I tried every trick in the book to get out of going to have a Wisdom tooth extracted. I needn't have worried. I was treated with utmost respect by friendly, caring staff. The reception staff were warm and friendly. The dental surgeon was AMAZING! She listened to my fears and she understood. She took time with me. The offending tooth was out in what seemed like seconds! I needn't have worried whatsoever! The dental nurse explained the aftercare and was reassuring throughout. I was an NHS patient who was treated like a queen! I could not have asked for more! THANK YOU TO ALL.

Such a lovely dentist with caring staff. A lot of reviews I read suggested NHS patients weren't treated as well as their own patients but I didn't experience this personally. The doctor I had was really kind and put me at ease. I went there to get both of my wisdom teeth removed and both of the procedures went smoothly. I would highly recommend this practise!

I was referred by my dentist for an X-ray here before I could have a wisdom tooth removed. The joys of the current NHS crisis meant a 2 year wait so I opted to go private through Aesthetic Smiles. I can honestly say it's some of the best service I've received anywhere! Always available for my stupid questions, the dentist who removed my teeth was amazing! Could clearly see I was nervous and made me feel at ease every step of the way giving me some guidance on what to expect. The team on the front desk are amazing as well. Always come back to me really quickly, always polite and again make you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door or talk to them on the phone! I would 100% recommend!

Where do I start? I must have been the most nervous patient ever this morning. I was referred by my usual dentist to have a tooth extracted! With trepidation that was uncontrollable at one point, I even thought I needed to head for the door. Couldn’t be happier with my experience, I thought I needed surgery to get this wisdom tooth out on my lower jaw; but 1,2,3 and the doc had it out. I was amazed, was a beast of a tooth also, couldn’t have been any more pain free, or easier. They made me fully aware of all the after care I needed to do. But I messed up and rinsed my mouth out too soon and the hole is not clotting properly and I have a gapping hole in my mouth still, I called the dentist out of worry I am going to give myself dry socket, and they’ve got me back in the next day!! To have a look, clean, stick some wadding in etc. until it heals. Once again I couldn’t be happier, polite, professional and they made the process as stress free as possible.. I felt valued

Absolutely perfect treatment , the dentist I saw he was fantastic very thorough, I felt comfortable and made to feel welcome . I felt at ease by all the staff they were all lovely . Sorry for taking so long to write a review! I was referred to this practice after spending 6 months trying to save a tooth. I met Dr Juttes and his team and they were very welcoming and reassuring. It was decided that a dental implant would be the better option but I was really worried about the whole procedure. Dr Juttes and his team put me at ease and so I went ahead with it. It's quite a long process but 110% worth it and the results are great. I really like this practice and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff always greet you by name and put a concious effort in to talk to you and listen to your concerns. I used to absolutely dread my old dentist but will quite happily come here. Thanks again! I had the misfortune of having a broken front tooth my normal dentist was unable to sort this out and only provide me with a plate which I was not happy with. I searched and looked at reviews for various different dentist that would be able to help me, I got in touch with aesthetic smiles they saw me straight away they explained everything that they could do and different various options, we settled on an implant the education and knowledge was great they reassured me and kept me calm, everything was explained so well throughout the procedures this took 6 months, in the end I had to have two implants and bone graft, when I was in pain they saw me straight away and dealt with this. The staff were very friendly helpful and always had a smile themselves. I am so happy with the way that my two front teeth look as they say all I want for Christmas is my two front teeth and I got them early, so thanks again all the staff at aesthetic smiles you have done a fantastic job and I would really recommend your services to my family and friends. thank you all.

