e. b.I've been going to Jem dentist for quite a number of years ,even my children (now adults) they have always been friendly and polite ,that's just the receptionist, Claire my dentist is amazing, always done her best for me to keep hold of my teeth ! Explains what she is doing . To work through the pandemic, I felt very safe ,I applaud them.
A. H.I have been visiting this dentist for 17 years. At first I was a nervous patient but Claire the dentist is really good and always helpful. The staff are always friendly and polite. Visiting the dentist is not my favourite thing to do. But I actually don't dread it anymore .
I. M.I have been a patient at Jem Dental care for several years and have always find all staff friendly and helpful. The dentist I see Claire is gentle careful and re-assuring. All treatments have been fully explained to me and during the covid pandemic alll covid rules have been carefully and safely followed.
A. A.There is a nurse I see everytime I go for mine and my family's appointments, her name is hikmah and she is absolutely wonderful! She always brightens up my visit:)) great team!

R. T.I always have a good experience at Jem. I am a nervous patient and they talk me through each step and are swift so my time is short and I'm through it before I have time to worry.

I had bad toothache and tried every dental practice around me but sadly no one was ready to check me as nhs patient and everyone was ready to take me as private. When I Rang my own dentist, where I was registered they said they took me off without informing me, as I didn’t visit them for 6 months and they said they can’t register me and check me again as they got long waiting list.
I had c section couple of weeks ago and I was suffering already from wound pain, back
Pain and have to breastfeed my new born but my toothache was horrible and I couldn’t even drink water. I was helpless and depressed! My friend who visits me sometimes to check on me, she came and found me and my newborn crying. She rang jem dental practice and then I
Rang them, they arranged emergency appointment for me and treated me very nicely. Dentist provided me suitable treatment which eased my pain.
