Had my teeth whitened through Glen Dental. From start to finish what a great process. Not only have the results exceeded my expectations, the staff are FANTASTIC. Jo on reception, star! Lina is fantastic with making you feel comfortable (so much so that I'm going back to have some work done that I've put off due to previous experiences elsewhere) all of the dental assistants in each appointment have been stars too! literally a 5* service end to end. Would highly recommend!

I went to see Victoria who is a hygienist at the practice for the first time last summer, she's simply brilliant. She's very meticulous in her approach as well as kind and thoughtful. Contacted Glen Dental as i was suffering with a broken. Had never used them before and hadn't visited a dentist for 30 years. Phoned them up and was booked in for a consultation which was quite a way off but was told that if a earlier date became available they would contact me. A few days later they called to say they had a space available in a few days time so i accepted. In the post came a letter and info about the appointment and some info i needed to do online. This was straightforward and easy to complete. On my first visit all was very friendly Jo on reception very pleasant and i was seen by Mr.Kotecha. He was very polite explained everything well took some x rays and carried out some cleaning work. The work that needed to be done was explained along with the charges. A booking for the work was made before i left along with the option of an earlier date should one become available. My initial visit was on a Monday and before the end of the week i received a phone call and was booked in for the work to be done on the Friday. On the day everything was very friendly and the work to be done explained clearly. All went well and what i should do in the following days during the healing period was explained to me and also given to me in an easy to follow sheet. I was also informed that i could call them at any time if I needed to. Within a couple of days I was contacted by the dentist who did the work to check on my wellbeing and to remind me to adhere to the guidance notes on self care. To sum up my experience from start to finish I would say : Very polite Very good standard of work Everything explained well and simply I would highly recommend them to anyone

I joined Glen Dental after having a bad experience at my previous Denstist and was always nervous of going to the dentist. That changed from the moment I stepped through the door at Glen Dental. From the receptionist down to Shrik my dentist I have been made to feel completely at easy and the treatment I have revived has been 5 star. I saw Lina and her team for treatment to align my teeth with a fixed brace. It felt like a big decision at the time, but Lina calmly explained the process and what would happen every step of the way. Having needed emergency treatment for an infection during the pandemic I was able to get a same day appointment with no issues. Lina was able to get it cleaned and got me sorted in no time. While there I signed up to get my teeth in order and a dental plan. Since then I have had 2 visits to get old fillings sorted out. Both of which required numbing. And yet Lina was calming, and regularly checked in on me throughout, and I barely noticed a thing. I even got to choose a DVD to watch while I was treated!

I have disliked going to the dentist most of my life. This stems from the school dentist who was not very kind. I have always felt anxious and nauseous. I had not been to the dentist only for emergencies. I had my second jab recently and thought , right, I am going for a check up. The team at Glen Dental are fabulously friendly and offer a skillful service everytime. They're always quick to ask you about your day, answer any questions you may have about procedures and talk you through any work they do as they go along. Todays appointment in particular stood out for me in showcasing how valuable their approach is... I was recovering from a month filled with bad news as I entered the clinic and, honestly, I left feeling better than I did going in. Warm words from Lina, followed by some soothing music and wildlife TV visuals during my filling procedure proved to be the welcomed escape I needed. It's not often you get people saying they enjoyed going to the dentist - by phobic family can certainly attest to that - but I find Glen Dental a pleasant experience every time.

Amazing service and great result! I have just had a bridge fitted by Lina Kotecha at Glen Dental and I am really impressed. I had been bothered by my lower front teeth for many years. I made an appointment to see Lina and she planned my treatment seamlessly. I first had hygiene visits with Victoria the hygienist (who was so understanding and very gentle). Then my lower front teeth which were crooked and loose were removed. After a short while of healing, a bridge was fitted! I feel so confident with my new teeth! Thank you Glen Dental.

I first contacted the practice when I heard they were able to open again after lockdown. I had suffered a number of dental disasters but had been unable to get any treatment at all through the NHS and was anxious and in pain. I still remember my disbelief and relief when I was told that yes they had all their PPE and would be happy to see me! I’ve been back a number of times now and have been treated with such kindness and professionalism. Shrik is friendly and reassuring, kind and calm, totally professional. An appointment never feels rushed, there is plenty of time to discuss any concerns or to reach decisions about the way forward with treatment. During a procedure you are constantly reassured, breaks are offered, you can choose a movie to watch during an extended session, nothing is too much trouble. Your well-being and comfort is the priority. The dental nurse is skilled, the receptionist caring, everyone is on the ball and you feel it is a real team. A referral to a specialist was arranged swiftly and efficiently for me. Thank you x If you have any Covid concerns I can only say the practice itself is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean with the reassurance of good air conditioning. I cannot recommend Glen Dental highly enough, I only wish I’d found it years ago!

I've become a nervous patient after some painful, rushed and uncaring experiences at my previous dentist. My first visit to Glen Dental was nerve wracking but I shouldn't have worried, my experience there bore no resemblance to any of my previous visits elsewhere. i cannot recommend this practice enough, like many who are terrified and i mean petrified of needles i put off going to the dentist for longer than i should have and i now know this was so unnecessary. What a fantastic dental practice! I could not be happier with the results after my clear smile braces. Shrik has been incredibly professional and helpful throughout the treatment. I was a little apprehensive about having braces as an adult but it has been so much better than I thought and has been certainly worth it now with the end results! As a very nervous customer, Dr Shrik has given me the confidence to make regular visits to the dentist, having been too scared to go for years. He is very personable and genuinely cares about improving your dental situation. I have an extreme needle phobia but I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing with the injection and Dr Shrik put me at ease throughout the whole procedure of having a filling and almost made it an enjoyable experience! I'd previously had braces as a teenager, however my top teeth had moved over the years. In particular my front tooth that stuck out. This had bugged me for a long time, especially when I had a picture taken. So I went to Glen Dental for the Clear Smile Brace with Lina. From the first consultation to the end result, every step of the way was very clear, professional and calming. The braces themselves were not at all noticeable, they blended seamlessly into my teeth and if I did have an event Lina would kindly change my white wire so it was as white as it could be! I had them on for just over 6 months, which absolutely flew by. After my brace, I had a professional teeth whitening, which comes as part of the Clear Smile Brace package. I am 100% happy with the whole process and I couldn't be happier with my new white, straight smile! I couldn't recommend Lina at Glen Dental enough!!
