M. R.Review on behalf of Ms Christine Allen - I was in the worst pain imaginable with my tooth and at my wits end. I had tried to contact local dentists in every area in Leeds to no avail when I remembered seeing an advertisement for Night and Day Dental Limited and decided on a whim to give them a call.
From my first interaction via my initial call to the end of treatment, I can honestly that the dental practice have been exceptional.
A special thank you to Tim Grant and Arzoo who helped me remain calm during my treatment and even followed up with a 24hour care call post treatment. What an amazing service!
The dental assistant who attended my appointment was also very caring and helpful and made me feel at ease.
As someone who has had an immense fear of the dentist for as long as I can remember , I can honestly say my overall experience was a great one.
Night and Day dental practice offer nothing but professionalism and understanding. The care I received during my treatment was second to none and I would (and have) recommended them highly to family and colleagues. I would not go anywhere else. J.I was in the worse pain with a wisdom tooth and abscess all weekend, 111 was no help at all. Came to this dentist and they was amazing. Wisdom tooth out same day as well as appointment and now on antibiotics. Absolutely lovely dentist. Really makes you feel at ease. Worth the price. Would definitely recommend and I would 100% use again. Don’t know how I would have coped without this dentist!
C.Phoned up for a tooth extraction and got an appointment within a few hours on the same day. The receptionist was lovely, very easy too talk too, very polite. o. p.I was surprised to be admitted straight from the street because in other dental clinics in England it isn't so easy. I have a private dentist for 9 years in Wakefield who didn't have time for me. Dr Tim Grant explained to me everything in a row what he will do. He is very delicate in his profession. I am very pleased and I feel that I will be back there because I am looking for a new dentist. Very nice people !

After filling out the medical form I was taken to the survey by the nurse and dentist who was lovely.
The x ray was a bit strange but the needle was completely painless.
I had a root canal treatment done by Dr Saif and now I’m fully out of pain.

When we got there she was really anxious but the dentist we saw, Abbas, was superb at calming her down and showed amazing patience with her. He got the tooth out very quickly and skillfully. I rang night and day in Beeston and they had me an appointment in the next half an hour. As soon as I arrived, I was so reassured by the kind and friendly staff. A. R.Outstanding service from entrance to exit, staff are superb . I was nervous as I was due an extraction under sedation with the NHS but could no longer wait due to the immense pain. Called the surgery Sunday morning and was in by 2pm the same day, out just after 3pm, the extraction itself took around 20 minutes under local anaesthetic, didn't feel a thing. A big thank you to Dr Muhammad Ali who performed my surgery, wouldn't be feeling this grand without his help at this moment in time.

L.I literally have been in pain for like 4 months so I couldn’t cope any longer got on Google came across this company - honestly best choice I made got a same day appointment and extracted a painful wisdom tooth and got a scale and polish! I must have been there a few hours I couldn’t be more happier then the service the reception staff were absolutely lovely (sorry I didn’t get names). The dentist himself and the nurse were also so straight on job they both knew what they were doing and had a very welcoming tone and attitude. I must be pleased writing this at 3am in detail 🙂

T. C.Well what can I say other than amazing. Christmas day and I couldn't even talk due to the pain so I had a Google and saw night and day. I sent them a message via watsap at 8am to which I got a polite speedy reply and a 1130 appointment. I went to the Leeds branch and all the staff were amazing from start to finish. They are a credit to the team and I am so grateful for your help today especially as it's Christmas. £350+£50 consultation and wisdom tooth removal was in my mind reasonable, I would not hesitate to use them again. A. P.What a fantastic service! I called at 9am, in agony and was offered multiple appointment times (whichever suited me best). Hannah on reception was friendly, welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease (something I have never found before with dentist receptionists before). Arzoo was my nurse and Dr Grant my dentist. Both of them could not have done any more to help. They were empathetic, kind and explained things in simple terms, so I knew exactly what to expect. I didn't feel rushed and they took their time to comfort me. When you're a nervous patient, this is EXACTLY what you hope for. Yes, the treatments are more expensive than the NHS but the convenience and care, definitely outweighs the cost. After having spent weeks in pain, it is an absolute delight to be pain free and know I have been to the right dentist! Thank you.

