P. T.I have been with this practice for a long time and I have always been very happy with the treatment that I have received. All of the staff are very professional, but also friendly and approachable. Any treatment options are always clearly explained, and every effort is made to alleviate any anxieties. I have always been quite a nervous patient and it is entirely due to the confidence that I have in both my regular dentist and hygienist, that I always attend regularly for all check-ups.

Y. K.I was a little nervous to begin with as I was having 4 new crowns fitted. Miss Butters immediately gave me lots of reassurance and made me feel at ease during the various procedures. She was extremely professional and explained the various steps of the dental work involved. I was very pleased with the final results of my new crowns and would have no hesitation in recommending Watermead Dental Practice to friends and family.

The support staff are always happy and helpful, the surgery clean, comfortable, light and airy. I’ve always been given an estimate for any ongoing or major work so it’s never come as a total shock.
