I am in a wheelchair and was given this practice to come to my home. Julie & Ellie arrived and carried out a painless and superb extraction and treatment. First class practice and service I will recommend them everywhere. I can't thank them enough. Now in December and I had the need to ask for more help, Julie and Adam arrived at my home and carried out superb repair. Making an old man very happy. Thank you very much.

Went there for an emergency appointment, I was very scared as I knew they’ll have to pull my tooth out but the dentist and the nurse made me feel so comfortable while I was in there shaking and crying😄 turns out It did not hurt at all and it took about 10 minutes when I thought it’s gonna be a torture, receptionist was really nice as well! Absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this dentist practice. I got a weekend emergency appointment with a days notice. I have a fear of dentists and can honestly say I have never met such a lovely dentist! Right from the start the customer service was fantastic. The receptionist Emma, was a saint! She was so empathetic and couldn't have been more helpful. The dentist (Adam) and the nurse (Chloe) put me at ease straight away, so professional whilst being so friendly and caring. The work they completed was beyond what I thought possible, can't thank them enough. What an incredible team!

Top quality service. Am so grateful for the team for the excellent support given to my vulnerable mum while dealing with a complex dental issue that needed several visits. Having accompanied her for her treatment, the staff couldn't do enough to help, from making initial enquiries right through the treatment process. We were recommended to use The Tooth Spa because mum has considerable health issues and I was concerned with how she would cope with the treatment. I need not have worried. These were dealt with in a sensitive and highly professional manner by the lovely staff, not to mention the quality of the work done (as well as reassurances provided to an anxious daughter!). Can’t thank this place enough. Was in so much pain with my back tooth, 5 month waiting list for treatment NHS and other private treatment at least 2 weeks. Got an appointment within a day at Tooth Spa. Ellie and her nurse assistant were so welcoming and chatty and took my mind off my tooth extraction. Excellent service, phoned up for an emergency appointment and they fitted me in no problem. I was waiting for a referral from my normal dentist as my wisdom tooth needed to come out surgically, however I was booked in for 12 weeks time which I was in agony and couldn't wait 12 weeks so rang and explained my situation to the tooth spa and they got me in and I'm always a nervous patient I hate needles. They gave me lots of time and was very reassuring. Would deffo recommend!

An abscess had me in pain for a few days. Contacted several dentists and the tooth spa team where the only one to bother calling me back. I can't thank them enough for the high level of care I received from that phone call to the moment I left the surgery after the tooth extraction. Rarely can you say you had a pleasant experience at the dentist but mine was with the tooth Spa. I was put at ease throughout and quite enjoy the experience. Exceptional service!!! Been coming here for past couple of months now after not being for a check up at a dentist for years. Very nervous and scared of dentist but Ellie has made my visits a nice one even after having extractions, root canals and fillings! Definitely curing my fear of dentists. All assistants have also been so helpful during each procedure (sorry useless with names) and also the blonde lady at reception who helped me when I phoned with bad anxiety over my tooth extraction. 5 stars wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Absolute angels! Can't thank these lovely ladies enough. Finally out of pain after a few excruciating days. They explained everything they were doing, allowed me to take my time and did everything at my own pace. As traumatic as it was to have a first extraction, I am glad it was done here. Kept reassuring me all the way through and had loads of compassion. I was not registered with any dental practice, had no previous records. I was connected with them via the NHS emergency service. Forget about costs and prices, this is an emergency service and after being in such pain, the luxury of having someone take care of you in a matter of hours is well worth the price. Which in all honesty are just regular private practice prices, nothing extreme or out of the ordinary. Can't thank them enough. 10/10

Forever grateful for the team at ToothSpa. 1st visit was an emergency for myself. Was seen same day on a sunday for an extremely reasonable price and issue sorted instantly. Faced with having to wait months with a bad infection, I rang here as a last resort after ringing >20 more local practices. They were able to see me within a few days for a root canal - a huge relief. I can't recommend them highly enough! All staff were so professional, friendly and polite. Today i visited The Tooth Spa due to my dentist who I won’t name cancelling twice in a week my emergency appointment for a tooth extraction. Before the phoned, I wasn’t registered with The Tooth Spa, and was expecting a ‘Sorry we can’t help’. However to my surprise when I spoke with Vicky on reception **who could not be anymore accommodating and was happy to help. (The dentist was even going to work over her lunch break to fit me in today..) now thats customer care for you.! Vicky.. Said it wasn’t a problem and didn’t want me to be in anymore pain and would go the extra mile to sort me today Anyway, i was in the dentist within the hour and was seen by Ellie the dentist and within 20minutes the tooth was out and i was on my way home. As for pricing.. very very reasonable to say it was an emergency appointment. It's safe to say will be signing up to the dental practice full time. it just shows you, if a company shows some empathy and good service you in return get customers signing up for life.

I was absolutely terrified when I entered the Tooth Spa for root canal treatment. I hadn’t been to the dentist for years because I am a true phobic and had heard terrible reports about root canal treatment. I don’t know why I was so worried. The whole experience was brilliant. Emma the receptionist was just lovely and humoured my ridiculous witterings. Katerina the dentist and her lovely nurse were amazing. I was put at ease and actually fell asleep at one point! I visited this practice for emergency dental treatment. I had a phobia of dentists and hadn’t been for a while,but the staff were non judgemental and made me feel so at ease. Katerina talked me through the procedure at length and gave me more than one option. I had quiet a few appointments over a couple of months and every single time I was in the surgery the staff were wonderful. Recently had to have root canal surgery here over two treatments. Cannot fault the service received from all staff - from reception staff to the dentist, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I visited this this practice yesterday evening for emergency dental treatment. All I can say Is I've always been extremely nervous of the dentist , but I didn't have to worry this time. The staff were so polite and professional . The receptionist was welcoming and put me at ease. I visited the Asian gentleman dentist and he was fantastic. The lady dental nurse could see I was nervous and spoke calmly and was great offering a stress ball to hold.. My whole experience has changed my view on dentists. I' will definitely be returning to this practice rather then the one I was previously registered with.