R. S.Came here for treatment as my dentist cancelled and wouldn't give me a knew date for 8 weeks. I had already been in pain for 6 weeks. I'd never had treatment on my teeth before and was nervous but it was a relaxing atmosphere and the dentist put me right at ease. The treatment was fine and sorted my problem out straightaway. Can't recommend enough!
S. N.I visited Night and Day Emergency on Sunday after a few days of terrible pain.
I was already on antibiotics for the start of an infection but it either got worse quickly or was worse than I thought.
The dentist I saw explained that I had an abscess on the tooth root and the infection had spread. He had to remove the root and drain the abscess. The procedure took quite a while but he was professional and kind throughout the process stopping regularly to check that I was okay. He even selected a calming playlist to take my mind off what was happening.
Although it's early days before I know if the infection has cleared the pain has gone and the dentist was very thorough. I also know that I can go back at any time.
Today, I got a call from Hannah, who was calling to check how I was feeling and if I had any concerns or questions. That in itself made me feel looked after.
I would highly recommend this team.

Dentist could not do it. Over several weeks I exhausted all options, all of which meant waiting months for the extraction. I was in a large amount of pain and found night and day emergency via Google. So glad I did, highly skilled dentist with hospital dentistry experience. Rang at 1pm on Friday, appointment for 3pm procedure complete by 4.30. Thoroughly talked through the possible issues prior to the procedure, phone call the next day from a nurse to check all ok, free follow up in 2 months time. All for reasonable price on a par with local dentists.
s.I was in agony with a tooth, my own dentist was unable to get me in, I rang night and day and was offered an appointment within a few hours. Staff were amazing and welcoming. Thankyou so much for all your help in getting me out of pain. Would highly recommend this surgery.
P.Second visit this month for an extraction and I can say I've been extremely pleased both times. A big thank you to Dr Ali Abbas and Nurse Arzoo for my quick painless treatment, can't recommend them enough!

o. s.I had Dr Mohammed and he was amazing! Talked me through all my options and then when he was doing the treatment he talked me through what he was doing. Also the receptionist and dental nurse were great, polite and chatty. Everyone made me feel welcome and relaxed.
S. K.Amazing practice, highly recommended! I was struggle with dizziness and tiredness as I was waiting too long for surgery when my wisdom teeth was broken for half by another dentist. I never had kinda issues before, I went to A&E to check what's going on with me, they not find any issues, finally I realised is the teeth so I sent a message for Night and day emergency dentist and got appointment 1hours later. After consultation the dentist said we need to do the surgery, which was a relief for me. After 1 hour my teeth was gone. I was afraid from the dentist always, but here people were so nice and calm so I wasn't be afraid anymore. ☺ I am slowly getting better now no more dizziness. I am really thankful for this amazing pactice to help me with this! I am definitely coming back again, hopefully with less problems. I can highly recommend to visit this practice if you need an urgent help, it's worth it! Thank you for your amazing job ☺

Dr Ali Abbas Hussain and Nurse Amanda did a fantastic job of making sure the job got dome correctly and also all information was passed over in the correct manner. Dr Grant did everything he could to put my mind at ease and was very patient with me and continued to help me relax whilst he was carrying out my treatment. My treatment was amazing from the start to the end. I was seen by Dr Riaz and his assistant Amanda. Both of them were extremely professional and Dr Riaz talked me through all my treatment options thoroughly. The treatment was efficient and completely pain free!!!

