New owners of this local practice first visit was good it was a dual apt with my daughter, was really nice experience and made her experience comfortable and happy so much that shes looking fwd to next visit. I had good explanation of NHS and private price options and answered questions well not pushing one way or other. Had my follow up booked in without any fuss. So far so good keep up the great work!

I had my first visit to Amrit, the hygienist today. She and her nurse were friendly, informative and helpful. Amrit was able to give me some useful advice and she was very gentle and careful when cleaning my teeth. I will definitely return and would recommend this excellent service to others. I am a registered patient at Fleckney Dental and this week I had to go for an emergency appointment as I had lost part of a tooth and all the filling. I was given an immediate appointment and was looked after very well. The dentist was kind and considerate, not at all patronising though, and explained every single thing as he treated me. It was an hour long appointment in the end and quite complicated but he was very reassuring and took his time. The care I received and the cheerfulness and efficiency of all the people there was very good. The only reason I give 4* and not 5* is because it is taking me a while to get used to the new set up and the new staff when I had been with the previous dentist for so long. My problem though, not theirs and they did all they could to make me feel "at home".

I am posting on behalf of my wife Elizabeth Colvin. Last weekend a back tooth broke off leaving a very sharp point which was puncturing her tongue when she tried to eat, drink or talk. She phoned up for an emergency appointment just after 9.00 on Monday and was asked to attend at 12.30 that day. She was seen just after 12.30 and the dentist could immediately see what the problem was and set about grinding down the sharp point. Initially he was concerned that the tooth might still cause a problem so he ground more off until he was satisfied. Liz was delighted with the result and mouth and tongue are rapidly returning to normal. She went to pay at the desk and was told there was no charge. A brilliant dental practice, i noticed i was in severe pain and rang them up, received brilliant customer service and got a slot within the month, amazing, friendly staff with excellent knowledge. I do not like the dentist! In fact I’m terrified! But was forced to visit the dentist due to excruciating tooth ache, on further inspection I needed 4 fillings, I attended to have the fillings done today, I was made to feel very comfortable and was talked through the whole process, Shyam has giving me the confidence to now attend the dentist more often, for that alone I thank you!!
