J. K.At age 70 I've had a few dentists care for my teeth, but Lavender is the best by far. My actual treatment is leading edge, conducted by a professional and gentle orthodontist who takes care to keep me informed throughout and ensure the process is painless. The clinic is immaculate, all the staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. For the first time in my life I have no fear of visiting the dentist.
A.Dr Chauhan is an asset to your Clinic. I have never felt so calm, valued and respected as a customer/patient. Not to mention the quality of treatment from him was exemplary. Explains where necessary to assure me and shows incredible diligence. Everything you want from a Dentist. Absolutely top class.
D. B.Can't praise it enough,just had teeth cleaned and filled after not seeing a dentist for 27 years,had a bad phobia. After talking to wonderful Dr Sonal previously,arranged an IV sedation app. Sonal is so fantastic and caring,knew every thing I was feeling,and after today's appointment,really don't know why I was so scared ,can honestly say I never felt a thing,not totally zonked out,but so relaxed I didn't care,best thing ever,along with Sonal and all the team at Lavender.Thank you is not enough xx
O. V.On the 15th of April my filling fell out on a day where everything was closed (Good Friday, Easter around the corner) and my holiday was approaching on the 19th, I was upset and every dental practice in Leicester has refused seeing me or either be rude over the phone (JDRM) -
I then somehow got ahold of this place leaving them a voicemail and immediately a lovely man (Don’t know his name) has given me a call back feeling concerned and caring addressing my issue and that he wanted to solve my issue before I travelled on the 19th, within 3 hours of my filling falling out this man has fixed everything and I feel so much better and has even provided me medication in case I occur any infections during my trip, he also had a lovely caring Lady with him who has helped him & me. I’d like to thank you both for making me happy during a hard time, I will add this place to my contacts and recommend it to anyone who’s having second thoughts.

L. B.Chris Lucus has been my dentist for at least 30 years. I followed to Lavender Road when he went private as I trust him to do a good job and have never been let down. As he only does implants now I have been transferred to a colleague and have the same confidence that I will get excellent treatment and advice.