H. C.I contacted night and day emergency dentist on the Sunday just gone after being in agony with toothache and having no luck with 111. The pain was excruciating and when I rang they got me straight in about 2 hours later to the one near me. It was so quick and efficient and all the staff were exceptional! I was seen within 10 minutes and they really listened to what was going on. I eventually had to have my tooth out for the first time and I was so nervous but they did everything to make me feel 10x better about it. The process was longer than expected but I was out of pain straight away and they reassured me that if I needed anything else at any point they would be there to provide the free aftercare. I even received a text today checking how I was which is not something other places bother doing. Unbelievably happy and trustworthy they don’t just brush you off. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be coming again if I need them!

I’m absolutely terrified of dentists usually but the care and treatment I received here was absolutely second to none, in fact it reinforced in me just how awful my current practice is - and that it’s not just my own dental fears that make me scared to go. The premises are spotlessly clean, they are calm and soothing and the treatment I received was thorough and relatively painless (the injection initially stung somewhat, as they do, but on the whole was the least painful injection that I’ve ever had!). The surgery is very clean and well presented and the staff are so friendly and reassuring. I was very anxious but the dentist really made me feel safe and relaxed. Throughout the procedure I was really calm and I didnt have the usual dread I have when sitting in the dentists chair.
The following morning I received a text from the team checking everything was ok with my tooth and to tell me aftercare was included with the cost.

I was dying in pain with a bad toothache and I phoned this company and had an appointment within an hour. The receptionist was nice and talked me through everything when I arrived. The dentist made me feel at ease. He removed my tooth and I did not feel a thing. The cost was a bit pricey but if your dying in pain and need to be fixed there we’ll worth the service and you will always have to pay a premium for that. You pay for what you get in life. I got a great service and paid an acceptable amount and if I ever need an emergency dentist I will use every time
H. P.I messaged Night and Day at 7:30 am on Saturday morning. Got very prompt response and an appointment at 11:30 for consultation. Dr.Khalid was very clear in the consultation and gave me options of treatment. Once I decided on the option he immediately started the treatment and by 12:30 I was done with the extraction and came back home. It was a great relief and very quick procedure.
I will definitely recommend this surgery anytime. Special note for the staff as well. Very polite and great hospitality.

From the reassuring texts, to Amanda welcoming me into the practice, the caring eyes from Arzoo I knew I’d be ok. My dentist was Dr Ali Abbas Hussain, reassuring me throughout my appointment, no judgement & letting me have control of what happened, he’s given me the confidence to continue with my treatment can’t thank him enough, I highly recommend Day & Night dentist

M. C.After relocating to area and struggling with finding a dentist to help me out of hours for severe dental pain which caused huge migraines.
I searched online and found Night and Day Emergency Dental Care and called them at 4am. I was immediately booked in and seen only 5 hours later.
When I attended I was seen very quickly and met a professional and friendly dentist (I found this important as I struggled with a fear of dentistry) who talked me through my options and dealt with the pain immediately.
I then had the 1st stage of a route canal treatment which sorted the pain and lead to me being able to save the tooth :)
As you expect prices where fairly hefty but remember it was a last minute call - Out of hours and last minute.
I would have no problem recommending this company and cannot thank Dr Mohammed Razzak enough for every thing he has done.
Highly recommend this team and the follow up care team - received a comforting call the next day from Arzoo touching base and ensuring I was OK following the procedure.

K.I had to have my tooth surgically extracted..I was in absolute agony with it for over 2 weeks..I was offered a appointment on the same day..The Receptionist was welcoming, the Nurse was encouraging and the Dentist was very understanding..(My initial thought for the dentist was he didn't look like a dentist, looked more like a fitness instructor!). Anyways,I was very scared but they took good care of me and made me feel very comfortable..the surgery was done carefully and quickly..I felt no pain during the whole process..I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants A* service starting from beginning to end regarding any dental issues..They are very efficient, professional and caring..Thank You for putting me out of pain..

