M. 6.There’s a new dentist in town .have been visiting the surgery for a few years now and Paul was great , have just recently been back ( covid delay) and myself and my partner were a bit unsure knowing Paul had sold up and moved on . Our worries we’re totally put at ease by joseph , totally professional and so polite and engaging , talking you through everything. Thanks Joseph

F. T.I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was so nervous about my new patient exam when I first came 6 months ago. Joseph was so kind and really gentle with me, he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything. He gave me great recommendations and when I came back yesterday for my checkup I wasn't nervous at all! Everyone here is so lovely and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much! U. R.I had a Pelvic ultrasound in this clinic and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were lovely and kind. I tried to send in an email to personally thank the staff but it seems the email doesn't work?

Joeseph was so knowledgable and built me a great dental plan to get me on track with my dental care. Joanne and Hayley did an amazing job during my scale and polish and took great care of me. Finally Siobhan on reception is so friendly amd welcoming, thank you to all the staff i will definately be back!
A. C.Dr Nkansah is the best dentist I've seen. Both him and Hayley, the nurse, made me feel really welcome were very friendly and both put me at ease. Dr Nkansah really took the time to explain what treatment I needed and the different options available to me. He listened to my concerns and questions and answered each one thoroughly. He did a really good job on my teeth as I needed a number of fillings and a couple of crowns and the end result looked really natural. I would highly recommend Dr Nkansah, Hayley and the practice.
R. D.Dr Joseph is the most gentle, thorough and careful dentist I have ever seen! He made me feel so comfortable and mitigated my anxieties. He was extremely thorough taking his time to perform the check-up. I had a X-ray, clean and polish. With absolutely no pain, sensitivity or discomfort. He identified that I needed 4 fillings which I will be going back for him to treat. I didn’t give it a 2nd thought about booking in with him again. Would definitely recommend.
S. G.Absolutely fab from start to finish! I needed an emergency appoint which I got pretty quickly even though I’m not a patient here. The procedure itself was pain free, the dentist and nurse Sam taking care of me was lovely and friendly and to say I usually hate dentists put me right at ease! The aftercare was great, I was given plenty of advice to take away. I Wouldn’t hesitate to return if dental care was required again and would highly recommend to anybody needing a dentist.

After being told No and messed around by 3 other practices I spoke to in the area i had almost given up.. then I called North Leeds Dental and spoke to a lovely woman called Samantha whom nothing seemed to be too much for her, the help and treatment I received was first class and these guys were life savers. Thankyou so much, North Leeds Dental will always be the first place I go in future.

I've never had a problem getting an appointment, and the reception staff have always done their best to fit me in with the occasional emergency. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this dental Practice.
M. C.After dealing with circles in the 111 service, Sam got me through for a consultation with a dentist who then got me the short term medication needed for my toothache and advised further on referalls and future treatment.
After referring me for treatment, the NHS unit failed to contact me on the day, I received multiple check up calls from Sam trying to make sure I got in. I can't thank Sam enough for her efforts to help me get treated as soon as possible.

E.Sam was amazing, I’m not registered with a dentist and googled emergency dentist, as Covid19 is currently happening I knew it would be difficult to get an appointment to find out what was wrong, but Sam took my symptoms over the phone and knew what it was straight away, she wanted to double check and advised would call me back, she called me back within 10 mins with some advice and help for me, when I arrived she was so polite and helpful. I was so nervous about having this pain but Sam reassured me and I left feeling so much calmer. Would defiantly recommend here!!
J. R.Lovely dentist, I was helped out by Sam. She managed to contacted a clinician for me within a small amount of time, maybe around 20 minutes. In this time I was prescribed some medication, overall amazing service within the circumstances we are under.

O. S.I always used to have dentist anxiety but on my first visit to this practice and meeting the fun, professional and calm team of Dr. Serif and Nurse Sam I got so relaxed that I almost fell asleep.
I was suggested the plan and steps to take to get healthy teeth and nice looking smile and I am so happy that I discovered this clinic.
Now I see that my longterm dream of having gorgeous and white teeth is gonna happen soon since Dr. Serif also does cosmetic dentistry and invisalign. Thank you for helping me to enjoy the dentist.

s. B.Wasn't even registered as a client but it was no problem to come by fairly quickly after having called them up for a check-up request. Wonderful staff and would definitely recommend them as your regular go to dentist.

The dentists name was Paul I think was extremely good and put you at ease and very friendly. Very friendly and helpful lady behind reception too. All round great team
l. b.If ever there was a perfect 1st trip to the dentist esp with a chipped tooth this was it. Left a vm out of hours and didn't expect a response until at least the next morning if at all. Text back that night and offer of an app for my toddler at 9am the following day. Greeted by friendly and kind receptionist who was also efficient and knowledgeable. Dental nurse and dentist went over and above to make toddler feel at ease as well as offering sound practical advice and treatment which was delivered in a calm and patient way. I really can't fault the service or the kind professionalism of all staff encountered and the charge was exceptionally reasonable for what was an emergency appointment. Toddler went into nursery showing off her tooth sticker. Many thanks Dr Paul and team!
P. T.Been a patient here for around 20 years, possibly longer, so a change of ownership is always a concern but first impression is that any changes have been for the better. It’s smarter and more professional but just as friendly as before. Good call making Sam practice manager too 👍

E. D.Treatment has been limited due to Coronavirus but I was able to visit at short notice (without being pre-registered). The treatment has eased my symptoms and everyone was very helpful in answering my questions on all follow up options.
