Absolutely amazing place - staff very friendly and reassuring. I have not been to a dentist in thirty years plus due to a bad experience but I had the sedation and can honestly say it was great. Two teeth extracted and I never felt anything accept for the injections. Been back today for a review and for the first time I was not shaking and I knew I would be well looked after. I think I can also safely say that I will attend regular check ups again now and feel I could even have work done without the sedation next time. Amazing team of people and I'm glad I took that leap. Special thanks to Hannah and Yvonne - we had some laughs and they put me at my ease. Highly recommend them to anyone who is anxious.

The entire team at Infinity Dental Clinic are amazing - always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I went during the pandemic, my first trip to a Dentist in roughly 5 years after some really bad experiences. Dr Hannah Wilson was amazing at making me feel at ease and alongside Claire Jennings have helped get my teeth back in order. After some Invisalign, bonding and whitening too I feel like I've finally got my smile back and even better than it was after my orthodontic treatments when I was a teenager. My journey with Infinity started about 3 year ago. I'm a nervous patient when it comes to the Dentist, but Infinity really do know how to make their patients feel less nervous. Dr Hannah Wilson and her sidekick really are a fantastic duo, always happy to see me and really make you feel at ease. After wearing a single tooth denture for many years, I have just finished my implant treatment. Over the last seven months, doctor Patel and all his team have explained exactly what the procedure would entail and the best options, giving me a copy of the plan for future treatment. All the team are very friendly which made me feel more relaxed. I will be honest after some of the treatment, I had a lot of swelling and bruising to my lower jaw. After years of deliberation I final decided to bite the bullet and actively look into having dental Implants. After some research and recommendations I decided to make an appointment at Infinity Dental Clinic. My initial appointment was with Dr Patel, who is very friendly and immediately puts you at ease. After an examination and some x-rays he explained to me what he considered the best course of action would be. He then followed that up with a detailed document explaining my options and prices. I decided to go for same day teeth as I didn’t like the idea of wearing a denture. The procedure itself was almost pain free and I came out with a lovely smile. The days following were not so great, as I’m sure you can imagine there is lots of swelling and bruising this took just over a week to settle down and then I was back to normal. So yesterday my final teeth were ready and fitted and I absolutely love them. Dr Patel and myself worked on getting the best teeth with a couple of trials. It was easy for me to explain to Dr Patel what I liked and what I didn’t like as he was very easy to talk to and took my opinions into consideration. I can not recommend Infinity Dental Clinic enough. All the staff are just absolutely lovely and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was a nervous wreck when I first telephoned Infinity Dental Practice to make an appointment. However, once I arrived for my first appointment I was immediately put at ease. Everyone from the reception staff to the most senior dentists are so friendly and caring. Root Canal Treatment through a crown: I am extremely happy with the treatment provided. Dr David explained everything fully in advance and was open to my questions and honest with his answers. He explained every step of the treatment to me and I needn't have worried as he ensured that I did not feel any pain. He talked to me during the procedure and made very reassuring comments and ensured that I was comfortable at all times. It was made more difficult because it was a large tooth with three roots and I have a strong Zirconia crowned tooth. The treatment was completed over two appointments and I was surprisingly calm and relaxed during both appointments. The treatment was successful, my toothache has gone and Dr David managed to save my crown. I would highly recommend Dr David and indeed the whole team at Infinity Dental Clinic.