Absolutely amazing. I was referred here by my regular dentist due to a lot of damage and neglect to my teeth after years of a severe dentist phobia. My first appointment was to discuss my options regarding by sedation and the staff were nothing but friendly and caring. I was made to feel listened to and cared about. My second appointment was today for a double extraction and a deep clean under sedation and I cannot believe the difference. I’m not even sure I thanked them at the time because from the minute my cannula was put in until the minute I was back in the car, I don’t remember a single thing. The difference to my teeth is incredible and I can’t thank them enough. They have told me I can go back to have more work done if needed and I would feel absolutely safe in going back to them. I was referred to Aesthetic Smiles in Leicester for the removal of 2 broken and infected teeth that had been giving me alot of problems for over 2 years.I have an incredibly bad phobia of going to the dentist ,hence the bad condition of my teeth.Because of the infection they fitted me in at very short notice due to a canceled appointment. Right from entering the door through to taking the teeth out they were very friendly and made me feel a lot more relaxed.The dental nurse was very sympathetic and helped me a lot with my nerves and the dentist was very quick and extremely competent. I have had no swelling or pain in my gums after the extraction and was very pleased with the whole experience.

On Monday I made an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain and was seen straight away. I was then booked in for tooth removal the next day which I had yesterday. I have very very severe anxiety in generally and especially with dentists and needs and such, so I opted for the IV sedation. The dental nurses that were with me throughout this treatment were very calming, professional and overall just amazing. I had my tooth out within an hour and didn’t feel a thing, I was very calm and looked after amazingly. I would recommend this place to anyone 1000%. My Experience.. Comment..Observations I first visited Aesthetic Smiles about two years ago after a referral by my Dentist to have two teeth extracted. Now you have to ask yourself why did my Dentist refer me to another Dentist (Does he consider the other Dentist more qualified, more experienced) These were my initial and most obvious thoughts. My appointment was on time, totally pain free, the practice was modern, reception staff and nurses very friendly, supportive and professional. All in all a brilliant experience. There was no question in my mind that this should be my Dentist going forward. Why wouldn't it be I mean my Dentist obviously thought they could treat me when he couldn't !! Since then both my Wife and I have become patients. Both have had extractions, fillings, clean and polish, Myself a denture and my Wife a crown so I can speak from some experience. My last visit was another extraction and possible root canal but due to the high tech equipment at the practice the root canal was put on hold, identified as not being a treatment required at that time. Why have I gone to the trouble of writing this review... Quite simply if you want a modern friendly professional Dental Practice that discusses treatment options with you, are totally pain free (and they ALL genuinely care about your experience) then look no further... I can't recommend and commend the practice any higher... Absolutely brilliant.

Didn't help that just few days before my appointment, Leicester went into lockdown and my appointment was in danger of cancelling (which added more anxiety). I always feel comfortable, the whole team are always very friendly. I experienced the wand recently which I would highly recommend, as I never felt a thing, & the after effects were minimal. Most recently I had a crown which looks very natural, just like a real tooth, colour match perfect to my existing teeth. I have never experienced any pain with any of my treatments, & always find my visits pleasant. I was referred here by my NHS Dentist. Having managed to get away with no Dental health concerns for my first 30 years! (Sadly no such luch a few years later - I blame my sweet tooth). I had a deep filling at the back molar at the NHS Dentist which sadly crumbled later and the revision went so deep it hurt the nerve. They lacked the expertise to perform molar root canals so referred me on. My experience at Aesthetic smiles was a very positive one (if visiting a dentist can ever be positive as such!). The staff are very professional, getting appointments is easy and fit well around a hectic work schedule. The two most important things are done right: 1. Pricing - this is upfront and fair, there are no hidden extras or add ons and when I needed to return a few times because the job could not be fixed all in one go, this did not unexpectedly bump up the price. 2. Quality - the attention to detail is high. As part of my treatment I was also referred to Carisbrook for a second opinion (who agreed with my Dentist); it was nice to have that added comfort in knowing the treatments received were the best option for my teeth (nobody wants to go back to have the work done a second time). I have confidence in the treatment I received and would recommend Aesthetic Smiles to others seeking a professional and reliable dental surgery.

2014 Good communication and workmanship. I have never felt like i'm being pushed into having treatment I don't need and feel there is an honest answer to any question I ask. UPDATE 26/09/2019 - became disillusioned with this dental practice and had to change to another after they de-listed me. When I asked why I was de-listed I was told that they had informed me I didn't get checkups, but I never received these notifications. They told me last week that they cannot take on NHS patients until April 2020 but I could have a private checkup for £55 and then pay private for any work on top. They were good when you're paying for expensive private work, not so much when you need work on the NHS. Also, I found the NHS dentist less competent and lacked confidence in their own ability. They seemed reluctant to carry out certain types of work on NHS. I often left feeling like like the main priority was the money instead of the service.

