I am a nervous patient but Dev is amazing… He has done nothing but amazing work on my teeth since I joined the practice. I get myself in such a state leading up to my appointments, that’s always been the case no matter where I have gone in the past but always leave feeling silly as it always goes well. Even the injections are gentle, (at times) Also Clem the hygienist is so lovely. Overall a very welcoming dental practice and always very clean.

I found myself searching the phone book after my current dentist let me down 3 times with cancelled appointments for a broken tooth. I visited Mo who assessed my tooth and made a follow up appointment very quickly. I was so impressed with Mo and all of the staff at this practice and felt so comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. I spent an hour in the chair and the hardest part was staying awake. I really couldn't recommend this practice highly enough for the care and professionalism they showed me. I now have an appointment with the hygienist and hopefully next year I will be able to see Mo again for a check up.

After years of not visiting the dentist due to Covid restrictions my elderly neighbour needed treatment . The reception staff went out of their way to accommodate a appointment to ease his anxiety and make sure he did not have to wait months for an initial review ..... thanks Emily ( hope I got the name right ) . The Dentist and dental nurse were wonderful at explaining all that was required in a pace and manner which a hard of hearing and mobility restricted gentleman could understand. I only have good things to say so far! After a bad experience at another practice I became extremely anxious about going to the dentist, but I am really pleased with Foxhall Dental. The treatment I’ve received has been great and all staff I’ve spoken to have been knowledgeable and understanding. Never seem to have an issue getting through on the phone and when I’ve needed an appointment outside of routine check-ups I’ve been seen within a couple of days. Booked in for my first hygienist appointment this month, this has been suggested yearly but I have never felt pressured into additional treatment which is refreshing. The practice has taken Covid-19 precautions very seriously, so I have felt as safe as realistically possible when attending appointments during the pandemic.

Hygienist Samantha did a very thorough job on my teeth, which were in a bad state due to years of not brushing them properly. She recommended an electric toothbrush and some interdental brushes too, very helpful indeed. She then noticed I needed a filling in one of the teeth, and dentist upstairs saw me straight away to get that done. Extremely happy!

A great and friendly practice! My hygienist was both thorough and careful, clearly well experienced with non of the usual eye wincing pain most of us have come accustomed to! If you're one who's slightly worried about attending an appointment- dont be! I was honestly so relaxed I nearly dosed off!

Saw Samir Jess and Tash today for a consultation to have my wisdom removed. They managed to remove my tooth there and then without any added discomfort. Very professional and informed me all the way through. I have had a failed attempt at a different surgery to have this tooth removed. With almost a year of waiting and pain. My surgery for a tooth extraction had to be rescheduled several times due to various lockdowns but I had the procedure done a week ago. It was the most pain-free tooth extraction I’ve ever had. The dentist, Samir, worked very quickly and his techniques were faultless, he numbed my mouth properly the first time which no dentist had been able to do before! The dental nurses, Natasha and Jessica, put my mind at ease quickly and they all worked as a real team. All in all the whole visit took 15 minutes maximum, makes me wish they would be my regular dentists, thank you all very much.

I really enjoy going to dentist ( I know some people would think I’m weird) because I find it so interesting and they are so lovely. I have been a patient at Foxhall Dental Practice for 38 years (OMG) and have seen the practice change over that time. When the former owner retired (my dentist since 1982) it was a concern to me. His experience and caring nature would be difficult for anyone to follow. Since then I have seen a few 'replacement' dentists (some not so great) but for the past few years I have been treated by Sam (Ofori-Attah). Sam has a calmness about him. He is very clear when explaining what treatment is required and the options available, but most of all, he is careful and, dare I say, 'gentle'. You don't leave feeling that your mouth has been attacked. Thanks Sam.

1st class service received from my dentist Chirag Kothari from the start of my treatment right through until the end. He put me at my ease every step of the way. After years of not wanting to smile he has now given me back my confidence and I'm no longer worried of what people see. Not only did he take time and effort to get my teeth correct he gave me good and easy to understand advice on how to care for my teeth after choosing to have a whitening process carried out also. The receptionist are friendly and helpful in accommodating my preferential times too. I would highly recommend their services. Nothing to be frightened of going to see these wonderful people.

I am not registered with a dentist and after having a 111 appointment at ipswich dental surgery and being told they could not take my tooth out and they could not numb my tooth and left me in pain and got me out in ten minutes i was very sceptical about making another 111 appointment but the pain made me have no choice ..from the minute I phoned foxhall dentist practice it was so different ..they were very busy but said they would move people around to fit me in and said there was no rush and there was an hour slot ..the dentist I saw and his assistant were polite friendly and above all so professional..not only making me relaxed but telling me what they were going to do ..they even shew me my xray ..my tooth was taken out without pain and I can not praise the whole experience enough ...i just wish in my search for a dentist to register with that its as good as the foxhall practice .