I’m a regular patient at Infinity and had a problem with my top back tooth which eventually cracked right down the middle! I was given various options by Hannah (my dentist) to consider, at no point did I feel pressurised but I opted to go for a dental implant. The process and cost were explained in a 1-1 meeting which was much appreciated by both me and my husband. The treatment itself went really well despite my apprehension, I did have some pain on the day of the implant but it was an awkward spot to treat as I have a very petite mouth so more uncomfortable than pain. After that the ongoing appointments were pretty straightforward and today I finally have my implant! I have recently finished cosmetic treatment at Infinity Dental and cannot recommend them enough. From my initial consultation appointment, Dr Wilson was really thorough and gave advice on the best course of action for me. From this point the dental coordinators talked me through all the appointments & pricing and at no time did I feel pressured into going ahead. I set about researching Invisalign as a 40th birthday present to myself after years of disliking my teeth. After extensive research I chose to book a consultation at infinity dental. Infinity had excellent reviews and I particularly liked the professional presence on social media. The consultation was very relaxed and I was able to discuss what I wanted to achieve with my teeth, all the staff were extremely professional and welcoming. I had a clear price for all my work before I left to think about going forward. I did have a cheaper quote but the practice at infinity is state of the art and I just had that feeling I was in good hands and it’s not really an area I wanted to go for the cheapest option with. My choice was an excellent one! Nothing was too much trouble and it was worth every penny along with the travel from Sheffield to Leeds. I cannot believe how perfect my teeth look, Hannah has done a brilliant job with the Invisalign, I also had my top 4 front teeth bonded at the end of my treatment as I had quite a few chips and general wear. I really cannot stop looking at them now and my confidence in my smile is amazing. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly whilst also being extremely professional and they do their very best to arrange an emergency appointment if you need one. There are several dentists working at the practice and as my whole family go there, we have experience of at least three. The work that all the dentists have done on our teeth has been excellent. My own dentist and dental nurses have been extremely understanding of all my anxieties around the work being done on my teeth, making me feel completely at ease. They continuously check whether I am alright and are really reassuring, throughout any procedure. The practice carry out thorough check-ups and regular X-rays to ensure early diagnosis of potential problems. They also follow up appointments with a courtesy call, to ensure that you are happy with your treatment. The newly refurbished and extended practice premises is always clean and welcoming and has felt a safe place to go, throughout the pandemic. They have continued with their safety measures, which I feel is good for both patients and staff. The practice communicates well across a range of media and keeps patients fully updated on available treatments etc. I am extremely happy to be with Infinity and would thoroughly recommend the practice to others.

It's almost a year since i plucked up the courage to contact Infinity -best decision ever. From the initial consultation i was never judged or made to feel ashamed or embarrassed about the state of my dental health. I had two top and two bottom front implants. I was communicated with every step of the way in an individual and friendly manner. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed during all procedures. You may be wondering how painful it all was. I’d had a number of fillings in my teeth that constantly broke. It came time to have these teeth removed and I decided I wanted them replaced with implants. I went to more than one dentist but decided on using Infinity Dental Practice. I found all the people I encountered there very friendly and helpful. The treatment started last year with the removal of 4 teeth under a ‘waking sedation’ it was a very comfortable process. As a very nervous patient I was scared and worried. I’ve spent at least the last 5 years thinking about replacing my own teeth with dental implants, for years and years I struggled with deteriorating teeth, making it difficult to eat properly and always avoiding smiling due to the embarrassment of the condition of my teeth. Finally in early February 2021 I plucked up the courage to book a consultation with a dental implant specialist, I googled endlessly trying to find the right dentist and time and time again I came across Infinity Dental Clinic. The reviews left by patients were fantastic, the blog had examples of loads of previous cases showing before and after images and I could see the treatment that this dental clinic provides was a step above every other clinic! So, I booked the initial consultation appointment with Dr Patel which went amazingly well, a couple of weeks later I was presented with and walked through all my options (there were several) I chose to go full steam ahead and have both top and bottom arches completely replaced with Straumann dental implants and zirconia bridges, the best of the best treatment available today. Fast forward to June 2021 and I had my big appointment, in a single day with sedation I was going to have all my treatment, old teeth removed, implants fitted, and new teeth attached to the implants. I arrived at the dentist at about 8am and was on my way home by about 3.30pm. Special thanks goes to Dr Wilson for looking after me that morning, dealing with my sedation and talking me through what we be happening. I was tired after the procedure but couldn’t help but smile in the mirror once I got home, it had been a long time since I could do that. For the next few days, I was a bit swollen and a bit sore but using the ice pack provided by Infinity Dental and taking over the counter painkillers by the end of the week the swelling was gone, I had no pain, and I could eat!! Although only soft foods initially, as my same day teeth were only temporary and had to be looked after carefully while everything healed up. I had no issues at all during the healing process, no pain everything healed perfectly and much quicker than I expected. For the next 5 months or so, I had several appointments just to check up on things and to go through options and design specifics, after all you get to design your own smile! Finally, December 2021 I get my final teeth fitted and they look amazing! I don’t think I’ve never smiled so much, all the occasions I’ve had where I wanted to smile but couldn’t from now on, for every occasion, I will be smiling from ear-to-ear 😊 I would like to thank everyone at Infinity Dental Clinic, especially the people who know me (even behind a face mask). A special thank you to Dr Patel, he is the most professional and highly skilled Dental Doctor I have had the pleasure of knowing and will continue to be under his dental care for as long as he is providing treatment. I have been treated over the past 10 months by Dr Patel (who I call Dr P). Before I came to Infinity and Dr P, I had been treated at other private practices to try and get the teeth and smile that I always craved. Before I came to Infinity; I was advised to have braces to try and straighten my teeth, which I did - but this never achieved that much. When I had my first consultation with Dr P, I thought that that he would tell me that I was not a suitable candidate for implants, or indeed teeth straightening and that having that perfect smile was far beyond my expectations. I couldn't have been more wrong - He was completely and utterly unfazed about the awfullness of my teeth; he went on to explain what he could do and the whole process, including timescales and cost. I'm not the greatest paitent - I'm nervous, I don't like injections and have really high standards and expectations of the result that I wanted to achieve. I am absolutely delighted with the final result - completely beyond what I imagined to be the end result. Dr P, his assistant Shelley and all of the staff at Infinity have been so helpful, kind and understanding to me. Indeed, the reception staff would even recognise me even when I only gave my first name when I rang them. (I even got a birthday card from them!) I cannot reccommend highly enough Infinity and all of the staff there - I wish that I had come here from the very start of the process of trying to get the perfecet smile. I have had no pain during the process, and the cost is completely reasonable. I would say that Dr Patel is a master at achieivng the perfect smile. I have also been treated by the hygienist there. I wouldn't go to a hygienist before as the pain during the process was so awful - but I am delighted to say that I had no pain or discomfort from Infinty's hygienist (sorry, I can't remember her name) Please use Infinity for all and any of your dental needs.

