Nothing but good things to say. Came for a scan. Was not allowed in until 10 minutes before my appointment. From then straight in and scanned. Everyone polite and friendly. Returned today for oral surgery, removal of tooth. The team were professional, Respectful reassuring warm and kind. The nurses were extremely compassionate.

I have been in total agony for a week after a trip to the emergency dentist and two lots of antibiotics ,last night I ended up in A&E. Went to this place this morning and after intrusive treatment and I am not going to lie was painful but I was treated with the upmost care the staff were so lovely and professional and with all the covid restrictions was just amazed at how well the staff are coping. After a couple of hours of sleep I feel a whole lot better. Thank you to each and every one of you real unsung heroes xx

Took my stepdaughter through to the Leeds dental institute, what a place to find. Even though it says the worsely building it is in fact 300 yards further up and you have to drop off in the staff car park. I know it’s all change at the moment due to Covid but better signs would be a great help. All in all it could be so much better as the only sign is on the side of a building not clearly seen from the road. It’s asking for an accident to happen as if you aren’t going there regularly it’s terrible to find. In needs improving.

I was so scared today but when I got there everyone made me feel reassured. The dentist and his assistant who treated me on 15 may 20, made me feel safe and kept me calm the dentist was fantastic, thank you so much I would definitely recommend having any work done here

Reception was helpful. Didn't take very long to be seen. Dentist was really really good with my daughter. They explained the procedure clearly to her and made her feel comfortable before they did any work. Excellent care provided backed up with good knowledge. Can't recommend enough.

Leeds Dental Hospital - I just posted this on their own review site: '... Two class acts. I had to smile at RJ's review just posted. Oh no, not because it was a rave review, but that he commented on it being a pity that people living just north of Leeds had so far to travel. Why did I smile? Well... I am travelling from (wait for it...) ...Grimsby.!! Yes. 85 miles each way...for 8 appointments. But well worth it. Initially seen by the excellent Alastair Speirs and Lyndsey Webb (both incredibly friendly and skilled in putting patients at ease), and I am now in the outstanding care of Hannah Beddis, who truly is a real class act. Never had a better or nicer dentist in my longish life of nearly 69 years. And a word here about a second class act. The dentist's very capable secretary, Melanie Thewlis. So very personable and efficient. I wish all hospital secretaries were as good. DW ...' Thank heavens for Google. Because what the Leeds Dental Hospital did to my review was a disgrace. Political Correctness gone mad. They proceeded to take all the names out of it, thus complying with their mindless Orwellian rules, and worse, completely removed my full reference to Melanie Thewlis...and made me seem illiterate, turning these words of mine, viz... "And a word here about a second class act. The dentist's very capable secretary, Melanie Thewlis. So very personable and efficient. I wish all hospital secretaries were as good", into .. "And a word here about a second class act. The dentist very capable"... ...and then the sentence got lost in mid air. Shameful incompetence. The moderator should be sacked and sent to school to learn how to write English. Oh God our help in ages past...!!! I have told them to immediately remove my review from their site, and advised them never to become football reporters, for if they did, we would never know the names of goal scorers or players sent off !! I was referrred there by Hick Lane Dental Surgery a few years ago because I had a massive abcess on my top gum and the staff were absolutely brilliant and I made frieinds with one of the dental trainers, a Mr Alistair Spiers, a jovial Scotsman who put me at ease and was very gentle performed a very very small incision in my gum under local anaesthetic after he applied a topical anaesthetic where my abcess was and drained it and I did feel a lot better for it and after that was done, Alistair and I high fived and we became friends and we were on first name terms. Thank you, Alistair and all the staff at L.D.I for your sterling service and gentle treatment and making my visit to your wonderful place a first class experience.

I had a filling done there on Friday 1st November and they did a good job.I need to go back for a baby tooth to be wiggles out.All of this will be done under sedation.Annabelle is great at doing fillings and stuff.

i arrived at dental hospital this morning at 8.20 am . I was in absouloute agony with toothache had been like that for two days ,cant describe the pain it was that bad. The gentleman that looked after me was amazing sorry cant remember his name everything was just a blur the pain was that bad . But cant thank him enough i had two teeth out which didnt hurt at all and would recommend the dental hospital to anyone who cant get a place with a dentist . I have applied to be registered with dental school hopefully it dosnt take too long as dont think i could go through that sort of pain again. Thankyou so much for all your help and looking after me . Feeling much better now and will at least get some sleep tonight .

Today I had a front capped tooth removed by a young man called James Martin. I can't tell you enough how well this was undertaken and almost pain free. Thank you James you are a credit to yourself and the establishment. Good Luck in your career

WHAT A DENTAL HOSPITAL THIS IS ITS NOTHING LIKE YOUR REGULAR DENTISTS THEASE ARE PROFESIONALS WHO NO HOW TO DO THER JOB NON LIKE THEM OTHERS WHO THINK THEY NO BUT THESE PEOPLE FROM ENTRING THE HOSPITAL TO THE DENTIST IT SELF TO RECEPTIONIST THEY ARE ALL PROS BUT THEASE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO NEED OUR SUPPORT I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO SAY ABOUT YOU PEOPLE
