I had an emergency appointment that morning. I honestly couldn't fault them very friendly and understanding. Just shame they not taking on new patients. But I totally understand that due to the covid pandemic. I would recommend to family and friends. Truly amazing staff. Really couldn't fault them. Excellent service.

After losing a tooth in the middle of my lower jaw I was told nothing could be done. A cast was taken but no tooth arrived! I was devastated. Then just before Christmas a tooth arrived they had been able make this tiny wee tooth..i had my smile back i was so emotional... Thank you! Then masks became mandatory in shops but believe me I was still smiling... The world's best dentist!

Attended the practice on an emergency appointment and the staff were brilliant, kind, friendly and very helpful. I couldn't fault them in any way and even though I am not registered with the practice they went out of there way to help me.

I have a very irrational fear of dental treatment through experiences as a child, but I can honestly say that my experience of a filling and scale and polish was carried out with care, compassion and friendliness, assistant held my hand whilst I was having the injection !!!!!

Reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The dental surgeon themselves felt like they were rushing and didn't read my file about my fear of sharp objects in my mouth as as soon as I laid down she was straight in there rapidly moving around and even slipped because of the speed she was going at causing me a mild anxiety attack. Overall though I have been going here for 5 years and have always been looked after and my fear taken into consideration so hopefully this was a one off.

I haven't been a patient at this dentist for long but the time I have been they have been amazing. I'm really anxious about the dentist and can struggle when I'm there and they are really accommodating with me. Dentist was brilliant and made me feel very at ease. Very happy with my overall experience with Genesis Dental practice. Only problem was the blonde haired receptionist who was quite rude after losing my bank card yesterday and I explained I would have to leave to sort out my final payment insinuated that because other people had done the same and not paid i would do the same. Find it disgusting as a paying client I was spoken to that way. Bill was settled as I stated. Maybe she could brush up on her customer service skills.

Very good I cannot understand how a dentist can look in your mouth without a mask but a doctor will not see you for a doctor's appointment the dentist n Lola I think was excellent she is new to me as my old dentist has left which I am pleased about as he made me uneasy I suffer from panic attacks and fear going to dentist but she is lovely and made me very relaxed

When I went a couple of weeks ago the reception staff were very professional and took covid seriously. There are only two patients allowed in the waiting room and your temperature is taken at the door, hand gel is also available and you are encouraged to use it. You have to knock on the door to alert reception you have arrived, there is no just walking in. The dentists themselves are full ppi with aprons, gloves, masks and visors. Patients have to keep masks on until dentist says to take them off. I was very pleased and felt safe during my visit

Really Good ! Only dentist I found who did emergency dental treatment for non-registered patients in Hull. Very stubborn tooth removed successfully - saved me from a hospital job ! Feeling fine next day after what was a very difficult job.

This virus as changed the way many companies operate with the emphasis on keeping the staff and customers safe. This is the first time I've used my dentist since the pandemic, simply because they are playing catch-up I expected to be rushed in and out, simply because of the amount of people my dentist have on their books needling their services all at once. But this wasn't the case, the new procedures put in place gave you confidence from first been greeted by a wonderful member of the receptionist team. These ladies are beautiful souls, very professional while still creating a relaxed but safe inviroment. Their out of their chairs more than they are in them, greeting each individual at the door they was none stop. The dental technician that took you thru to see the dentist again just as professional. The cherry was my new dentist I've asked if she can see me every time, I feel not many would mind a visit to the dreaded dentist if they knew before hand that they was going to get my new best friend treaten their poorly teeth 😊. On saying this it still made me feel happy, when she informed me that I wouldn't have to see my new best friend for another six month's 😂

Genesis is a fantastic place! Mr majid is one of the nicest dentists you will meet! He saved two of my back teeth when many would have pulled them! Receptionists are helpful too! I wouldn't go anywhere else!(edit) Absolutely gutted that Mr Majid has gone! He was the most gentle of dentists and made you feel at ease! He would never ever pull out your tooth as well.His replacement will pull your teeth sooner than do root canal as my wife found out.Not as good anymore i’m afraid.

I have done some research and found that flexible plates are available on the NHS if a hard one is not effective and I would like to discuss this possibility

Tooth extraction by Mr Salem and attending nurse assistant. This was a troublesome extraction which was accomplished with aplomb. Completely put at my ease and despite a little discomfort no pain whatsoever. This was never going to be a pleasant experience but in my opinion was dealt with by a dental team second to none. You have my grateful thanks and best wishes.

Mr Elawi is a fantastic dentist. After an unhelpful experience with two other dentists, leading to several weeks of pain, he immediately diagnosed the issue and booked me in promptly for a tooth extraction. He was reassuring and explained what he was doing. I always recommend him to people looking for a dentist, as I’ve never had a bad experience in the 6 or so years I’ve been visiting him.

My first time at this practise, so expected a little more interaction with the dentist. She asked me what medication I was on and how long it was since I’d been to see a dentist. Then examined my teeth. That’s it. It was quick and I wasn’t waiting around but I was expecting more for a first appointment.

I am a very nervous dental patient because of an ordeal I had with a previous dentist. I've been to Genesis dental practise before and had found a lovely guy to be my dentist, however last time I went I found out that he he was leaving I was so upset that I'd have to go thru getting to know another dentist. Any way my appt came round again last week, I go with my hubby as he will always hold my hand, I was so bad I nearly never went in I was shaking, but I opened the door and he was back I've never been so happy to see a dentist !! Sadly the work I need doing isn't done by him so I'm still gonna have find someone else to do what I want to have done sometimes I wish I still had some teeth !

I like genesis dental practice every member of staff and my dentist mr Salem I would recommend to all if I had one complaint there is another dentist there a man with short grey hair and glasses I personally dont like him because I've only seen him once and he was quite abrupt and seemed to rush you as if it's to much bother for to do his job, but I have nothing but good words for mr salem he takes great care is very pleasant and does a good job