If it was possible to give a 10/5 then I would, but alas 5 stars will have to do. I ended up at Infinity following a very long and unsuccessful treatment at my old dentist for a failed filling, then a failed root canal and finally an extraction of a molar tooth. I have been unable to eat on the right side of my mouth for 8 months now and was very desperate to have an implant done as quickly as possible. Being only 29, it has affected my mental health quite badly as well, which is something I disclosed to the staff at Infinity straight away. Infinity came highly recommended by a friend's family member and I decided to self-refer. I will now be staying with Infinity for all of my further treatments and dental care having had such a positive experience. The practice is really lovely, clean and professional. All the staff members aim to make you feel as relaxed as possible. The reception team and treatment co-ordinators are very welcoming and aim to get you sorted as quickly as possible for all your appointments - they're so quick at getting back to you that I often miss their phone calls. They knew how desperate I was to get sorted ASAP and they couldn't have communicated with me better or more efficiently. Prices are clearly communicated to you and everything is emailed and sent out to you via post - so there is no room for miscommunication or surprise fees. The nursing team are really fantastic, gentle and caring. I've felt very reassured through my treatment so far and I am very grateful for their caring approach. The first dentist I met was Dr Mistry who engaged me in a relaxing chat that really helped me calm my nerves as I have had a terrible year when it comes to my teeth. He listened to all of my concerns and made a very thorough, step-by-step treatment plan and further recommendations (eg teeth whitening before implant crown placement, which is a very good idea as it would be tricky to do afterwards). He was very empathetic and understanding when I had a panick attack in the chair when we were redoing a cracked filling before my implant placement. I'm very grateful for his compassion. My pre-implant hygienist appointment was done by Claire who again, was incredibly empathetic of me being so anxious and was very gentle through the treatment. She made sure to discuss my future hygiene with me and make further recommendations. My implant placement was done by Dr Patel who was very welcoming and calming - I find local anaesthetic injections very painful and I barely felt a thing. The rest of the procedure flew by and we were finished before I even realised - both Dr Patel and the lovely nurse (Hannah I believe) kept checking on me throughout to make sure I was doing okay as I was so anxious I walked in equipped with my own stress ball to squeeze the life out of. Post-operative instructions were discussed with me in detail so I know exactly what I am doing and my stitch removal appointment was booked a month in advance so there was nothing for me to do post-surgery but go home and recover. Again, a solid 10/5 and I will be recommending the clinic to everyone who needs dental treatment. A big, grateful thank you to all at Infinity for helping me during my treatment so far. Update: I have also started botox treatment with Dr Wilson to help with chronic teeth grinding and jaw pain which has worked amazingly. Dr Hannah was very gentle and empathetic and took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I knew exactly what I was singing up for. If you grind your teeth chronically then consider having this done as it has done wonders for me.

