D. P.My son had a treatment at this practice, he was not happy about his teeth. Our dentist referred to this practice for braces. My son was not confident to talk due to his teeth. Since he started treatment I can see he is changes in behaviour along with confidence. His braces came out last month and he looks much more confident and very happy with his appearance. I must say many thanks to staff at city orthodontics. They are professional, brilliant at what they do, very accommodating for appointments, friendly and welcoming. The practice is so well organised and clean. I would highly recommend City orthodontics for their excellent work and pleasant experience thorough out treatment
A. 7.My review is based on my daughter's braces: Mr Patel was a good dentist to have, and we had to work together as a team I. E. Parent, child and dentist. It's hard work with the amount of appointments, but I found flexibility with the surgery.

T.The new practice is amazing and very clean and attractive.Dr.Jilpa patel is a brilliant orthodontist.She is very polite and sweet talking.The staff are also very Friendly and helpful and my daughter's treatment was done very efficiently, without any problems.I was always notified in advance of any changes to appointments which was very helpful.The orthodontist gave all the information I needed and told my daughter how to properly look after braces.
Great place to go,cannot recommend it enough.

I have seen reviews that say that the practice is shoddy and run down and I have to say it made me laugh out loud.
The practice is beautifull. It is clean and well looked after. Like a 5* hotel!
The staff are really nice. They are kind and gentle and always ask how we are.
One of my brothers wasn’t the best at looking after his brace, but one of the nurses made sure that he understood why it was important.
They explained how the brace needed looking after and when his brushing was bad they showed him how to get it better.
The lady dentist is on maternity leave at the minute, but all the rest of the staff are lovely. There are 2 of them that we have seen a couple of times, one is from Wales I think...and the nurse with the curly hair- they are very funny and make us laugh. I wish all dentists could be like you!
All the times we have been, the girls have all been very busy, but we are not kept waiting long. And if we do wait for a little bit, it don’t matter as the place is so nice. They have a fountain on the wall that is lit up and makes a nice noise.
It is a shame that I can’t have my braces with you now because I am too old, but if I ever can afford braces I will make sure it is with you!
My cousin had braces in humberstone with clearly orthadontics and the staff there were rude and the doctor was rude too. She was rushed in and out and the building was old and cramped. The doctor never answered our questions and she huffed and puffed when we tried to ask for help with brushing.
The staff at City are so much better. They always answer my questions in a way we understand and they don’t make us feel like we are wasting their time, and even have asked my brothers about their exams. They make sure that we don’t just feel like patients, But more like friends.
I will miss coming to see all your kind faces and lovely smiles.
I’m sorry I don’t know all your names- I would like to thank you all.... but I really like the one who watches friends! She calls my brothers mate and my sister babe... it made me laugh when I heard her talking about it in reception. She’s right,there is an episode for every thing.

I recommend Amber especially as she always has a great attitude and puts in a 5 star performance every time. Also Sue is a great orthodontist to have as she also has a great attitude and 5 star performance always.
