So here is the story… as a kid and younger years I’ve had very bad experiences at dentists so I had very little interest in visiting one unless I had to! As a result my dental health and look is not the greatest. Now I decided to give these guys a go and honestly, I don’t think they will ever be able to believe me when I say I hate dentists!!! First of all this place is clean with is top priority! The reception team (particularly Marrisha) are so attentive she knows the moment I walk in what I’m there for. I’ve been to see Amanda, the hygienist, who did an amazing job at telling me where I’m going wrong with my daily care without making me feel like a child. Her advice was so detailed and she’s so understanding it was a top experience. Then I saw Ravi. Crown replacement and the level of information he provides is so reassuring that he breaks it down into something simple and easy to understand. He also never rushes through the process which makes you feel valued and not just a number. And then there’s Anjali. She will be providing me with Invisalign soon and I’m super excited for it! Again, explains everything in detail and in the consultation makes great recommendations including some funky computer simulations. The most amazing part is they all know what I’m getting done. It’s not having to explain things again and again. They all discuss and together work as a team to achieve the goal. It’s actually the first time I feel like I can also have a decent set of teeth. As for me hating dentists…. I think I like these ones 😉

I’m very happy with the service I receive at Windsor Dental Practice. The staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate for their patients, especially Dr Aish who was really great during my last visit. He was very calm with me and helped me to overcome my anxiety. I would really recommend him, he is an amazing dentist! The reception staff are also cheerful and welcoming. The service at Windsor Dental Practice from beginning to end was excellent!!! As I am not a regular at the Dentist, I was a bit nervous to begin with, however my mind was put to ease straight away by my dentist, Ravi who was just amazing! I felt comfortable at every stage of the treatment. The dental nurse Lauren was also excellent at providing support/very reassuring!! What's great about this surgery is the attention to detail - everything is focused on making the patient feel at ease (there are even television screens (with Netflix!!) above the dentists chair, so you can watch a show to help you relax!!). All in all my experience here was extremely positive, I'll definitely be back and I thoroughly recommend!!!

I have been meaning to mention my amazing experience with the Windsor Dental Practice. Ravi was extremely knowledgable and was brilliant in explaining all the steps towards getting my private dental treatment with a root canal. The service was A class and they are clearly not in it for the money as the service to Ravi was more important. Even after me offering to pay him the extra slight misunderstanding he refused for me to pay. Super treatment by them and also service is of the highest order with details explained every step of the way. I promised him i would give him the review as it is deserved. I visited the Windsor Dental Practice to explore having full mouth implants. Ravi Chandarana was very professional , knowledgable and efficient. He talked me through the process in detail and reassured me of any concerns. Ravi was very confident that the final result would put to bed all the insecurities I have surrounding my teeth and that I would be able to smile with confidence again. I started the implant journey at the end of June and I can 100% recommend the Windsor Dental Practice. I joined the Winsdor Dental Practice 6 months ago to have adult braces. I had been to several dentists prior to going here for a consultation, when I went to Windsor dental practice the consultation was excellent and very prompt. Within a week of the consultation, I had adult braces. The treatment throughout the 6 months has been outstanding. The communication with Dr Ravi had been very thorough, he call me in every couple weeks to see how I was doing and within 6 months I have an amazing set of white straighten teeth!!! The results are incredible. Everyone at the practice is always so welcoming and friendly. I could not fault the service! I’m so happy I was recommended this amazing dentist through a friend. I had Invisalign treatment with another dentist and near the end of the treatment my dentist ceased trading. Ravi and Angili kindly took me in and finished my treatment, there were a few things I wasn’t happy with with my previous dentist and they’d left my teeth feeling extremely rough and scratched, They’ve now been straightened, and completely polished along with whitening and composite edge bonding in the front few teeth. I had an implant, a bone graft and teeth whitening and I cannot thank Ravi and the team at Lux aesthetics Leicester or formally known as the Windsor dental practice enough! Working around my crazy work schedule to fit me in. I had a piece of tooth removed from my upper jaw which had been stuck in there from a childhood trauma from one of my front teeth that had snapped. I then had a bone graft taken from the back of my bottom jaw to reinforce the bone above my front teeth and then I had an implant screwed in once that had healed. The denture has finally gone and my teeth look amazing! You literally wouldn’t even know. I was so anxious about the surgery but it wasn’t even painful. After the injections you can’t feel anything. Thanks again everyone, have a lovely Christmas!