I’m usually apprehensive with going to the dentists which is why I had not been for long. After 8 years without getting a check up I decided to go to the dentists and see what the damage was. I found the one closest on Google gave them a call and booked. Very helpful with the organising of a check up I may add! When I went in for my check up staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was seen by a Dr Vinay Mistry, he was brilliant from the start. After my check up was complete I was told there was quite a lot that needs doing the lady then helped me schedule my appointment easily so it was payable. Unhappy with my tired dental Surgery - overrun with patients and insufficient time to properly look after them - on passing INFINITY Dental Clinic one day, I called in to see what they could perhaps do for me. My old gnashers have taken quite a pounding over the years. You’re lucky if you have never experienced the horror stories of the dark ‘drill and fill’ days of dentistry in the 1960s and 70s. Crude home-made gas to knock you out – administered in your mush with a rubber bung the size of a pineapple. It was Nitrous Oxide - nicknamed ‘laughing gas'. (There was nowt funny about it). This was to ease the pain from the mighty drill - along with a cocktail amalgam of metals (including mercury) to fill in the rotten holes. What could possibly go wrong? Then there was the deep, diagnostic dental philosophy of ... “If in doubt, whip it out!” Anyway I realised, after a lifetime of what seemed like a thousand fillings, fractures & extractions, I should finally see what could be done using the latest teeth technologies. Having fillings in my face older than some of the lovely staff at Infinity helped me realise I was long overdue a review. Most (normal) folk don’t relish a trip to the dentist. Therefore, genuine re-assurance and clear explanations go a long way towards trusting the contents of your fizzog to a stranger with pointy tools. Notwithstanding my having teeth like tilted tombstones, I had always considered aesthetics in dentistry as a somewhat self indulgent luxury, and pretty low on the list of things to pay for in life. I was warmly welcomed in the Clinic by Katie Mc from the start and made to feel comfortable. A realistic and comprehensive plan was set out for me. There is no pressure selling at consultation, nor a rush to decide on the path ahead. You, the patient, has a say in things. Get the information before making a decision. Due consideration is crucial before setting out on any long term strategy - along with due consideration for your hard-earned cash! Something to chew on, you might say. The facilities at Infinity are top-notch and the surgery is warm, spacious, light and airy. The kit is almost science fiction – compared with those bloody days of yore. Modern dentistry machines take painless 3D scans to help build a clear picture of what is required and/or possible. A digital smile. Whatever next? Dr Patel looked after my implants. He has a calm, controlled, experienced and reassuring demeanour - with an all important sense of humour. Dr Hannah Wilson made the magic happen with the smile makeover. She is bright, caring and lovely. (Patient with the patient). Nothing is too much trouble for her. Oddly maybe, I like to know what's going on in my mush, and Dr Hannah kept me informed throughout. All the staff have the genuine and common theme of helping the customer. In half a dozen visits, I was never kept waiting for more that 5 minutes for my appointment. All in all, I would sincerely recommend you give Infinity a try. With the expertise of the surgeons, along with all the latest equipment, the treatment truly transforms the functionality, look & feel of the mouth. The word ‘cosmetic’ doesn’t cover it really. It gives you confidence .. and the smile you deserve.

Have just finished my dental implant procedure, which has taken 11 months due to the Covid restrictions. I can honestly say that it's been worth the wait. I've had a front tooth implant, customised with a cubic zirconia crystal set in by the Lab used by Infinity. My final tooth and dental appearance is stunning and I'm over joyed! I am barely new in the UK and had a dental emergency. I was suffering from excruciating pain and swollen gums for few days but I couldn’t manage to find an appointment for new patient at the earliest possible time. Good thing I found Infinity dental clinic and they managed to accommodate me as far as I can remember within the day. Appointment system was a bliss. The first visit with Dr.Patel for assessment was quick but thorough and made me at ease of my treatment plan, to save my infected tooth. I was impressed with the professional presentation and so made an evaluation appointment. It's quite a financial investment I was undertaking, but at each stage I was kept fully informed and my expectations were properly managed. I came to Infinity Dental Clinic at a time when I hadn't visited the dentist for a long time. My teeth were in a bad way and my confidence was shot as a result. Infinity Dental made me feel very comfortable and looked after which sounds trivial but if you're as nervous about the dentist as I used to be, it was a big help to get me back to good dental health. I smile more these days and I always keep up with my appointments because I don't dread the dentist anymore. In my last visit, I told the orthodontist that I was going on holiday and when I got down to the reception, they handed me a little travel bag with mini toothpaste tubes in which a note that said "enjoy your travels". It's the little things as well as the big things that count and Infinity seem to understand that. I won't change dentist again unless I move a long way away.