L.Will try and keep this short but basically I was staying over at a hotel on Leeds Bradford Airport site when my severe tooth ache started, I had numerous visits to my own dentist in Hull a few weeks before and whatever they did obviously didn't work. I called up at midnight and bearing in mind my flight was 6am to Spain, I didn't hold much hope. To my delight they said they could see me stright away so I headed down there were I was assessed and advised to just remove the tooth, it wasn't going to be stright forward but we agreed to go ahead anyway. These guys saved my family holiday and I was so pleased with the service I recieved, so here is a big shout out to my heroes Dr Abbas and Amanda. C. B.I rang up Night and Day late at 9:30PM, explaining that I’d managed to chip my composite bonding on my front tooth. Arzoo answered and was so clam and helpful from the start and throughout my experience. I explained how paranoid and self conscious I was and that I really needed this sorting as quickly as possible. Arzoo gave me an appointment for 1:30PM the very next day which I was extremely grateful for.
I was treated by Dr Mohammed Razak, he was really friendly and after explaining to him what had happened he was able to treat me the same day. £50 consultation fee (included an X-ray to check the roots of my tooth) followed up by a discussion with him before any treatment was carried out. He explained to me that the cost to repair would be £350 which did not bother me whatsoever as I was extremely grateful to have been seen to so quickly. He didn’t rush, he took his time to make sure my repair looked perfect and asked me frequently during my treatment how it felt ensuring it was sitting comfortable when I bit together and that it was smooth. He was extremely patient with me as I was very fussy and I am SO pleased with my results. Perfect colour match and you wouldn’t even know it was composite. I cannot thank him enough. Dr Mohammed also spoke with me about whitening treatments and how I’d be able to whiten my teeth and the adjust my bonding again at a later date. He informed me that I would have a 1 year guarantee with it and if I had any issues then I’d be able to come straight back to correct it.
Arzoo followed up by calling me 24 hrs after my treatment to see how I was getting on which I think is lovely! I’ll definitely be back in the near future. Thank you so much Night & Day Emergency, you really did save me!
A.Broke a tooth Saturday evening which was causing a lot of pain. With the bank holiday monday coming in i knew it would be near impossible to get in with my dentist. Contacted night and day and was offered a same day appointment within hours. I was seen by Dr Saif Riaz and I cannot complain his service was amazing he had the tooth removed in no time and i was out within an hour. Top notch service, highly recommend.

After suffering for weeks with wisdom tooth pain and not being able to close my mouth properly, sleep or eat and being let down multiple times by the NHS dentists I decided to go here and it's the best decision I've ever made!
The dentist was extremely careful when checking the tooth as he knew how much pain I were in and decided there and then to extract the tooth and within the hour it was removed. No pain or tenderness after the procedure and they even sent a message to check in.
The receptionist was super lovely and with suffering from anxiety, I was extremely nervous but as I was sat in the waiting room waiting for the numbing to kick in she started conversation and we spoke for a little while easing my nerves and calming me.
Only bad point is there are no payment plans which can make things difficult if you are struggling finanically. However, all in all great experience and would recommend to anyone with an urgent issue that needs dealing with!

I am terrified of Dentists and Dr Syed was so understanding, patient and kind when I had a panic attack. I had to have the tooth extracted in the end and he did it so quickly and precisely and x-rayed before and after to make sure that there was nothing left in the gum which really put my mind at ease. The receptionist (arzoo) I think it was, was so helpful and polite.(asking if I’m ok, if I’d like a drink etc) the dentist that I was seen by Ali Abbas is THE BEST DENTIST I have ever come across. He put me at ease straight away and got me out of pain within half hour. He explained everything step by step knowing how scared I was. His assistant Rosie held my hand throughout the whole procedure and calmed me down ( I’m sorry if I bruised ur fingers). I cannot recommend them enough, and if I could give more stars I would! They even rang me a few days later as part of the aftercare to see how I’m doing and if I need to come back I can. Ali Abbas if you are reading this please come back to the Bradford dental practice that I am registered at lol!
s. i.Have dealt with this dental surgery on two separate occasions and both my experiences were very stress free. I was greeted by a lovely reception on both occasions who was friendly welcoming and helpful. I was seen by Dentist by the name Mohammed Razaq and his nurse Amanda both made the experience as stress free as possible and were very supportive. You have to bear prices in mind but that is expected when you expect a quick service of high standard my appointment was booked several hours previous to visiting. Overall good service, good team and good treatments. Would highly recommend.