Hi My name is Dawn and i am 43yrs young for very many years i have wanted to rectify my smile and replace my crowns but due to my fear of the dentist and my gag reflex i have put it off for so long and just having the very basics done with my local dentist due to my fears, then in November 2012 i was made redundant and decided i needed to make good use of the money and decided to brave it and sort out a dentist who did sedation and were confident with phobic patients this is when i found Aesthetic Smiles. From my first visit i did not look back and put my fears into there hands and was reassured all the way and my confidence grew. I went thru sedation for my first set of treatment and would recommend this to very nervous patients who have no confidence, i then went on to have the following treatments with no sedation and the care and consideration was amazing. In all i had several fillings - crown sets and refits - root canal - extraction plus a impacted root extracted i have also completed a teeth whitening program and finally finished with a polish up to finish off and have to say i am very happy with the work completed my friends and family have noticed the difference and commented on my smile and i can finally smile without worrying about my teeth and how they look because they look lovely. I will return in the future to have a couple of veneers fitted and have to say i will not worry about the visit and will definitely go back with confidence Juttes his wife and there team are amazing they treat you as a friend and not a patient, even sitting in reception is a pleasure. Considering I am totally freaked out by having to visit a dentist, at my initial visit I was very apprehensive as to what was going to happen, was pleasantly surprised to find that the only treatment I needed was an extraction, I also had an abcess where I was to have an extraction. I attended a week later (to give the antibiotics a chance to work) for my extraction and needless to say I was very nervous, but I was treated very well by the dentist and have to go back in 3 months. I was referred to Aesthetic Smile by my NHS dentist to have a molar root extracted. I was told it could take up to five weeks to be seen and I was warned that they may need to cut my gum and break the bone during the procedure. So, as you can imagine, that filled me with fear and dread. I was petrified. But I needn’t have been. The whole experience turned out to be actually quite pleasurable. Aesthetic Smile called me to see them about a week after my referral. Walking to my appointment at 11:10, Monday 9 December 2013, my stomach was churning. I nearly passed out with the nervous anxiety. But when I opened the door and walked up to the reception desk I was greeted with a nice, warm smile and handed a form to fill out my medical history. After returning the medical history form I just had to wait a few more minutes to be seen by the dentist. Whilst waiting, my imagination went into overdrive. I had imagined them having to hold me down to use a hammer and chisel. I had to do deep breathing exercises to calm myself down. Then the call came to go up the stairs to see the Dentist. More deep breathing exercises. But I was greeted by a Dental nurse with a big smile which helped to calm me down a bit. She talked quite a lot to me but, because of the fear, I can’t really remember what she said; but I know it was informative and helpful. Then the Dentist walked in. He had a nice smile too. (Now I know why they call it Aesthetic SMILE). The only very slight pain was the needles administering the anaesthetic. But that only lasted a split second and he did apologise for this; and I hate needles anyway. Then the Dental nurse told me they were going to wait a good ten minutes for the anaesthetic to take effect. I found this encouraging because it showed they wanted me to have a pain free experience with them. So it was back downstairs. By now I was becoming a little more relaxed and I was able to enjoy the pleasant décor which was very clean and modern looking. Back upstairs now for the dreaded procedure. All I know is he put some metal tool in my mouth and I could feel it moving around to extract the root, but there was no pain and, before I knew it, it was out. In fact, I didn’t know it! I was still sitting there with my mouth wide open. The Dental nurse had to tell me it was all over. I had a big smile on my face now, although missing a tooth, and I thanked the Dentist profusely. The after-care was just as good. I was given a printout that told me what to do and what not to do and the day after I received a call to make sure I was ok. This was the best Dental experience EVER. And I would recommend Aesthetic Smile to everyone and anyone.