I strongly recommend Infinity Dental Clinic to anyone wanting help with any form of dental work. Having two back teeth extractions in two years under the NHS and continuing problems due to the result of age, exacerbated by previous treatment for breast cancer, I realised that I really needed help with my lack of teeth and began to search for a private dentist who could advise on implant surgery at a reasonable price. My initial enquiries left me upset and uncertain whether I could either afford or stand the treatment proposed, and wondering whether I should give up on this course of action. Then a neighbour recommended I get in touch with Infinity . The best advice I ever received! On my first visit Dr Patel listened to my problems. His assistant carried out a thorough in-house scan of my mouth and then he and his team devised suggested, fully costed, plans for my mouth which involved implant surgery and bridge work and a fully Risk Assessed personalised plan for them to help me. This work is now nearing completion, with many minor adjustments and improvements carried out cheerfully along the way, at no extra expense. With pleasant, efficient admin and reception staff, modern up to date equipment and highly trained expertise, going to the dentist is no longer an unpleasant experience.

I first had my teeth straightened as a young girl and suffered all the usual problems with the metal fixed brace. The results were good though so it was worth it in the end. Unfortunately, over the decades, my teeth became very uneven again and I became very self conscious, particularly when having my photograph taken. I cannot recommend Dr Wilson and this practice enough....from the first initial meeting to discuss the way forward for my Invisalign treatment, to the end of my treatment, they have been absolutely marvellous. I was a patient at the previous NHS practice at the same site. As it morphed over to a primarily private practice with the takeover of the Infinity team I was initially sceptical but not anymore. The care is still there but with greater facilities and scope of care on offer. NHS was mostly general maintenance and 'patch repairs' but Infinity offers so much more. I'm now benefitting from regular visits to their specialist hygienists, have had problematic wisdom teeth removed and an implant fitted. I have been going to Infinity Dental Clinic since 2016 and I can honestly say they are the best Dentist's I have ever been to. I've been to some bad ones in the past which lead to me neglecting my teeth so I've needed a lot of treatment. I was also left terrified and used to have a panic attack as soon as I woke up on the day of my appointment but that no longer happens since I've started going to Infinity. After not seeing a dentist in 20years gum disease had caused a front tooth to fall out and others to become loose, infinity dental clinic was recommended to me on Facebook. I had all my top teeth removed, followed by bone realignment and 4 implants put in, after my surgery i had no pain at all and no bruising at all. I began my dental care at Infinity around five months ago. I had an extensive amount of work to be done due to almost a decade of neglect. For me, the scariest part of the dentist was taking that first step and having someone examine my teeth. I was embarrassed due to the time I'd spent away from having dental care. My actual time spent at Infinity was extremely pleasant, especially considering the variety of work I had to have done. I needed a lot of what many people consider the worst treatments to get; an extraction, a root canal and a crowning to name some of it. All of this was handled with care and I couldn't be happier. Even without having a significant fear of dentists (as a result of questionable practices from over 25 years ago - I'm 41) I would highly recommend Infinity. I practically had to be dragged there after it became apparent that surviving on painkillers and avoiding eating a lot of food types, was not a long term solution. To cut a long story very short, the entire process was designed to put me at ease. I had broken teeth removed (resulting in an almost instant relief from pain) chips and cracks filled and smoothed and prepped for implants. The implant session itself I undertook without sedative and it proved that my fears were unfounded. I knew what they were doing and it didn't phase me at all. Every stage was carefully explained and I was reassured all the way through. I'm 6 months in and have 1 visit left until I don't have to come back for another 6 weeks. I genuinely never thoughts I'd be able to sit in another dentist chair again, never mind have multiple procedures to alleviate the pain and whiten my teeth. I can't recommend Infinity Dental Clinic highly enough. If you have any worries at all, try them. Even if you don't, try them. You won't be disappointed. Mike

