This Practice has evolved to be an A1 practice under the stewardship of Amit Bhalla.I have been with this practice for two decades and with Amit's management since inception . Amit is a very caring dentist and will offer a treatment only if it warrants it .Once offered and taken up he will take it through to its full satisfaction. I had a mobile molar which was touch and go , he took it on and it has been saved Thank you Amit. Nanik Hathiramani

This dental practice is excellent. My thanks goes to Doctor Dhiren Lad who was always caring yet professional during all the procedures with my treatment. I did not feel any pain with the injection but felt very calm as I was sure that I am in good hands. The nurse Kajal was very friendly and always focused when assisting. The staff provided a good patient service from the beginning till the end of my treatments. Overall, the hygiene levels around the practice is very clean and social distancing is always maintained in place with sanitizers available.

My experience with this dental practice over the years have been excellent. I recently had a composite filling procedure here and I am extremely happy with how it turned out. Dr Dhiren Lad was the dentist who had done the procedure and I must say he is incredibly skilled in what he does. The staff and reception here are very friendly and kind. Dhiran Lad is a very experienced , friendly , understanding and knowledgeable dentist with patients of all kinds . I would always go back to him if I had a choice. Me and my family have been seeing him for years , even before lockdown. He is honest and listens to you first time carefully with care and attention before carrying out any treatment ; he never put his patients down. He fixed a complex deep filling issue for me in 2019 correctly. The reception staff and dental nurses are all friendly , caring and understanding. I have health conditions and I have always been understood , treated fairly and equally by him.

My whole family have been with this practice for over 20 years. The service standard has reached excellent since Amit Bhalla took charge. All the staff are polite and nothing is too much trouble for them. Mr Bhalla has always taken time to answer all questions and I never feel hurried. Recommend highly.

Three stars at a push. I saw an honest dentist as a private patient. I then went back a few months later for an NHS check up and was astonished that I was in an out within a space of 5 minutes. I waited in the waiting area for longer than I saw the dentist! I asked whether he would be cleaning my teeth at all and was told that since I clean well, there is no need to clean around the mouth and only in the area where I was evidently having difficulty. Disappointing to say the least. I was registered at another NHS dental practice but moved here due to wanting private treatment for another issue and there was a dentist based here that was able to offer the same. However having seen the way an NHS dental check works, I wouldn't ever want to be in a situation where I need treatment here and am treated the same way. Despite the dentist being most pleasant each time I have visited, I do not think 5 minutes (no over exaggeration) is adequate as per the NHS terms of service to cover everything and certainly to be told he will not be cleaning all of my teeth is absurd. I would not usually write a review, but the receptionists asked me to as I left the practice, hence here's an honest account of my experience here.
