The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist practice. Dr Patel went above and beyond on my consultation, created a treatment plan within my budget and explained it in great detail. The rest of the staff were very friendly too. Felt comfortable from start to finish. 5* for sure! Now excited to begin the journey to getting my new smile. 😃

Was greeted by amazing staff at the dental studio, lovely and warm. I had an issue with my wisdom tooth and was given an appointment very quickly, many treatment plans were offered by Dr Taank, explaining the benefits, risks, costs and the time between the treatments. This dental practice is now under new management and deserves every one of the 5 stars. The reception staff are attentive, friendly and very efficient. The Drs of dentistry have an excellent chair side manner and the state of the art equipment ensures an experience that is as painless as possible. All procedures are explained in general terms as well as during operations. I was as relaxed as it is possible to be and have no hesitation in recommending this practise.

So I've had sone pretty traumatic dentist experiences in my childhood and been scared of the dentist ever since BUT this place pretty much overrode that fear. The entire staff is absolutely lovely and very supportive. Also, every member of staff I've seen were women, and I love to see a professional work environment full of empowered women. The service was excellent and worth the price, I'm definitely coming back here as long as I live in the area.

As the wonderful dentist will be able to confirm I have had many dental experiences but today I met a wonderful dentist and a great personable team. Explanations were given clearly and the equipment was impressive. The fact I was given an appointment quickly was especially good. Visited the dentist yesterday, first time with the new regime in place. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hygienist took time to explain what she was going to do but I have to say that her assistant was a tiny bit rough when assisting which I found uncomfortable. The dentist (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten his name) was lovely and also took time to explain what he was going to do and used very modern techniques. On the whole I feel I received excellent service, discounting my discomfort and am more than happy to say that I will be staying with this practice. Thank you

I went in for a surgical extraction after a new patient examination and both appointments exceed my expectations. I've always been reluctant to go to the dentist after a bad experience but here everyone was so friendly and helpful. But i just want to say to the Dentist that She did an amazing job and it was wonderful, no pain and wonderful people. I have been to another Dentist early hours in the morning, with a really bad pain and crying from the toothache that i had. They send me back home with some paracetamol and 3 weeks appointment time. As i drove past narboroughroad seen this place and i said i will give it a try. I am glad i did. They resolved my problem under an hour. Thank you so much and I recommend this place.!! <3

The best dentist I have ever been to. Extremely thorough, talk you through the whole process and photograph the journey you not only get told, you get to see the process from start to finish. My previous dentist had missed some quite serious issues and I regularly went every 6 months.

My partner had an abscess and was in excruciating pain he tried calling various dentists that advertised out of hours emergency help and no one responded except for Ali. He got my partner in at 10.00 on a SUNDAY. After initial consultation and agreed two teeth out he was pain free. Thank you Ali and team for a first class service. Some of these include fillings, composite bonding and teeth whitening. Dr Patel explained everything in detail when I ever had any questions and reassured me with each treatment. I contacted LDS with serios pain in my molar. I immediately felt the service reflected the impression I'd had from the website - professional, personal & attentive. I called on Saturday, and 9am on Monday I was booked in with the dentist. From arriving to leaving it was clear they had time for me, with a plan put together that I actually felt part of and understood. The pain is now gone, with a wider root canal plan in place, and other issues that my nhs dentist hadn't picked up will now be addressed too. Happy to recommend.

Manish was an excellent dentist.... really warm and comforting aura, easy to talk to and friendly, which was really appreciated. Fantastic friendly service. I've been going to Smile Centre for over 20 years and I've always had reliable, realistic advice on best treatment option available. Dr Suida was really nice and so is Dr Shah. Now there is a completely new team but still very nice and will explain everything properly. Change of staff is always scary but the team and continuity of care is really brilliant. Would recomend to anyone who is scared to go to a dentist for the first time or have dental issues that need sorting. The reception staff always greet with a smile and are always helpful. Cliche "service with a smile" but you really do get this.

I've been a patient for over 20 years and have always had amazing service from Dr Shah and his wonderful staff. I had a fall from my bicycle in the past, and my treatment was second to none. I had 8 crowns and various related treatment through the years due to this, and I have always felt relaxed and reassured about my treatment. Last summer I had severe toothache and Dr Shah kept the surgery late to extract my tooth. I cannot rate this surgery highly enough. Keep up the great work!

This was my first visit to the centre and I was rather wary. I was going to have a 360 degree X-ray - a strange concept. However, as soon as I entered the building I was greeted at the desk cheerily and registered. The dentist came soon afterwards to take me to the X-ray room and to explain all the intricacies of the machine and how it worked. The X-ray was quick and painless and the result immediately shown on the screen. We discussed the outcome fully and I went away with a clear understanding of the problem and the probable treatment. I also got an Email with the X-ray on it. I now have some to enlarge and use to frighten door steppers next Halloween ! Roger Hewins

I’ve only been with The Smile and Implant Centre for a very short while, and the staff have been extremely friendly and nothing short of exemplary the moment you walk in. From reception to dental room you are fully taken care of as they are very courteous and professional throughout. Having recently suffered with tooth pain I had it checked over to confirm the cause. Following that I was booked in on short notice for a tooth extraction and everything went as smooth as possible, since Daniel was very informative in explaining and keeping me informed throughout of what’s going to happen which put me at ease. There was nothing to fault as he was very meticulous throughout the whole procedure. As ever, a very pleasant visit to the Smile and Implant Centre. Although there was some delay to the appointment time, this was due to the staff making time for an emergency case and is what I would expect of a caring practice. It is always a social experience for me, as well as a practical one, because the staff are very friendly and conversational at reception and this continues into the consultation room. The standard of professionalism shown by both hygienists and the very knowledgeable dental surgeon and dental nurses is without par in my experience and I would recommend anyone to sign on at this peerless dental surgery.

Think I must have been with The Smile and Implant Centre for at least 10 years now - back in the days of Dr Suida. Dr Suida was lovely, and he handed the dentistry side over to Daniel who is just as lovely. He always has a chat with you and is interested in how you're getting on in general, not just your teeth! I pay for their dental plan, so I see the hygienist four times a year and the dentist twice, never have any issues with either. They are very thorough, and check for oral cancers as well as any dental problems which is reassuring. They explain everything and give you advice and suggestions. Would definitely recommend :)

Great Service. All the staff are lovely. I recently had a Root Canal done at the drop of the hat with hardly any discomfort at all. Everything was explained very carefully, and great time and care was taken to ensure a proper scaredycat was put at ease. If your looking for a good honest dental practice then look no further, Daniel is a lovely man, polite, reassuring and has a great honest opinion on your dental health. His professional skills were second to none when he treated my highly anxious son who required sedation and surgery at the practice. I would just like to say what a fantastic service I received from Daniel Shah and all of the team there. I had a dental emergency on Monday and the receptionist went out of her way to get me an appointment that morning so Daniel could have a look. Daniel is and has always been a very nice person and makes me feel very relaxed when I go and see him bringing humour into a somewhat tense and anxious situation always puts me at ease. Daniel was able to have a look and diagnose the condition and what treatment I would need and we spoke about various treatment pathways we could go down making me feel like I wasn't being pushed into a particular option. Daniel managed to get the 4 tooth bridge made by Thursday and fitted me in to have a tooth removed and the bridge fitted. I am 110% happy with the service and the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and the practice to my friends and family.