Early on this year I had to change my dentist as I needed an urgent root canal treatment, and the dentist I was seeing at the time kept cancelling our appointments despite me having a pretty bad infection already. Dr James David not only did an outstanding job treating the infection, saving the already strained tooth, and making it look better than ever (honestly the best looking tooth in my mouth right now), he also did it almost pain free! I had one root canal done in the past (with the previous dentist) and even though I was being under anesthetic I could still feel a dull pain during the procedure - I figured that's the best it can get - boy I was wrong! Dr James David caused me a minimal pain only by injecting the anesthetic, felt NOTHING afterwards throughout the entire procedure.

I cannot recommend this practice and the staff highly enough. As a nervous patient, knowing that I needed to have a root canal on a veneered bottom tooth that was only a couple of millimetres wide, I didn’t see how they could possibly do it successfully without a) causing massive pain and/or b) breaking the costly veneer. I have just completed my third and last treatment with Dr David, who specialises in all things root canal - his obvious expertise coupled with his friendly and caring demeanour meant that the whole process was nowhere near as stressful or painful as past experiences had led me to expect. I became so relaxed and confident while the treatments were going on that I was comfortable enough to hum along to the radio and even throw in a bit of foot dancing. For decades I’ve viewed dentists as a necessary and painful evil that should be avoided whenever possible. After my experience with Infinity I am signing up to a Denplan so I can be a regular patient and visit more often! Thanks to everyone at the practice, including the administration staff and dental assistants - you are all wonderful.

Yesterday I somehow managed to have a wisdom tooth extraction, 2 fillings and a scale and polish (never had one before) in the same appointment under IV sedation. From the moment of walking through the surgery door. You are greeted by the most welcoming reception team. The Clinic itself is spotless and hygiene and cleanliness is exceptionally well. I have always been apprehensive about any kind of dental treatment. I had a consultation with Dr Mohsin Patel. From my first meeting with him to my last appointment he made me so much at ease and spoke through with me my anxieties and fears to the treatment he recommended. I had some major dental surgery involving having dental implants which I never thought was possible. Mohsin referred me to Dr Hannah who was just wonderful. Again she talked me through the surgery process that I was to undergo and kind of held my hand throughout! The surgery team were just amazing. I started my treatment before the Covid-19 Pandemic, which unfortunately came to an abrupt stop. During this time, I was kept completely informed and as soon as the Covid restrictions were eased and Dentist were allowed to open, I was contacted straight away to continue my treatment. I had several appointments until my completion in September. My dental implants have just been recently fitted and I can’t describe how happy I am. I would highly recommend Infinity Clinic, in fact I have already done so. I certainly walked into the Infinity Practice a stranger but certainly left a friend. I've just completed 20 months of Invisalign treatment, I know that seems like a long time but my teeth were really awful and now they're absolutely perfect. After years of smoking, drinking all the wrong things and a fear of dentists but also being too embarrassed to see one. Took the plunge and visited 3 dentists for advice and quotes. One dentist made me feel awful to the point I had a panic attack. Infinity - Jasmine was so lovely at point of contact and Dr Patel just seemed so nice I felt really comfortable so signed up. I've never once felt nervous there and the treatment took longer than originally expected but Dr Patel wasn't quite satisfied so decided on a few amendments to get the best results. Invisalign really works but you have to follow the treatment plan and it can be difficult as it's quite a lifestyle change and in the first couple of weeks can feel sore but worth it. My teeth are now straight and now that Dr Wilson has finished my teeth off with composite fillings to make them even they now look natural, straight and white. Infinity is a welcoming and friendly practice. Dr Patel and Dr Wilson are brilliant at what they do and are not satisfied with anything less than perfect. On the plus side there's plenty free on street parking. One regret I have is I wish I'd taken the plunge sooner and had my teeth fixed years ago. In short it's worth every penny. Massive thanks to everyone at Infinity.

My old dentist is still closed due to COVID, so I looked for somewhere local and chose Infinity, and I'm incredibly glad I did. My experience of other dentists in the past has not always been great hence I've not been for quite a number of years, but this was a completely different experience. The staff are outstanding, the quality of care is second to none and my fears were laid to rest very quickly, both by the admin staff and the actual treatment in the chair (root canal). They're properly sorted in terms of the current requirement for distancing and there is plenty of alcohol gel available as needed. There is free parking on the streets nearby. I can't thank them enough for getting me out of pain so quickly in such a friendly, professional, reassuring way. Very highly recommended!