I saw 2 different dentists (I had to go twice) and they were both so kind and professional. They were very clear on my options and explained everything they were doing. Alicia at the front desk was so sweet and personable making the experience much less stressful. It's so amazing to have somewhere to go late at night when you're in pain. I drove an hour to get here because the wait on 111 for dental help was impossible. I HIGHLY recommend this location (in Leeds) and would definitely use them again
R. S.I had chipped a tooth yesterday and had to get it filled, my dentist was going to be a couple of weeks to get seen to so I thought I'd try the night and day emergency dentist. I had the pleasure of Mohammed Razzaq carrying out the filling and his nurse alongside Amanda. Both were great. They didn't rush they talked me through everything, were polite and did a great job and I walked away feeling very happy which isn't a usual case when going to the dentist.
You obviously pay the price here as they can have your problem sorted within a few hours which is worth the cost in itself.
A big mention to the lady on the reception who I didn't get the name of but she was very polite and talkative, very reassuring and had some good conversation while waiting (which I did not wait long at all to be seen). Although not being scared particularly of s dentist, I aren't find of going so this conversation with the lady at reception really helped settle in. All in all, the best dental experience I've had 👍🌟

The dentist took an x-ray and explained the options available regarding the tooth. I hate having injections but the nurse let me hold her hand and talked to me whilst it was administered.
I received a text the next day to check on me and asking if I had any issues/problems regarding the extraction.

I had a appointment same day and the treatment was second to none. Id been in agony for a few days and was such a relief when i was pain free.

S. P.I woke up on Sunday morning with my face swollen and in alot of pain. I called 111 and they had no appointments available so found Night and Day Emergency Dentist online. I called at 9.30am and was seen by the dentist at 1pm and I have to say the service was excellent! I was given some emergency treatment and antibiotics and was given advice on what I needed to do after! I would recommend to anyone in need of an emergency dentist 100%. I couldn't have asked for a better service and will definitely be saving their number for future reference.

T. H.BEST EMERGENCY DENTIST in leeds! I had tooth ache and due to the pandemic had no dentist registered. After looking online I was booked into night and day emergency dentist. Dr Grant took me in and did an x ray and had to complete a root canal which was done painlessly and professionally.

I found this place after suffering months of pain and finally at breaking point. After a quick phone call they said they could see me and how long would it take for me to get there. 20 minutes later I’m getting seen.
The process of the whole “tooth abstraction” was explained in detailed and they went at my pace. Dr Riaz and the nurse was so nice and understanding and didn’t rush anything. I can’t thank them enough for everything. I was a nervous wreck and they helped me be more settled.

C.Had serious tooth pain could not get in my regular dentist so made an appointment with Night and day Leeds could not have picked a better place all the staff were lovely my dentist Dr Hussan made me feel very comfortable and explained what my options were in the end had the tooth removed would recommend 100%.

A superb end to several painful days and nights. Worth every penny of the four hundred quid. No comparison to any of the NHS dentists that I have visited, congratulations and thanks for a good welcome from the receptionist, the helpful nurse and the excellent dentist. I consider that I got good value for my money. With no NHS availability in West Yorkshire For several days I tried the private sector and made an appointment in four hours. Highly recommended.

Dr Riaz and Arzoo- best dental combination in Leeds without a doubt!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, would give 10 stars if i could. Ill be back for my routine dental work with these guys aswell now :)