I went to Windsor Dental Practice because I had a cracked tooth and normally I’m really scared of the dentist, but both of the Dentists I saw here were so good!! The first did an assessment and then I needed to have a root canal and a crown which were done over a couple of visits. Great place! Everyone is really friendly and professional. Dr Ravi and dr Anjli are both amazing. I was in excruciating pain with my wisdom tooth and dr Ravi literally save me as I couldn’t even sleep. He took it out for less than 10 min, no pain or any swelling after at all. Previous to coming here, I had not been to the dentist in years due to a dentist ruining the bonding on my front tooth with a scaler. I had just never wanted to go again, and never felt comfortable. When I came to this dentist practice, I was blown away with how nice the staff are in reception and how welcoming they are. They make conversation with you and make you feel at such ease. My dentist is amazing, she talked me through the procedures I wanted done, as I wanted the bonding on my front tooth redone as it had been scratched and chipped. She asked me if I had anything else I wanted doing, and queried on whether I would ever want whitening as if I did, the bonding should be done after that. I had a whitening treatment, and she talked me through every second of it, telling me how long it would take, what I should do at home with the teeth whitening kit and what to expect in terms of side affects such as slight tooth sensitivity and how to combat it. I was made aware of how long each appointment would be expected to be, so that I could make plans around my appointment. The waiting time for an appointment was short, and she would always plan to have my next appointment ready by the time I was done in the appointment I'd come to. All in all, this is a great dentist practice, with lovely dentists and dental staff who do nothing but ease the anxiousness and help you to get the perfect smile that you want.

Last couple of months I've had a problematic cracked tooth. Today I went to see Ravi to discuss the next steps for treating it. We both agreed an extraction was the way forward and I accepted the offer for it to take place an hour later. Slightly apprehensive but I felt reassured that I was in safe hands. Several injections later, the tooth was out and I didn't feel a thing. It was a quick and efficient extraction thanks to Ravi. However as the anaesthetic wears off I know pain is still to come...I'm ready with the pain killers.

Had our 6 monthly check up with Ravi this morning, I must say the reception staff are really friendly, always welcome patients with a smile, we are patients of Ravi and I must say he is the BEST dentist I have ever had, he is very caring, talks you through what may be needed etc, very gentle too, I had a horrendous experience with our previous dentist which resulted in a stay in hospital, the loss of 5 teeth, a numb section of my lip and face, and a 6 inch scar where I had to have a Titanium plate fitted due to my jaw fracturing, all started with a simple tooth abscess!! Ravi is always very conscious of this which has really put me at ease, as in the interim period I didn’t think I would ever trust a dentist again, thank God we were recommended to Ravi, I am 100% confident with my treatment here, so THANK YOU TO YOU ALL at Windsor, I don’t think you realise just how much you have helped me. After a bad experience with lip fillers at another practise I wanted to get my lips dissolved and refilled. I researched for a while before I came across Anjli and Ravi at Lux Aesthetics/Windsor Dental Practise. I messaged Anjli to book in for a consultation and expressed my concerns due to previous experiences. At the consultation Anjli was unbelievably thorough with regards to the options and procedures available to suit my needs. It was clear that she had a great medical background, I was finally at ease and trusted her instantly. A few weeks later I booked in for my lips to be dissolved and refilled with 1ml lip filler (this was done over 2 appointments).
