A fantastic experience from start to finish. Just over a year ago I had a consultation about Invisalign. Today I had my final appointment and I could not be happier with the result. The service has always been friendly, personal and efficient from those on reception, to Peter in the consulting room. I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.

I visited Dentique this morning as an emergency. I was in so much pain and had no sleep the night before. I’m scared of dentists but the team reassured me from word go. My dentist Angel was extremely caring and explained everything that was happening. I had to have emergency root canal and will have further treatment and I can honestly say I’m so pleased I contacted this practice. For years I used to go to Jeffries practice on the London Rd but when he retired I decided to try the Dentique Dental Practice further down the road. Right from the start I felt reassured by the friendly atmosphere as you walk in and this continues to when you are sat in the dentist chair. Over the past few years I have had some major work done, as in implants, and having had one done elsewhere that hurt I was not looking forward to it again, but I have to say I didn’t feel a thing when Ian did it. I told my sister how good it is and she now travels from Whales to go there, so I would definitely recommended the Dentique Dental Practice.

I have been seeing Pieter at Dentique for 10+ years and he has taken away my fear of going to the dentist. He is calm and gentle, and he is a master at painless injections. Pieter always discusses the treatment plans and does only what is necessary. Both my sons have been seeing Pieter since they were young, and a Pieter goes out of his way to accommodate their individual needs. I have been a patient/client of Dentique for over 2 years; had braces and ongoing care including whitening and several other treatments. Their service is excellent, you really feel like the doctors and nurses care. They are reasonably priced and the quality is outstanding. I am pretty worried when it comes to dentists, yet I have a lot of cosmetic work that I would like doing. Before I can have my teeth straightened my regular dentist has told me I need 2 root canal treatments that I have been putting off for 2 years. He recommended Angel at Dentique who is a specialist and I've had the first RCT now. He was brilliant! He explained everything and even used gel to numb my gum before the injection so I literally didn't even feel a thing. I highly recommend any one needing a root canal treatment to come see Angel.

If you like me have never been that keen on a trip to the dentist (and who is) then can I reassure you that in Dentique you have absolutely nothing to fear. From the minute you arrive you will be greeted by the 3 most charming, beautiful and delightful ladies on reception who will put your mind at rest that you are in the hands of a highly professional outfit. All the dentists I have dealt with there are exceptionally talented - led by the owner Ian Clift they provide a proactive level of care based on the premise that prevention is better than cure. Ian is kind and gentle, reassuring and keeps you fully informed every step of the way. All their work is undertaken in a very modern dental practice with state of the art equipment - they even have one of Europe's first pain free drills for fillings should you need one! I had to have some root canal work some time back and whilst I had dreaded it, I really had nothing to fear as the team were excellent throughout. I would also say that Omar the hygienist is also exceptional - he diligently and gently works away and my teeth have never looked so good. If you are very nervous then they do have a number of treatments that you could consider that will help you overcome this however as I said you really have nothing to fear. All in all - Dentique is a really fantastic team of professionals who genuinely care for your smile and your dental health. A strong recommendation from me.

I recently had a scale and polish with the Dental Therapist. Having only had quick NHS scales in the past I couldn’t believe how clean my teeth felt after a very thorough (and painless!!) visit to Dentique! A special machine was used instead of the usual gritty paste to polish my teeth and this seemed to whiten them a lot. I was overall very impressed with Everyone at dentique as I was made to feel welcome and at ease. See you in 3 months for my next routine scale and polish.

I have been going to this dental practice for over two years and have nearly completed my Treatment Plan. I will by the end of March have a lovely set of white teeth that no longer hurt and inhibit the way I eat. The dentist I go to is Pieter Crouse, a lovely man with a gentle manner who puts you at your ease. He is genuinely interested and considerate in the treatment that he offers you. The ladies on reception are very friendly and also take an interest in your wellbeing. The dental nurses are also very pleasant and interact well with Pieter. I have not given the 5 star rating as it shows LOVED IT-I don't know anybody who loves going to the dentist!! but overall it has been a very positive experience and no longer dread the thought of going.