I have recently undergone the first stage of implant surgery at this practice and here is my review so far: I came across this dental practice after spending countless hours looking for a dental surgeon who I deemed competent enough to carry out such invasive oral surgery. After a couple of consultations elsewhere provided me with little confidence in the dentist, I decided to contact this surgery. From the initial (detailed) telephone consultation with Luke to the implant surgery itself, I have yet to find fault in any aspect of my treatment. The receptionists are very friendly and actually acknowledge you as you walk in. Dr Patel is very approachable, clearly increadibly passionate about his job, very meticulous in his work, has extensive knowledge of implants and always ensures my concerns and questions are addressed before I leave the surgery. Additionally, the dental nurses were also very compassionate. Their small, occasional words of comfort like "you're doing well" during my extraction were very reassuring and did not go unnoticed. Overall a very pleasant experience bar the drilling, surprisingly the dental implant itself did not hurt at all. I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family.

Having not been to the dentist for two years and being frightened for as far back as I can remember admitting that I really should go was easy the hard bit was choosing a new dentist! I chose Infinity as they specifically mentioned nervous patients on their website. I met Hannah had an inspection and Sod’s law after an X-ray she said I needed two fillings! I knew that I would but being a dental phobic it was easy to convince myself otherwise! She sent me to Melanie the dental hygienist for a scale a polish, come on now that’s nothing you may say, I don’t care it’s awful and painful! Well not this time!!! Melanie was brilliant! It was the most painless scale and polish I’d ever had! Top notch! I went for my fillings today. I cried as usual asked for enough local to numb an elephant, laid back and put my faith in Hannah! True to her word I had the elephantine anaesthetic and she got on with the job asking if I was ok at regular intervals. The whole experience from booking in to rinsing at the end was as good as it can be for a 46 year old who’s Mam still takes her to the dentist! Everyone was kind and compassionate and seem to understand I was frightened. Hannah is a real gem of a find for me! Having just completed a complex treatment plan, I wholeheartedly recommend Infinity Dental Clinic. The treatment consisted of implants to replace four upper teeth and a bridge for a further 2 lower teeth. There was a significant complexity in the fact that I had unerupted and impacted teeth that had to be removed and bone grafts made before the implants could be installed. Whilst this sounds incredibly complex and difficult, it is the type of treatment the clinic offer all the time, and carried out with the utmost professionalism. From the first consultation when all possible solutions were explored and explained through to the point where I had a set of teeth that I could only previously dream of, the process was carefully planned and carried out in great detail and care. Dr Patel and his excellent team excelled in my expectations and ensured that I had full support and care over the period of treatment which incidentally had the COVID 19 lockdown in the middle of the process. They always went that extra mile to ensure I received the best treatment and care. 100% recommended and many thanks to the whole team.

In fact, all the staff from the receptionists to the nurse team are super nice and have been supportive & professional over the last year or so, always smiling. Dr Wilson gave me lots of information on my personalised treatment options and handled all my questions. I felt really informed throughout. I have some amazing before and after pictures. They use the latest high tech computerised scans and systems too which makes it easy for me as a patient and enables clear pictures too. I had a video of how my teeth would move which was great. I see the clinic has had a wonderful refurbishment and can be easily accessed via a ramp or steps. It is always a clean and calm environment. I get handy appointment reminders too. I would, and do, recommend Dr Wilson and colleagues.

I had not been satisfied with my NHS upper denture mainly because the teeth were too white for my age [73] and they looked false especially on family photographs. I looked around on-line for a solution and visited another private clinic [i.e. NOT Infinity] for a discussion. The owner there was quite off-putting and dismissive and made me feel that he didn't really want to take me on. I then inquired about treatment at Infinity Dental Clinic. Straight away there was a huge difference. Jasmin rang me back and was pleasant encouraging and positive. She arranged for a preliminary examination by one of the dentists [Hannah] Hannah did a thorough check up to make sure all was well with my mouth and remaining teeth and was again positive and encouraging about the possibility of providing what I wanted. Hannah then did all the work from impressions and try-in fittings over a period of 6 or 7 visits. My appointments were always dead on time. Hannah and Yvonne were always pleasant and relaxed. I now have the teeth and I am very pleased with them because they do not look false now and because Hannah also made some alterations to the 'set' of the teeth [compared with my previous denture] which is definitely an improvement. Everyone there at Infinity including, dentists, receptionists, nurses etc, were cheerful and kind and I can recommend them all to you.

