I am so so happy with the service I received at Moti smile! Not only am I happy with the amazing smile I have achieved through my Invisalign process but I am amazed with the great customer service I received. All reception staff were so polite and friendly. All doctors and nurses were exceptional. Shout out to Dr Moti himself for his amazing work and great advice. I have never been more happy with my smile! Although I was being treated as COVID restrictions lifted, I love how the safety of patients was a priority, I have never felt more safe.

I had to say goodbye to my dentist today Dr Muriel Betts as we are moving away. I cannot recommend this practice enough . As i got older I developed a fear of dentists and was recommended to this practice by a family member this was in 2004 and I have been going regularly ever since. From the reception staff to the team of dentists and hygienist they have all delivered the best service and highest level of care whilst making sure I was calm and comfortable. I am dreading the thought of looking for another dentist however with my confidence restored I am not daunted by it. So thank you to each and every one of you especially DR Betts I wish you all the best for the future and am sure your practice will continue to thrive due to the excellent care that you give.

Perfect Dental Services, Highly Recommended. I took both my kids to this Dentist yesterday. My experience was amazing for their outstanding services provided to us. All Covid measures are being taken care at this centre. Great expeience for first visit for kids. Receptionist was friendly and very welcoming. Mr Moti is friendliest and most efficient dentist I have ever been to. The office is super nice and squeaky clean. Everyone in the staff is incredible!

I have been to our amazing dental practice today with my daughter. Me and my husband have been going to this practice for the last ? 12 years. Before this I was terrified of going to dentist appointments. But this morning I was excited to be going with my daughter and it’s so lovely that I have no fear going to Thisbe lovely practice. I have never had a bad experience here. All of the dentists are amazing. We have been to see our regular dentist today, he’s brilliant and was so good with our daughter. He was so patient with her, we didn’t feel rushed. She finally let him have a look at her teeth, usually she doesn’t let them. Then he also persuaded her to have the banana tooth paste protection on her teeth and was so happy with her frozen sticker ( thank you) she also talked about the last 2 stickers she has received so she must remembered her experience. I also needed a white filling as my other one had come away and he did this for me today, very happy. You need to stay open forever :) this is the only dental practice I would go to. We don’t live in Aylestone, we travel to get here. The reception staff and dental nurse was also lovely and everyone was professional. Covid measures are in place to keep staff and visitors safe. We rang the number outside and less than a minute later we were let in. We received a questionnaire to complete the day before and on the day of the appointment. The receptionist even reminded me that when my daughter’s next appointment is due she’s will be at school so we would need the latest appointment to allow for travel as not local. We would highly recommend this dental surgery, I have seen other dentists within the practice too and they are all amazing. Thank you all :) see you in 6months

I came for a appointment here when I rang in they went out their way to fit me in as I had a emergency regarding my tooth. On speaking to the dentist initially over the phone she was extreamly paitent and listened properly to what I had to say, she was also very understanding and agreed to see me. When I went to see Dr Bernard she was extremely friendly and level of service I received was excellent best ever dentist I've had and I've alit in my time too. I would like to leave a good review for her as she was really good explained everything properly and took her time I didn't feel rushed at all and her work was fantastic. Thank you Dr Bernard and I hope when you have space I can become your permanent paitent, as I dont think I want to go anywhere else after the good experience and service I received from you. PLEASE pass this onto the owner and some recognition should be given to Dr Bernard for her excellence. New client of this dentist, and an extremely nervous patient, having had some terrible experiences whilst living abroad. Dr Betts is an absolute angel in disguise! From the very start she has made ever possible effort to put me at ease, manage my pain, and assuage my sheer terror at the upcoming visits, and always with a lovely chatty personality, and basic human kindness. Along with both the nurses, other staff and receptionists, I can only say I highly recommend this dentist to you if you're nervous or fearful. Absolutely 5*

I first became a patient of Dr. Moti in the ‘90s! And have been with this practice ever since apart from a gap due to moving to Scotland. My family are also with the practice. The work is of very high quality, the staff are kind and patient, the hygiene standards are high. Other dentists have commented favourably on his work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We absolutely love this dentist practice. I have been registered here for about 10years and it’s by far the best dentist I have ever been too. All of the staff are so kind. I have seen Dr Hanif Moti in the past and a Lady dentist and our current Dentist for the past few years Dr Mason Bhatt. All of the above Dentist were so lovely, I always got anxious when my dentist changed however I didn’t need to be, they are all excellent and very good with me and my family. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist (since a bad experience when I was 14 at a different practice). Dr Bhatt is so kind and caring, he’s always smiling ( even with the mask on you can tell he’s smiling and passionate about his job). My daughter (3 cried as per usual, he was good with her). I never feel scared going to the dentist anymore :) as this practice is amazing. Covid Measures in place today, temperature check and hand gel on the way in, waiting outside and calling to let reception know that you have arrived. Thank you to the Dental nurses too, always very friendly and my daughter loves her sticker - thank you. Thank you again for an amazing experience for me, my daughter and my husband :) 20/10 well done everyone Highly recommend

Brilliant Dentist. Despite the covid restrictions they got me in as my fillings had fallen out and tooth broken leading to v. sensitive teeth. They have done 3 fillings at least so far, Dr Mahmood saw me and he was really great. He listened, gave good advice and did the procedures with minimal pain, listening to me when it became uncomfortable and I needed a break. My last dentist was so rough with me it put me off going to the dentist for years (winchester avenue). The receptionists are lovely despite taking a lot of grief from impatient patients (kind of ironic!) See you next month! JB

Mr Moti has been treating me since just after the first lock down, from removing an absest to helping me through my dental journey to having a full set of healthy teeth, I went in an emergency as the pain was bad. His work is excellent and he continues to help me obtain the smile I want. Receptions and staff are all very professional and polite. Hygiene standard are excellent. I’ve been register with this dentist for a few years my son is also registered the dentist referred him to have braces and we didn't have to wait long at all within a year he was called sand is getting his braces put in next month.

Dr. Bhaat is my regular dentist at this practice. I have always received excellent treatment from him since transferring from another practice. Today I was treated for pain and blood loss in my mouth which had been going on for some time. Prompt Appointment - treated very well on arrival by reception staff who adhered to the Covid 19 procedures. Escorted to the surgery room. Dr. Bhaat listened to me to understand the problems being experienced, gentle and thorough examination took place. Problem diagnosed and treatment and advice given. Very cordial, gentle, professional, efficient and effective throughout my visit. Whilst visits to dentists are not top of your favourite list this surgery can be fully recommended by me. Thank you Dr. Bhaat and the team - very much appreciated.

I had tooth extractions on the 23rd of October, and as a patient I received excellent care, with dignity maintained with reassurance. I would sincerely like to thank Mr. Moti and his team for making my experience bearable, I was very anxious and frightened. I was put at ease.

New staff on reception are very friendly and efficient (responding to previous feedback). The dental service here is excellent. I’ve been with them for over 15 years and often travel long distances because I don’t want to change dentist. Highly recommend.
