First of all, I dislike coming to the dentist but because I need treatment I had to come!! Today I needed a tooth extraction, and I was really dreading it, but Urvi gave me reassurance and talked through the whole process which left me assured and relaxed. The care and information provided is excellent. I am so pleased with my partial denture, I nearly cried and I look forward to Urvi working her magic on me! I would also like to say, all the receptionists and all the dental assistants are very friendly and approachable.

First of all the receptionists are excellent and very welcoming and courteous, my personal experiences with Hema and Bhavna have been brilliant. They will go above and beyond in accommodating your needs. And my dentist Urvi is a master of her craft, she has excellent communicational skills and of course she's a brilliant dentist, very knowledgeable and understanding. I would highly recommend this dental practice because of their reception staff and my dentist Urvi who is the best in the industry as far as my personal experiences. Also before I forget there's a new receptionist who's also very good at her job as well as Urvis new dental assistant who was also very good at her job. Thanks.

The staff at this dental practice have been so welcoming, kind and amazing at what they do! Urvi is literally a specialist when it comes to invisalign!! She has transformed my smile beautifully! Outstanding Service, Professional, Warm and Friendly staff. The practice comes highly recommended for its friendly warm service and professional approach to servicing dental needs. I have always been impressed with Hema who leads the reception. A delight to be served by, Hema extends a warm welcome every time. The Hygienist (Anuradha) and Dentist (Urvi) along with the assistants naturally put you at ease when entering the clinic. The practice comes highly recommended !

I have attended this practice my whole life (56 years and counting) through it’s very few management /ownership changes over that time - even when I lived 75 miles away. Thanks to their regular care I have just had my first, what I consider, major intervention in the form of a crown fitted. I am a self confessed wimp and had put this off for too long. The time had come to “bite the bullet”. Baz (Dr Bharat Mehta) was brilliant, informative and patient as always, and the whole thing was done from beginning to end without even me batting an eyelid. Dr Mehta (baz) has been my regular dentist for years and not only is his skill amazing he actually cares for his patients. When I attended the clinic as a private patient, we were advised by receptionist that Dr Bharat Shah is running late back from lunch break for 15 to 20 minutes , therefore his clinic was running late. However, due to my dental problem the appointment went for full allocated time , therefore surgery was running late and this was also due to Dr Bharat Shah coming back late from lunch break, basically that was not my fault, however Dr Shah informed me that HE HAS GOT PATIENTS WAITING OUTSIDE TO BE SEEN & HE IS RUNNING LATE, Professionally he should not be telling his patient that other patients are waiting outside to be seen & surgery running late, this is because that was not my fault.
