I would recommend this practice to everyone I know. I was so nervous and suffer with anxiety when attending a dentists . Immediately Beth. T and Carmen reassured me, they explained everything about the work they would be undertaking. They listened to my tale of woe from my nerves and where so understanding. I'm more confident for my next appointment and very happy with all the work so far, thank you to all the staff and will be seeing you soon.

Free WiFi and a relaxed waiting area are always a good idea, and help me relax before hand. I attended the practice today and was seen by Therapist Bethen & her nurse Carmen, they both helped me to remain relaxed while having my treatment. Bethan explained everything to me while working on my Teeth, exactly what she was doing. My Teeth feel absolutely unbelievable after my clean, and look fantastic. I'm not registered here but rang yesterday for an emergency appointment and they got me in this morning. Like everyone else I'm terrified of dentist but from walking in to leaving I felt quite relaxed. Reception staff were lovely and dentist and assistant were truly amazing and helpful they made it so easy and comfortable. I will be ringing regularly to try get registered as I don't want to go anywhere else

I have nothing but praise for how both reception staff and dentists have coped through these difficult times. I was in the middle of treatment when lockdown began, but was clearly informed about what was happening in the practice. I have been contacted again now to finish my treatment with a phone call directly from my dentist which I thought was a wonderful human touch. This was followed by another friendly call from the reception staff - great service!

I was in absolute agony with my tooth over the weekend where 111 could not get me in for an emergency appointment. Phoned my dentist on the Monday were the next appointment was not for a week, and the fantastic receptionist managed to move things around a little for me for the next day after hearing how much pain I was in which I was very grateful for. All staff there are lovely from the receptionists to the Dentist/Dental nurses. You wouldn't think they were working through a pandemic as they make you feel at such ease with smiles on their faces. Their set up for COVID is fantastic one of the best I have seen to reduce the risk of COVID transmission but to still allow their much needed services to continue. Fantastic Service all round. You don't have to wait for Jesus Christ to return to earth to perform miracles.Mr Bouras and his dental nurse Miss Wigglesworth are there to do it on his behalf.They managed to save my tooth which i thought it had to be extracted.Congratulations to you both for your dedication,hard work and cooperation.You are an asset to the practice and the dental community in general. Attended the surgery yesterday for a tooth extraction after suffering all weekend with an infection. I am an extremely nervous patient however Mr Stathis Bouras and his dental nurse Nicola, made me feel so at ease the moment I walked through the door. Having booked in for a dental appointment, at short notice, I was given an appointment the same day. When taken into the dentist I was given a very high standard of treatment. I was given all the options and not pressured to take any particular path. The dentist and the dental assistant were both extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. Wanted to leave a review as it was my sons first time going to the dentist and he was crying before because he was so nervous. The dentist he saw and the dental nurse were nothing short of amazing :) really friendly and showed him the mirror before going in his mouth and spoke to him lots and really made him feel more comfortable. He got a sticker at the end and was so happy afterwards that he practically danced out of the building lol. He actually says he liked going there and is looking forward to his next appointment! Some of the reception staff could be more polite (some were very rude) but I still give a 5 star review as the dentist and nurse were so great :)

I've been a customer here for years and have always had great service. Always friendly and reliable. The dentists are clearly passionate about what they do and always put the customer first. If I've ever had any questions, they're very informative and are really helpful. The staff and management are outstanding and I would highly recommend.

Not happy with the service protocol. Discharged because my appointment was cancelled due to the dentist leaving. I thought they would re scedule when another was available. Then the covid hit and there was no appointments this yr so did not contact them knowing this. Now it's over 18 months. Really angry but obviously not the receptionist rules.

Mr Godfrey is a great dentist, but a useless timekeeper. When your appointment is for 8.30,you don't expect to see him arriving in his coat at 8.35. It's not the first time this has happened to us, either. Apart from that, no complaints.

Ever since i was easily transferred from the beverley road dentist i have recieved noting but a professional, expectional service from the full team. Always busy, but always brilliant. Special thanks and a mention has to go to Nicola and Stathis for advising what does and doesnt need doing for the better of my health. Only thing i would change is, i would like to see free wifi avaliable to use to enable me to carry on with the influx of work that demands upon myself. Keep up the great work, (i will drop some used toothpaste in next time i am passing for the starting well campaign the dentist promotes to recycle)

Turned up for a filling appointment but the dentist had it as a check up appointment. However, Mr Godfrey still did the filling and I requested no injection..pain free obviously due to his expertise...been with this dentist for over 20 years and have always received a great service...a month ago a crown fell out at the weekend and I was given an appointment the very next day for it to be cemented back on...no problems since...

The Admin Staff on the front desk are professional, friendly and really kind... I am a whimp with dentists, and any excuse to run a mile suits me... but these ladies are really lovely. Please be nice to them too, and also, If door keeps bleeping, move off the mat ... the sensors make it bleep... it must drive them crazy lol ... The dentist is out of this world! I am lucky as I understand the list is now closed to adults so I got in just in time. I saw lovely male dentist, so kind and thoughtful... I’m not scared of going here at all. They are wonderful I’m lucky to be a patient! Ps. This one has all 5 stars compared to others ... speaks for itself really!

On 8/8/2018 at approximately 10:50, I received an urgent appointment with the dentist Mr Vlad Barbu at Holderness Dental Care, Hull. I was in agonising pain, unable to point precisely to a tooth toothache was coming from However, Mr Vlad took swift charge and recognised the tooth responsible for the pain. Not only that he performed correct dental procedures alleviating my despair quickly, but in addition, he was very friendly and helpful, he displayed an exceptionally professional attitude and genuine compassion to help.
