S. P. -. C. F.I joined this dentist as my husband has been a happy customer for the last twenty years. I have only seen one of the dentists (his) but she is great, I couldn't fault her in any way. She is friendly and takes my health condition into account when she treats me. I nearly gave four stars instead of five because there is often a wait before being seen. Having said that I would rather have a quality dentist who runs behind than an inferior one who clock watches. So taking all things into consideration even with the time delays I am happy to give a five star rating.
R. W.George my dentist at Seacroft Dental Practise has always gone out of his way to fit me in and sort my dental problems out. I've been having a hellish experience with a recurring tooth abcess due to an old root canal I had done 16 years ago. Before I was a patient at Seacroft Dental Practise.
George has been very patient with me and worked beyond his hours wanting to do everything he can to fix my tooth.
Although the surgery is over run with patients. He doesn't rush anybodys appointments. This showing his empathy and dedication to each individuals needs. Big or small.
I just wanted to highlight that patients often complain that he his running late and they are having to wait to see him. This is a NHS practise. It is over run with patients! And not enough time in the day to realistically be able to give each person the time they need and be on schedule.
I had an experience in a private American facility a few months ago waiting 10 hours for treatment. They didn't give me a quarter of the care George does at his surgery and they sent me away with a huge $3,500 bill.
I would hope that anybody visiting the dental surgery has some understanding at what pressure these dentists are under. Believe me, I know tooth pain is the worst pain ever! But George and his staff do their most to resolve all their patients issues.
I am so grateful for my dentist, dental practise and the NHS. Seacroft Dental Surgery should have a much higher rating on Google. I hope more people start to show their appreciation and get this Google rating the stars the surgery deserves.
