First time at a bupa private dentist , anxiety got the better of me , but my new dentist Vlad and the lovely lady working along side of him ,was so nice and helped me through my nerves didn't start until i was ready really made me feel 10x better with years of fear I felt calmer than ever thank you very much, and receptionist Rachel Easy to talk to super friendly 🤗 xx

I went to have my chipped front tooth looked at and within 5 mins i was actually having it fixed due to a cancellation. My dentist was called Cheryl. She was lovely and friendly and helped me feel at ease. She did a great job.. No pain! Will def be using this practice again. Thx

Excellent care, as always. I have had many dental issues since being a child but the staff at this practice are very skilled in meeting my needs. My (new) dentist Vlad, his nurse Ricki (apologies for dodgy spelling) and Rachel on reception are a credit to your company.

great dentist got me in at last minute and managed to save a wisdom tooth that had cracked. I thought the price was reasonable for a last minute appointment and all the staff were brilliant as I'm not a big dentist fan (no disrespect)

With a recent visit to see A.J. it was deemed that one of my teeth needed extraction. The procedure was text book, and went very well. The price of this procedure had certainly gone up, and makes one wonder if it was good value for the money? I have been a patient of this dentist for about 30 years under Graham Pinder, who has sadly retired, but wish him a happy retirement

I’ve been a customer here for approx 29 years. There haven’t been that many changes during this time which was great because you knew all the staff by name and they knew you but since the practice reopened after Covid lockdown, staff have changed considerably. There are only 2 long serving members of staff there now, Rachel on reception and Sarah the hygeinest. Hopefully Rachel and Sarah will be staying as the practice wouldn’t be the same without them
