I was a little apprehensive at the fact that I couldn't get in to see an NHS dentist which was absolutely unfounded! Super service from the start, easy to book in, really personable service when you get in with thorough review of everything! Treatment plan sorted, clear guidance on what to expect and I feel like someone is there to provide support. Even though these are private, due to the work I require they have referred me to NHS for a particular treatment. Finally feels like I've found a dentist who is looking to provide the best solution rather than trying to provide unnecessary treatment for them to get paid extra from the NHS Trust!

Followed my dentist (Stathis) here from former practice, he is completely competent and thorough and also caring and reassuring. I've had a wonderful patient experience on my first visit to the new practice: brand new facility and equipment, convenient location for coming from outside Leicester as well as city centre. Good COVID procedures in place, I felt very safe.

I’d been a patient of Dr Stathis when he worked at the Centre of Dentistry before it closed in 2020. When I heard he’d started a new clinic, it was a simple choice to join as he is without a doubt the best dentist I’ve had; both very friendly and very professional. The clinic is easy to access on Lutterworth Road with plenty of parking space. The interior is all brand new and very spacious with friendly reception staff. Most surprising was the massaging dentists chair - a nice way to take your mind off any dental work! Pricing seems very reasonable and I took out the annual Essential Plan to cover regular dental and hygiene appointments along with x-rays. I have no hesitation in recommending Smile Serenity and Dr Stathis.

I haven't been dentist for more then 13 years so thats why I was extremely nervous. But now after my hygiene and brilliantly done filling I can tell you that it is really great place to treat and maintain your dental care. I am extremely satisfied with Dr Efstathios Georgopoulos which had ability to make me feel at ease just with his own presence. He was really concentrating on me as a patient while explaining and providing treatment options. And it made huge difference in my stress levels which now are completely gone. Thank you very much!!! After all procedures now i feel like I have new teeth and feel much more confident with my smile. New premises and staff are great!!!
