EVERYONE at this place are so friendly and helpful, as nervous patient Ian has always taken his time to explain the work to me and make sure i am ok, i also saw the lady dentist too as she was also wonderful. Nobody likes going to the dentist but the team here do make it a lovely experience, the dentist, dental nurses and of course the lovely ladies on reception who all though some days are run wagged are always welcoming to you.

From my initial telephone call to my visit and treatment I was dealt with promptly and courteously. I have nothing but praise for every member of the staff who dealt with me. From the reception staff nurses and the lovely young female dentist I was made to feel relaxed and happy knowing that my treatment would be completed to the same exacting and high standards which it was.

Super friendly and accommodating staff, doing a great job in difficult times. Treatment options clearly explained with no pressure to choose particular options. Excellent service throughout... but the only issue nowadays is getting through by phone to book an appointment. The only option which worked for me was by filling in an online form with my request and got a reply quickly.

Ian Wilson my dentist is so kind and accommodating not only on today's visit but always, I had a front crown which broke at the weekend and although all appts were fully booked he fit me in and built me a new tooth so I could smile at my nephews wedding this coming weekend so so happy and grateful.... Couldn't get into the building for at least 10 minutes as the door wouldn't open. Their card payment machine wasn't working but luckily I had cash. Didn't have to wait long to go into the surgery. My dentist was new to me. She was very kind and helpful as well as professional and competent. Gave me some good advice.

I have been with Helen who used to own the practice for nearly 40 years so when she retired I was nervous about my new dentist but I had no need to worry I was put with Mr Gus whom I didn't know but I do now and he is a great professional and most importantly a good person I would recommend Gus to anyone many thanks for what you do.

The whole experience at the dentist was well organised and there were good procedures in place to reduce risk of cross contamination. The surgery is spotless and the staff were professional and polite. The new Dentist was fantastic and explained very clearly what I needed to do. Great experience.

A well run practice with helpful friendly staff.Nevertheless the practice of paying in advance of treatment is an issue to us and contacting the practice by phone is an issue as you have a significant queue wait and the line goes dead before you get out of the queue. Covid protocols are strictly enforced and in general there could be a relaxation considered to take some of the stress out of visits.

Surprised by all the bad reviews. I’ve been attending this dentist for 4 years now when they kindly saw me as an emergency patient with wisdom tooth problems. I’ve always been seen to by Helen and found her, along with the rest of the team to be friendly, attentive and personable. One happy customer.

I met with the dentist at the back end of last year as I had been considering braces to align some of my top teeth. I hadn't seen a dentist for around 8 years as I was petrified., however as soon as I met with Ian at Hunslet Dental, he immediately made me feel at ease. We discussed my options to align my top teeth and they were open and honest about the results that could be achieved. I decided to have braces fitted and it is the best thing I have done! No regrets what so ever! The whole process took less than 6 months, totally pain free and you could barely notice that I had braces on. The service that Ian and his colleagues provided was amazing! They would squeeze me in for any short notice appointments, even seeing me on their dinner hour some days. Ian is a trooper and a genuine down to earth guy who will go out of his way to look after you! His passion for his work and his clients results is refreshing and I can't thank him enough for the confidence he has given me. I was never going to get a perfect smile but he has without a doubt achieved the best results possible. If you are considering having any treatment or braces with Ian, don't even hesitate. Worth every penny!

I didn’t have a dentist due to my old one retiring so had left it. I phone up in the morning and got an emergency appointment that afternoon the reception and treatment I received was second to none and as a result I now attend regularly appointments. All I can say is first class treatment all round from going in the door to going out.
