I went for Invisalign and the team are extremely helpful ensuring i fully understood the process and really helpful throughout my treatment. I was so thrilled when I arrived at the practice as I was extremely nervous and nearly canceled my appointment. So glad that I didn't. All the staff were amazing and on arrival I instantly felt relaxed. Chatting to other patients in the waiting room, they all spoke so highly about the practice. Attended appointment at Thurmaston Dental Practice Leicester to have a filling after previously having a routine checkup a few weeks earlier . My dental practitioner Pryanka did xrays and thoroughly checked my teeth and gums . She talked me through the treatment I would need and made sure I was happy . Clean and professional clinic, I always received a courtesy call before any of my appointments the day before. All treatments and processes were explained clearly to me before they were undertaken. I opted for the fixed brace as I wouldn’t have to wear this for as long as the Invisalign. I had the braces for approx. 10 months and upon the removal my dentist carried out bonding for a chip on my front tooth and I am extremely pleased with the result. I wanted to say a massive Thank you to the receptionists and the dentist for helping me with the wisdom tooth extraction. A special mention to Billy who managed to get me booked into for an emergency appointment last week, she kept to her word by contacting me when there was a cancellation. Aftercare is also amazing and I experienced this today when ringing for an emergency appointment.Liz and another lady at reception today was completely understanding of my situation and got me booked in again. The receptionists there are the heartbeat for the practice and there customer experience is to a high standard. I hadn't been to the dentist for many years due to being scared, but when a tooth started to really hurt I knew I had no choice. My family go to Thurmaston Dental Practice on Melton Road, Leicester, and have always said how great the dentists are, so I thought I would see if they would accept me as a patient. Fast forward a week, and I'm in the chair with the wonderful Dr Margaret Kaderbhai examining my teeth! She knew I was nervous and was very gentle, and explained everything to me very clearly. I needed to have the offending tooth taken out, and as I was so nervous and scared I opted to be sedated too. A Sedation Specialist was booked to come in from an outside company and he also was very reassuring and explained everything to me. I remember the canula being put in my arm, and then the next thing I know my partner is in the room to collect me and I'm being asked if I can stand up! I can honestly say I felt no pain at all, and was incredibly relaxed throughout the whole procedure, to the point where I don't even remember the tooth being removed! All the staff in the Practice are so friendly and welcoming, and really know how to put you at ease. So, thank you Thurmaston Dental Practice and UK Sedation for making it possible for me to have the treatment I needed. I would definitely recommend Thurmaston Dental Practice, especially if, like me, you are nervous or scared about going to the dentist.

He also gives good advice on brushes to use for gums and gaps in teeth . I have had a bridge done on my upper front by Din. And cap on one of the bottom tooth to make it in level with other teeth. This is an excellent practice. The premises are modern and very clean. ALL members of staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. Treatments are first rate and everything is explained in detail. If treatment is required I am always told the cost beforehand. I am a private patient and have taken out the "Privilege Plan" which I pay by direct debit each month. This means that I get many additional benefits including check ups with the dentist and a scale, polish and check up with the hygienist. I also get discounted treatment as part of the plan.

I recently attended an Invisalign Open Day at Thurmaston Dental Practice; there is easy access to parking, which is always helpful and the Receptionists plus Emilia, the Invisalign Coordinator, are organised and welcoming so a good starting point. The whole experience was extremely positive both in terms of the professionalism of Dr Zahir Kaderbhai and his colleagues and further supported by access to fantastic, advanced technology. Knowing that I needed to have some dental work done (two teeth out) I decided to move Practice and register as a new patient. Dr Kaderbhai showed me the X rays and talked me through the procedure, answering all my questions and concerns in depth. I was nervous but it all went so smoothly and with minimum discomfort that I am now his number 1 fan! The reception staff were really friendly and reassuring too, but Dr Modi explained everything to me before removing my tooth that has caused me issues for a little over a year now. The process was quick and pain free and I cannot praise her enough! I would strongly recommend Dr Modi and Thurmaston Dental practice, especially if you have a fear of dentists! Amazing service !!!

I would just like to say, how great this place is! I'm not even one of their patients yet, and yet we called yesterday morning as I needed emergency treatment, they got me in within the hour. I sat in the waiting room for a mere 10 minutes and was then seen by Margaret Kaderbhai and Natasha lee. They could both see I was very nervous but in a lot of pain, went above and beyond to put my mind at ease, explained everything needed to fix my problem and gave multiple solutions toward it. Sat in the chair for what didn't feel very long at all, walked out pain free and feeling happy that i had not been ripped off with cost. I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment at Thurmaston dental practise in leicester. I was under the care of Dr Margaret for a 6 month treatment and am incredibly happy with the result.
