Very happy with the treatment I have received over the last few years. Everything explained beforehand and carried out well. Also good oral hygiene advice helped improve (pink gums) my gums.

I have been going here for years great reception girls Craig top guy Cheryl always engaging in conversation always made welcome would recommend them all day and night not sure on the new guy who gave me a filling today seems good but used to Craig but nice chap and his partner in crime lol just for the record stunning personality with a professional attitude so thanks guys teeth feel great again buy the way the new chap is great no problems with him just could not hear a word through his mask but he was great in what he did with my filling top respected just use to Craig after 15 years or so you know the score ..! Well done team Lingwell

My family have had 4 generations use the practice with no probelms at all. Craig is friendly and does a great job while Cheryl is by far the best receptionist I've ever dealt with. Friendly, kind and her memory is second to none. She's credit to the practice.

Would recommend, I am nervous when it comes down to needles, but, there was no need there is such a thing as magic cream it's not just for kids, Sharffudin Patel put me at ease he thought I had fallen asleep in part as I was so relaxed.

Really good reception & admin staff. Advance nurse practitioners is fully up to date and professional. The majority of the doctors are really good apart from One female who is not interested same with just one of the nursing team. She missed a major illness she dismissed the symptoms as nothing only for me to end up in intensive care. However I wont let these two influence my rating of the surgery

The practitioner's and staff are caring and helpful and efficient. Thank you. Yesterday, the surgery rang to advise me of a change in medication and the new tablets were delivered by the chemist 15 minutes later. That is what I call service. When I first joined lingwell I was very impressed with the quaint little practise and the ever so friendly reception staff, and I thought I had made a good choice of new surgery after moving to Middleton a couple of years back, however I really feel as though the practice has let both me and thereselve down in the last few months after I have spent the last 2 months crying out for help with my upcoming health and disability assessment, I have pleaded for some confirmation of how down I've been feeling and Ive been told by 2 different GP'S that there is nothing they can do to help me, I'm so worn down, not been sleeping at all and they've totally left me at the mercy of atos/maximus, I've had to make diagnosis myself based on a string of symptoms I've been suffering from and then they've dismissed my research and said that I've just got leg pain, when the pain starts at my hip goes down through my buttock and right down to my feet, it's got me so angry that I'm now,on the verge of making a formal complaint against the gp in question, and Im just praying to God I don't end up losing my house because they were reluctant to back me.up my diagnosis, I just praying for it all to be over so maybe I can sleep again..so yes I score them 3 and that's me being kind because of the look of the practice and the helpfulness of those on reception, but I really felt let down by one gp in particular, and I hope they change their minds and decide to support me if it comes to me having to go through a appeal process, it's sad because I wouldn't of had to go through a appeal process if they had listened to me in the first place, but hey who am I, I'm just a patient what would I possibly know about pains in my own body!.
