I took my 84yr old deaf & very, very anxious Mother here today to have her last remaining upper back tooth extracted. My Mother is not the easiest of patients to say the least, however, Rahul (my apologies if incorrectly spelt) is fantastic and the two dental nurses are truly wonderful. Patient, kind & so understanding. The Receptionists were equally lovely with professional courtesy of the highest calibre. Thank you so much for your amazing & thoughtful treatment of my Mum today.

I had to have my tooth out and I was so nervous! Roshan and Aisha could sense my anxiety and really helped calm me down. They made me feel at ease and were so encouraging through out. Very happy with the service.

I had to have 4 extractions due to broken bridges that couldn’t be fixed after being left so long through the pandemic, I was referred to Whitehouse dental where an oral surgeon removed them with no pain at all, the service was excellent, unfortunately after 2 weeks I have an infection in one of the sockets, I rang whitehouse on Saturday morning as my own dentist doesn’t work but I couldn’t get over to the dentist because it’s so far away from my home. The receptionist took all my details and the dr called me back within 10 minutes, they sent over a prescription via email to a local pharmacy so that I could get the antibiotics straight away, Kulsom was so professional and even called me back later in the day to make sure I had got my antibiotics, my only wish is that this dentist was closer to me, it’s an hour away but the attention to detail and to put you at ease is excellent. This place and all the staff here are amazing! My dentist Dr Gawera is absolutely a gem of a dentist along with her kind nurse Aisha. Very down to earth and explains every option available thoroughly without any pressure to make a decision on the spot. Always have had call backs from her to see how I am doing which I think is very thoughtful and caring. It's a shame I can't get my friends and family members to register as new patients here still, because seriously I can't recommend them enough!

I needed dental help in December last year, and this dentist was available to me. From the moment i stepped in the surgery i felt relaxed amd at ease, they were so friendly and extremely helpful which helped enormously as my fear for dentist is immense. The Dentist Surgery accommodated me very quickly after experiencing some pain in my tooth. All staff followed the covid regulations. The staff were very friendly. I had Dr Khan as my dentist, he was very thorough with his work. He explained everything he was doing in detail and always reassured me if I had any concerns. He even took the time to go through things with me after the procedure and even called me a day after to check if I was okay. The fact that he came in twice on his days off, shows the determination he has for his work. Like most people the dentist isn't their best friend, however after meeting Dr Khan, he restored all faith for me. I couldn't recommend Dr Khan or the dental surgery any more. Fantastic place!

My son has just finished treatment for braces and Ayesha and the orthodontist team are just amazing! They all make you feel at ease and are super friendly. From the moment I met Ayesha she was very professional, making my son feel at ease. You can see how much all the team care about the patients and provide the best treatment! I owe my smile to this practice. I was at another orthodontist previously which gave inadequate information and a poor service. I was really low at the prospect of having to have jaw surgery to straighten my teeth and them not being able to really do anything to help me because they had apparently left me on the waiting list for too long.... I went to White House Dental Surgery for a second opinion and I am forever grateful that I did. They booked me in for a consultation almost immediately and took all the necessary procedures with me to assess all my options. The orthodontist at the time spoke thoroughly through many options and suggested a complicated but suitable alternative to jaw surgery. They said it wouldn't be an easy process but they could try. I accepted and 21 months later the end of my treatment is eventually in sight. My teeth are unrecognisable and the transformation is a credit to the wonders the staff here did for me. I see Ayesha and the other orthodontist colleagues regularly and even during the hard times currently upon us due to covid-19 they have taken the upmost care and consideration to ensure that my treatment could continue wherever possible. My confidence in my smile and myself is completely down to the miracles they have made reality for me and I will forever be thoroughly grateful. Entirely recommend the dental practice for a kind, understanding and considerate service. Thank you.

I rang in to chase up my son's referral, I spoke to a lovely lady called Kulsum. She was so helpful, kind and polite. She listened to my concerns and helped me. I felt at ease speaking to her, usually receptionists can be very intimidating so thank you so so much Kulsum it really was appreciated.

My daughter goes here for the orthodontist. Never get told if there running late, never an apology for running late. The lady my daughter see's isn't the nicest person. But in general the staff are nice. But communication isn't there strong point, and always rushed

My child had an appointment with the orthodontist Dr El Hamid and I am very happy with my experience today. Initially the orthodontist was very considerate when I mentioned that my daughter was nervous and she spent time explaining the treatment thoroughly and all the benefits and risks. My doughtier will start treatment in two months and we are looking forward to it.

Joined this dental practice as I needed to be registered as an NHS patient. I'm not going to lie I handed the forms in ages ago and heard nothing for about 3 months. I went in and asked about the application I'd put through for my wife and I and I was given a double appointment for my wife and I to visit the dentist. On the appointment card it stated that the appointment was on 25/04/18 at 10.10am. we got there at 10am and was told that our appointment was at 10.50am. despite all of this the dentist we saw was absolutely lovely. He made us feel at ease and check our teeth thoroughly and gave us good advise. He was very friendly and very patient with us as we'd not visited a dentist in ages. He understood that we anxious and made us feel very comfortable. The nurse who was in the room with us was also very friendly. Couldn't fault the dentist but the receptionist could have booked us in at the correct time. We both had to make up an hour after our shifts to account for the confusion of the appointment times.

After days of trying to find a decent dentist I come across the whitehouse . They got me an appointment the very next day. The staff are so lovely and welcoming . Very chatty and make you feel so comfortable . I needed another appointment and they got me in 2 day after . Brilliant considering every dentist Ive contacted have been 4/6 weeks waiting list which is ridiculous! I recommend this dentist it's brilliant .