I went this Monday to get a scale and polish, as my current NHS dentist appointment is 10 minutes and the clean is very quick and my teeth were still stained from coffee and red wine. I paid for a scale and polish and spent a good 20 - 30 minutes with the dental nurse. I was really pleased with the outcome, my teeth look really good and clean and got some good advice on looking after my gums. That is the 3rd time i have been and have always had my appointment on time and never kept waiting and staff are all friendly and always pleased with the outcome.

The treatment I received was prompt, efficient and thorough with aftercare available if required. The staff were lovely and obviously experienced. Rang last week, a cracked tooth and terrible head ache and pain. Spoke to a friendly lady on the phone. They squeezed me in at 7:20 told me all the prices so there were no "hidden" costs. Got there, Adam and Ellie were the sweetest bless them! Kind, gental and very funny, put me at ease, I am not great at the dentist. Extraction needed- in and out in 30 mins! Still had pain called up Wednesday morning and they saw me at 11 needed antibiotics feeling so much better now. Will not go anywhere else! Bravo Adam & Ellie and thank you once again : )

I can't put into words how gratuitous I am for everybody at The Tooth Spa. I went in when a large filling came out at the front, and I got the sense that Mr. Shahid Anwar really cared, so I told him about my insecurities around my teeth. He fixed the filling on that same day, late in the evening. He did such a good job that I came back the next week to get more work done on other teeth that I wasn't fond of. Now I will be visiting Mr. Shahid Anwar as much as possible to get plenty more work done, as he really is an amazing dentist. Thank you to Julie the receptionist, and to Chloe the Dental Assistant. I had extreme tooth ache and called The Tooth Spa as they are the nearest dentist to where I live. I was able to get an appointment that afternoon. (This was Monday 20th Jan) I was seen by the dentist, I explained that my tooth had previously been filled but had broken away around the filling. I also explained that I knew there was either an infection or abscess due to the pain and disgusting taste in my mouth. The dentist x-rayed my mouth and confirmed the tooth breakage and the abscess. The dentist gave me two options, root canal or extraction. obviously I chose extraction, why would anyone try to rescue a tooth that had previously been filled and broken away? The tooth was removed fairly quickly and after paying £156 for the treatment I was done. However I was not given any antibiotics for the abscess just advised to rinse my mouth with salt water starting the following day. Which I did, every couple of hours. (After speaking with Adam he explained that it is common practice not to prescribe antibiotics as extracting the tooth usually gets rid of the abscess). On Thursday (23rd of Jan) I called them up as I was in excruciating pain. I was told to be with them within half an hour. A different dentist looked at my mouth, rinsed it with mouth wash packed the tooth socked and finally prescribed some antibiotics. Please note that it has been 10 years since my last visit to a dentist, so things have definitely changed in the processes in that time. which is why I though antibiotics should have been given in the first place. I have to say that Ellie was amazing, I have a really bad gag reflex and at no point in the extraction did I feel the need to gag. This might be because I wanted that bad boy out of there so bad but most likely Ellie's skills. Katerina was also really good on my return on the Thursday, I would like to know what you packed my socket with? It tasted horrible but it stopped the pain for quite some time. The pain I experienced was not down to the dentists, it's down to something called dry socket (Google it). Just follow whatever the dentist tells you to do. I feel the dry socket may have been partly down to myself needed a brew when I got home. If I ever need dental treatment in the future I will return to The Tooth Spa but not just yet. Elle, Katerina, Adam and Emma thank you all so much. please accept my apology for my previous review, I blame the pain for my lapse in judgement. Regards Emma

Unfortunately had to find a dentist in an emergency. Came across Tooth Spa who were open a good variety of hours day time and evenings and also on a weekend. Emma on reception was fantastic and was the main reason i chose this surgery. I then met the nicest dentist katerina and julie. Appt was not as straight forward as id hoped but would 100% recommend the team and service.

I was visiting Leeds when I broke my front crown early Saturday morning and needed an emergency appointment. I called 'The Tooth Spa' around 10 am as soon as I had broken it and they gave me an appointment 2 hours later. Mr Shadid Anwar put my mind at rest on arrival and fitted my temporary crown immediately. after having severe tooth/gum pain that started on friday night, and obviously my own dentist was closed, stumbled upon the tooth spa on sunday morning. contacted them and they got me in on the same day, lovely relaxed atmosphere. everything was explained to me, opted to have the abscessed tooth removed, tooth was removed without a hitch and zero pain. excellent service. thankyou.

Highly recommended dentist. My wife suffered over the weekend with toothache and, sadly, the NHS 111 phone line was little use. We searched across Doncaster, Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield and Wakefield and couldn't find a dentist open on a Sunday or an emergency dentist! More by luck we found the Tooth Spa 40 miles away and they were fantastic. Helpful, friendly and very kind. All dentists should be like this.
