B. C.Regularly visit the hygienist who is reassuring and friendly and makes you feel comfortable at all times. Have also had great experiences with the dentists. They are very good with nervous patients (bad experiences with other dentists in the past) and I would highly recommend.
A. T.I a routine app today after difficulties with COVID. I arrived x4 hrs earlier (I made the mistake). Staff were amazing, and Dr. Samru fitted me in between patients as I live miles from the surgery. They were fantastic and I cannot thank them enough. Been at this practice for years and they have always been like this, kind, helpful and always accommodating. I’d never go anywhere else.
N. B.The dentist is not one of the places that I look forward to going to.
But Blaby Dental Practice has always been 100% professional and caring every visit.
Baby dental practice is the only dentist I have been to since the start, I still remember Bruce Bishop doing our family checks when we were young kids back in the 80's.
No complaints from me about Blaby Dental Practice, thank you for doing such a great job 👍
C. G.I visited the practice with my mother as she is a regular patient here. Upon the visit members of staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dentist and his assistant were wonderful Can not fault this practice, they are super helpful too.

W.My 8 year old daughter had a filling removed and she was quite apprehensive about it, but as soon as we got there Adarsh reassured her and was so gentle and patient, she felt more relaxed and had the procedure done without any issue. She liked the fact that she could put her hand up to let him know if she was in pain. Dentists here are very good with children in my opinion.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming answering all my questions and telling me what’s going to happen at each appointment. They are very accommodating when booking appointments and regularly check in with you. The very best.

P. R.I have tried other dental practices in the area. When I first tried BDP a couple of years ago I was put off by the off-hand attitudes of the reception staff. However, the current reception team are very good - both patient and helpful. The help I received during a recent emergency deserved six stars!
Previous dentists have, without fail, directed me towards the most expensive options. My experience, thus far, with BDP is that their dentists are not only very competent, their recommendations, regarding costs, can be relied on.
D. I.1st time using this practice. Saw the Hygienist at my appointment time and the service was first class. Will definitely be moving to this practice permanently and would recommend them without hesitation.

We have never had a problem getting an emergency appointment when, and if, required and always been informed if any appointment has been cancelled. Thanks to them I still have all my own teeth!

P.For someone who does not cope well with dental appointments, I had to book in to see the dentist a couple of months ago, I was extremely impressed with the changes within the practice, how friendly and attentive the staff are and how relaxed they made me feel before the appointment. I was very happy with my treatment and the way that my various options for the dental treatment had been explained. I don't think I will feel anxious about any future appointments and will be recommending the practice to others.
L. B.I'm a fairly new patient at Blaby Dental Practice and so far i'm thrilled i've found a dentist that doesn't make nervous each time I need an appointment. Admittedly, my last dentist experience was less than average so I hadn't seen a dentist in 5 years. There was no judgement for this, and was actually really positive.
Dr Bhatt and his assistant were really attentive and talked to me throughout the check up and follow up appointment which put me totally at ease. I've had a few fillings in my life, but I can't believe this one was so quick and simple.
I'd expect to be a life-long patient at this practice. Kicking myself for going to other dentists for so long.

j. w.Really good! Big baby at the dentist so was so happy to meet a nice one. Listened to me and explained everything that was going on. I felt relaxed and calm after my root canal and was able to go straight back to work. Hopefully won't need a lot more treatment in the future but will not be worried if I do.

i would recomend this practise to anyone, especially if you are dentist & needle phobic or just plain scared of having any dental treatment. Brilliant.
J. T.Good, nice reminder calls and attitudes of helpful staff.
Negatives:
-Waiting 20 mins+ seems standard. I want an appointment time at which my appointment is going to commence. Most of us build in our own buffer times which then penalises the majority who are on time.
- Massive metal syringes - use small discrete ones, patients do not like syringes so why have unnecessary massive Victorian-looking ones?
- Ok, this one just bugged me, someone had corrected a spelling in permanent pen on a poster.... to another incorrect spelling :) .

B.This dentist is a disgrace, always different dentists ,prob every year, the lady that's their upstairs on the right hand side of the stairs is very very rough & in my opinion not much idea how to treat patients properly & also not quite sure how shes even got the job working their ,I've had 2nd opinions & 100% better work done & not so rough so the proof is their ...kind regards to the reception staff though for oppointments etc ...🙄🙄