I hadn't been to the dentist for years because of extreme fear. My teeth caused me some serious issues so I plucked up the courage 3 or 4 years ago and was recommended to try Dentique. It was the first time any dentist had not brushed away my fears. Ian Clift listened to me , checked my teeth, gave me a full breakdown of what he recommended (with some cheaper alternatives) and together we decided on the stages of treatment. I was fully aware of the time for, and probable costs of, each stage and given the choice of delaying some of the work should I choose. I am still frightened of dental treatment but I love my new teeth and am happy to go for my 6 monthly check up knowing that all the staff are aware of my fear and take it into account at all times.

Had my orthodontic braces fitted in middle of February 2018. Prior to this i start visiting Dentique back in August 2017. From my very first visit to the practice the customer service has been 5 stars. Not once has this dropped in the last 10 months. Firstly i meet with Keeley Cox to have my consultation. Which the information i was given was perfect. Now i'm around 16 weeks into the treatment plan with my orthodontic braces. What a difference so far with the changes to my teeth. On every visit to Dentique i'm made so welcome. Everyone really care's at the practice. So big thank you to Ian, the lovely dental nurse, the lovely reception ladies and Keeley Cox. Even when i finish my treatment i won't be thinking of go back to any NHS dentist. Thank you everyone

Pieter is very experienced and polite, he definitely does a good job, though I feel the only let down at the moment is the hygienist Tabs my mouth was swollen for up to 2 weeks after having a S&P by her, has mostly settled now but after paying good money I wouldn’t want to go back to her to have anything done. Since The last 3 hygienist left things haven’t been the same in that area.

Since a child I have never felt comfortable going to the dentist, particularly since falling off my bike and having two crowns at the early age of 16! Ian Clift recently removed my troublesome bottom wisdom teeth that had been giving me a lot of trouble for a while but I'd been putting it off as I'm not a fan of the dentist. I was extremely nervous and Ian calmed me down, reassured me and I must say that the whole process was about as good as going to the dentist gets and was painless thanks to Ian's expertise. The aftercare was great too, and Ian managed my pain really well afterwards and in fact even made himself available out of hours in case i needed him. The surgery has a warm welcoming atmosphere, extremely clean and the staff are polite and friendly. I'd recommend Dentique to anyone. I'll be going back for proactively for sure and that says something.

If you are reading this before you make a decision to see the practice my only advice is this...You have to go! If you want the very best Smile and confidence like you've never had before... then you have to go! I am so happy with my work, when you feel so proud of your smile... you can't help but show it off! It comes so naturally to 'smile' now but there was a time when I couldn't smile without putting my hand over my face to hide my teeth! it feels amazing even all these years later. Dentique is such a lovely practice, if you want the best of the best results than you need to see them, i have had a lot of orthodontic work carried out in my teens following poor dental advice along the way until seeing Ian i never smiled, I'm nearly thirty now and every time i go out (this is not an understatement) people compliment me on my teeth, it is a real confidence booster considering i never really smiled until i was 18 now whether it's a business meeting or a trip to Tesco people stop and ask who my dentist is. I live in Coventry now and still make the journey to see Ian and the team and i wouldn't take my seven year old anywhere else. Ian is so passionate about his work he does the very best for his clients in ensuring you keep your adult teeth for as long as possible, yet another dentist may say 'no need for treatment- just take out a tooth' I would much rather my dentist worked a little harder helping me preserve the ones i have! do not misinterpret this passion as an 'attitude' I have seen in different reviews, passion and enthusiasm for creating best results are sometimes acknowledged for something different but I assure you 15 years later I wouldn't still be doing the journey if I found another dentist on par with all the staff at dentique, the practice is of the elite kind in making you feel the best you possibly can! as for prices, also seen in previous reviews (you are not being 'fair to dentique' it is a private practice, you can't compare Butlins to Barbados so do not do it with something so important as your teeth ) agreed it is not the cheapest but it is certainly worth the money, and if cheap was what i was going for than i would stick to NHS but i certainly wouldn't get the compliments i get now. It will be the greatest investment in yourself you do.I have been with dentique for 15 years and not every year has been financially good to me especially seeing the arrival of my son, they have excellent payment plans and options to help if money is stopping you from treatment, The receptionists have always been dedicated in providing the best friendly service. I can not fault the practice I love them, they make me feel very valued as a customer and more importantly they made me have a constant smile even when I am away from the clinic. Thanks team for giving me back my smile, as always you are recommended and I know a a lot have been for the excellent teeth whitening, they also look like super stars walking! You do fabulous work!
