First time I went to Tooth Club and all the staff were polite and friendly. Made me and my family feel comfortable straight away. Lovely team to speak to at Loughton high road. Stacey is always in contact with me on the next steps and I have never had this service before from a dentist. Very professional. Me personally I don’t like dentist but for me I’ll go back as I know I’ll be in good hands and safe.

I wasn't registered with a dentist and was suffering with terrible toothache, I phoned to book an emergency appointment which I got the same day, I was greeted by friendly staff and was seen straight away. I returned a week later, after taking a course of antibiotics to have the tooth removed, I was once again greeted by the same friendly staff and my dentist was amazing, I had a back tooth removed and he was so gentle I never felt a thing....the whole place is beautifully clean and looks more like a beauty salon rather then a dental practice...would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Going to the dentists is not the most exciting right...but with Tooth Doctor it makes me want to go. I’ve found the staff to be friendly, polite and very welcoming. I had been struggling to find a local NHS dentist so I was extremely pleased to be able to become a client of Tooth Club Ipswich. From the moment I arrived to the time I left I was treated with care, consideration and calmness. From the friendly receptionist through to the dental nurses and the dentist. I think I can safely say that I'm not the only person who gets incredibly anxious and fearful about going to sit in the Dentists chair. Well that all changed today. I was in extremely safe and professional hands with Ewa and Jamie. I was made to feel very welcome and informed of the whole procedure before the treatment started. I had 4 extractions and didn't feel a thing, I honestly couldn't believe it. I couldn't recommend Ewa and Jamie enough. I'm on a journey to get a new smile and at last I can relax and sleep easy knowing that I'm in total competent and safe hands. Also a mention for the receptionists who are engaging and very welcoming and Jane who will be more than happy to discuss finance plans. So it's 5 stars from me and a big thank you. Peter
