highly recommended.