At an initial review with Dr Patel to my relief several options were thoroughly explored and I went away to consider them. Being a particularly nervous patient when it comes to visiting the dentist I was aghast to learn that my dentist, who I had been seeing and trusted for over 30 years, had suddenly retired without saying anything. I attended my next dental appointment with great trepidation and fear of what the ‘new people’ would be like. Thankfully my fears were unfounded and I now feel confident with everyone at Infinity Dental Clinic, to the point whereby I have recently undergone extensive dental implant treatment. I originally has a single implant in my lower jaw and came away saying that I would never put myself through that again, even though I opted for conscious sedation as part of the process so was not ‘with it’ for a large portion of the procedure. That said, I have just completed the process of a further six implants in my upper jaw, without the sedation, but with the help of hypnotherapy from the lovely Clare Collins at Inner Retreat Hypnotherapy. Throughout the implant process I was kept fully informed of what would happen at each stage, and treated with care and dignity at all times. I have now gone from being a person who has worn denture from the age of 16, starting as a partial denture and adding teeth over the years until I wore a full upper denture, to being someone who now has a full set of permanently fixed teeth in my upper jaw. I can say that the process from start to finish seemed, in my mind, to go on forever, but I know that that was due to my dental anxiety! I would also add that I do appreciate that it takes time to get things right and I am so glad that both myself and Dr Patel travelled on this journey together, and that without my complete confidence in him I would not have gone down this route. I now have a smile that I am proud of, I can eat whatever I want without the worry of having to readjust my teeth. It truly does make you appreciate the simple things in life that we take for granted. The first time I ate an apple without my teeth wobbling everywhere was pure joy!! As I am sure you will appreciate, after wearing a denture for most of my life I now need to learn to be confident when I smile and remember not cover my mouth. I truly believe that this will come in time, I just need to stop being embarrassed now for having a perfect smile! Finally, I just want to say a heartfelt thanks to EVERYONE at Infinity Dental Clinic as your experience starts as soon as you walk through the door and the ladies on reception greet you with their bright and cheery attitude.

What amazing dentists, I had bad teeth many missing and on a plate. After lots of research, I made my first appointment to see Mohsin Patel, who did my first consultation and scan. At my second visit, I was given different treatment options for what I wanted to achieve, Mohsin Patel explained everything in great detail and answered any questions I had and made me feel at ease. The implant process I chose would take around 1 year to complete. I cant thank Dr David(that's what was on his badge) and the dental nurse enough, I have been in agony since Thursday with an abscess on my back tooth. I've a real phobia with the dentist from my childhood but these people are amazing. I had to have an extraction today. You can imagine how anxious I was. Well the dentist spoke to me to tell me everything he was going to do and what to expect, which helped, He then gave me the anaesthetic, which was no worse than an injection, he then chatted calmly while it took effect which was now relaxing me even more. Over the years I have experienced many unfortunate problems leading to unnecessary teeth to be extracted which damaged other teeth and therefore needed extra extractions. My last filling was over 20yrs ago. Since then extractions at emergency dentists was the only option. All my previous dentists were not assuring, impatient and led to me being so anxious and totally lost my faith in Dentists. Until recently.... I searched and searched and needed someone who could deal with my anxieties and be empathetic and understanding that I may be the patient from hell. I decided to go private. I found Infinity... after not for turning up for my first appointment (which i did call to let them know) my toothache was unbearable. I didnt want to loose another tooth but was so frightened to sit in that chair and go through my past bad experiences. Thank God I found this place. The dentist Dr James David is such an amazing young man. I never ever thought I would be so calm in the dentist. I was shaking, sweating, so uneasy but Dr James David has totally changed me. He explained everything every step of the way. Was gentle and was constantly making sure i was ok. The first time I have never had to grip on to the chair. His assistant was also very comforting. I cannot thank Dr James enough for what he has done for me. I completely was at ease which I never thought would be possible. I now know that I would not have any worries returning here.
