I had a bad experience after calling 111 at another emergency dentist where I was fobbed off and sent home without any treatment. I called 111 the next day and they booked me in at the White House and they rang me and I had a appointment within a day. When I went in the staff were very helpful and made me feel more at ease and Dr Mehdi? Maybe spelt incorrectly, my apologies if so, specifically was very helpful and patient with me, answering any questions I had. I had a tooth extracted and it was quick and painless. Thanks a lot for your help.

I have been attending this practice since the early '90s & have received consistently great service. I have always been able to get a suitable appointment, with regular checkups, & I am pleased to report I have never experienced any pain during any procedures. I have recommended it to many people as a result.

Thoughts. They do just have a get on with it vibe, which was fine, seemed clean. No rudeness or dissrespect. Had some re assurance. They got my temporary filling over and done with as quick as can be expected. Was just a little concerned about the drill/grinder seemed like it needed a look at as it may need some oil was mentioned in conversation. I would go back if needed but am looking for somewhere a tad more fancy long term. Experience. I swallowed a filling on saturday, called 111, got called sunday and referred to The White House. Tuesday was the soonest appointment day, I was called that morning just after 8am and got a 1pm slot. I filled in a form outside after calling to say I arrived, got invited in within 10 mins of my 1 o'clock appointment, had a quick chat about what happened, she had a look telling the assistant what notes to make, ground the hole, cleaned, filled, cured and then grinded the filling to be level with the other teeth. I had no pain before and the slightest ache now but am sure its for the best.

I have been a patient at this practice along with my husband and 2 children for many years now. I have always found them to be extremely friendly and sensitive to our various needs. I have always been a nervous patient but after years of avoiding the dentist I signed up here and the service couldn't have been better. The dentist (Sally Alwan) is patient and understanding and always explains exactly what she is going to do. I got a same day appointment when I needed it and treatment is always swift if it is necessary. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I am a new patient with this surgery. They seem very professional. This being said I found they were very cold and uinviting. I’m very nervous and suffer with anxiety and before this I had avoided the dentist for many years. I felt looked down on. I tried being overly friendly hoping for a smile to put me at ease but every staff member was the same. The atmosphere wasnt very nice and I left feeling very unwelcome.

I'm pretified of the dentist and had a lot of bad experiences through my childhood and adulthood I joined round 6 weeks ago and it's took 4 sessions to complete my treatment I carnt say how greatfull I am. The staff are really nice and the dentist Mel was brilliant she made me feel relaxed and not afraid to go and has done a superb job on my teeth where others have failed to. Very friendly staff!! I am very nervous about dentist but they made me feel so at ease, the reception was so friendly and helped me keep calm while I waited. and the dentist really took her time making sure I was ok throughout! I would recommend this dentist to anyone!!

Rang up for an emergency appointment as couldn't get seen in my own practice and was seen within an hour and a half and I'm not even a patient there. Fifteen minutes in and was all sorted out and free from pain. Very polite and friendly staff will definitely switch to this practice from now on !!!
